They walked up to the house and Sam came out.

Yes hunny we are it didn't go as expected but he's dead for real this time.

What happened? You guys look exhausted.

It was exhausting for Summer but he tried to attack Kane and I snapped his neck.

Oh my goodness at least he's dead now and she's safe.

Yes I am safe. I'm tired. Can we do a rain check for tonight? I am tired.

Kane picked her up and carried her to their room.

He put her down and closed the door. She was rubbing her baby bump when he walked up to her.

She placed his hand on her belly and he felt their baby move.

They got dressed for bed and Kane laid down on his side facing Summer.

She smiled at him, not sure what to say. She kissed him gently and closed her eyes and fell asleep. Kane watched as she slept with his hand on her belly.

He kissed her belly and her forehead and laid back and fell asleep holding the two people who he loved more than life.

Eric laid next to Sam who was passed out cold next to him with her arm around his waist.

She sighed in her sleep and he couldn't help but smile. She was at peace finally. He was glad he could do that for her. She was so amazing. I love you so much Sam. Thank you for coming into my life.

He wrapped her in his arms and closed his eyes, falling asleep instantly.
