Chapter 262 Separate From Me?

Cordelia didn't expect that Elijah would have sex with her in thecompany.

Having sex in the office... Cordelia thought Elijah would restrain himself,but instead, he asked to try more, having a new experience. They hadmuch more fierce sex than before.

Cordelia was frightened and excited and then fell into a coma in theend.

When she woke up again, she found herself lying in a strange room.She sat up and hurriedly caught her mobile phone.

As soon as she lit it on, Elijah’s message popped up: [Sweetie, this is myexclusive room in the hotel. Have a rest, and I will come back soon afterI finish my work.]

Only then did Cordelia heave a sigh of relief. She lay back on the bedand fell asleep soon.

When she woke up again, she found Elijah sleeping beside her, with hisface turning to her.

He lied like a trained soldier, with a straight sleeping posture, and nevermoved.

Cordelia raised her finger, and traced all the way to his eyebrows, eyes,nose, and mouth, and finally to his neck.

A powerful hand suddenly grabbed her hand.

The man slowly opened his eyes, with a faint smile. "Sweetie, what areyou doing?"

Cordelia smiled slightly, and leaned into his arms. "I want to take agood look at you and remember you in my heart.”

Elijah changed his expression. "Why? Will you separate from me?"Cordelia didn't answer him.

However, she already had the answer-they would separate sooner orlater.

Although she knew that Elijah was serious when he declared to remarryher, the reality would teach them a lesson.

"Cordelia?" Elijah asked.

Cordelia buried her face in his chest, and said softly, "Forget it! No oneknows what will happen in the future. Maybe we can go through it."Elijah was not satisfied with her answer, but he didn't continue with theunpleasant topic.

Love was sweet.

Occasionally, there would be some small episodes, which were a littleawkward.

It happened that Gideon went to Tarssa City to visit his great-grandson,having no time to care about Elijah.

On the whole, the two had a happy time with each other.

With Adam's help, Imogen left Beilve City this morning.

Ben didn't realize it till in the middle of the night. He searched allaround and couldn't replace Imogen.

On the other side, Elijah was taking a shower when his mobile phonerang outside.

Cordelia saw it was from Ben and ignored it.

When it rang for the third time, Elijah asked Cordelia in the bathroom,"Who the hell keeps calling like a reminder?"

Cordelia took a look. "It's Ben."

Cordelia passed the mobile phone to Elijah.

Not long after, Elijah came out of the bathroom and said while puttingon his clothes, "Ben told me that Imogen was nowhere. Do you knowwhere she is?"

"I know, but I won't tell him. Let him replace Imogen on himself!" Cordeliasaid lightly.

Elijah paused for a moment and then fastened the buttons quickly. Hecame to Cordelia and looked at her.

Cordelia raised her eyebrows. "What's wrong?"

Elijah kissed her face and said, "Nothing to do with me. I am definitelyinnocent. Don't take it out on me! Huh?"

Only then did Cordelia smile at him. "I understand. But Elijah, youshould know better than me how bad Ben is. I hope you can help mewith this matter.”

Elijah touched her head. "Go to sleep, I may not come back tonight.”"Okay."
