Francis received the message and rushed to the Southern District Care Home, his usually refined and handsome face now clouded with a storm of dark emotions, his eyes and brows revealing an aura of brooding coldness. The director himself came out to greet him, "Mr. Francis."

"Found her?" Francis cut to the chase, wasting no words.

"Not yet..." the director's voice involuntarily softened.

Francis's expression remained unchanged as he made his way inside, "Bring me her caretaker."

"Why did she lose control all of a sudden?"

"Yes."

The director whispered, "Mr. Francis, there's someone in Ms. White's room, claims to be Ms. White's husband..."

What?

Francis's stride faltered slightly, his gaze briefly flickering.

He didn't need to ask the caretaker to know why Rebecca White had lost control.

He quickened his pace and entered Rebecca White's room.

"You have to release my wife today! I'm telling you, this is kidnapping!"

Eddy was in the middle of his rant when he looked up and saw Francis entering.

"You..."

He paused, surprised, "Is it you?"

Wasn't this the man 'sponsoring' Rebecca White? At the time, he had just mentioned it offhandedly, believing that Rebecca was not the type to be kept.

But seeing Francis again, Eddy began to doubt.

Could it be that Rebecca really went with this man?

Eddy's expression darkened, and he sneered, "So, my wife was kidnapped by you! If you know what's good for you, hand her over now!"

"Kidnapping?" Francis's face was emotionless as he glared at him, "Where's the proof?"

"!" Eddy was taken aback, anger flaring up, "Rebecca White is my wife, that's the best proof!"

"Bullshit evidence!"

Francis's tone was calm but laced with icy disdain, "Rebecca White is an adult, where she chooses to live is her freedom. And you, a habitual cheater and abuser, have no right to demand her from me." With a thin lip, he uttered one word, "Leave."

His mind was wholly occupied with replaceing Rebecca White; he had no interest in dealing with Eddy.

Glancing at Sawyer, "Get him out of here!"

"Yes, Mr. Francis!"

Sawyer nodded, and with a gesture, security swiftly surrounded Eddy, restraining him and dragging him out. "Let me go!"

Eddy struggled in vain.

Furious and humiliated, he glared at Francis, "Who the hell are you to touch my wife?"

Hmph. Francis silently scoffed, "Gag him!"

"Yes!"

"Mmph..."

In the next moment, Eddy was silenced, and soon, even his muffled struggles faded away.

Francis closed his eyes briefly, then looked at Sawyer, "Turn this place upside down!" "Yes!"

Sawyer left, and all that remained was to wait.

The director had already conducted a thorough search with his team, but Rebecca White was nowhere to be found.

Rubbing his temples, Francis

pondered perhaps Rebecca had e

"Have people search around the Southern District Care Home." "Yes!" This time, it was the director who responded.
