The second ingredient: Tears of the black dragon

The Chinese dragon represents luck, power and strength, the dragon is the greatest of the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. The two colors on the Chinese spectrum, represent the black and white dragon, Yin and Yang they are called.

The dragons bring great wealth, power and leadership.

They control the weather, rainfall, typhoons and floods.

The dragons are highly intelligent, serpent-like with four legs, horns for ears, claws scales, wings spikes and a barbed tail. They have special powers, and they have the power to bring great luck or misfortune unto the humans.

But every day Yin sheds tears, why does she cry?

In this little piece, you will replace out why:

The mighty black dragon, her name is Yin,

Yang is her brother, with a white dragon skin,

The black and white dragons bring balance to earth,

Bring luck and good fortune to the 12th dragon birth.

Though dark in color, she brings her light,

But Yang takes the glory because he is white

She breathes great fire and mighty puffs of smoke

But no, she’s not white, she’s taken for a joke.

Good luck she brings, you’re sure to win

But people misjudge her because of her skin

They blame her for disasters, floods and harsh storms,

She’s no good, unfortunate, she’s just like the worms.

She’s such an awesome creature, but why does she cry?

We’ve told you the reason, but still you ask why.

The blame for all bad things falls on her scaly snout

Yet yang eats the victory, with a wide-open mouth

She brings protection like the nine dragon sons

But everyone keeps saying it’s evil she’s done

She lives near a temple, in the watery cave,

In the land of the legends, she lives to save.

The water in the cave is formed from her tears,

To offer her solace and to comfort her fears

We hope that the world will see her one day,

The creature who brought luck and happiness their way,

Why does she cry in secret? You still do not know,

She is a great dragon, yet no one thinks so.

Joana looked at Derick who was seated right beside her in the United Airlines plane that was flying them straight to Beijing airport from their boarding location. The plane was supposed to make a few stops before they reached China but thanks to some “persuasion” by vampire Dana, they changed course and rescheduled the other passengers who were affected by the change.

The plane was now less crowded and had more room for the excess amount of luggage Dana and Hillary brought along, Joana still wondered how they managed to get their stuff down from that mountain, it was a miracle.

Derick had his eyes closed, she wondered if he was asleep. Upon looking at him, she began to remember the night of intimacy that happened between them about two weeks ago. Like they agreed upon, they hadn’t mentioned anything or talked to each other or anyone about it and she wondered if he would later on. As for her, she definitely wouldn’t tell anyone about it. she didn’t know if she would tell Andrew when she returned home but she figured it would be best to leave the past in the past. She was sorry that she would have to keep it a secret from him, but it would mean she would have to tell him where she had been after the wedding day incident and what she had become, and there was no way she could explain any of that to him.

Do you know what made Joana feel worse? It was because she still wanted more of Derick after that night. She kept on looking at him as his eyes were closed, he went ahead to sit down beside her even though he clearly saw that there was plenty of room in the plane. He knew how uncomfortable he made her feel, she had tried to avoid him several times after their special night but he refused to go away. He knew what he was doing to her, he wanted her to go through the torture of wanting to sleep with him again. She wouldn’t give in this time. What happened between them that night was an accident, and she would not make the same mistake again. She just hoped her feelings would agree to play along.

Look at him, looking so handsome, why was he making things harder for her? What part of “I have a fiancé” did he not understand? She knew that there was no way she could get over this, she just had to face it head-on until she returned home, as the plane began to land, she hoped that China would bring her some luck this time.
