It was the first time she had seen such a scene, and she was pretty shocked. Now she knew the worldwas full of people like the ones she saw tonight, not just handsome and cool wealthy young masterslike Isaac and the others. They were not ordinary people but dirty, stinky, ugly, bad-tempered, angrymen.

She clenched her handbag tightly in both hands. She was glad that she had made this ghastlyappearance before coming upstairs. Otherwise, a woman like her would be a prey item in front of thesemen. She would be finished if one of them started having additional thoughts about her.

Doad and Fatty were also sitting at the table and were having a drink with the others. All the menseemed excited. As they were eating meat and drinking wine, their voices grew louder.

Patricia kept glancing at the room not far away. Why was the guy so slow to transfer the money? Shewanted to leave here with Sylvie as soon as possible without having to delay any longer. The drunkerthese people got, the more dangerous it would be for her and Sylvie. As these thoughts crossed hermind, Patricia lost her patience and could not help but stare at the door.

A woman in a tight red skirt emerged at that moment, her hips swaying. "Blake, there's not enoughmoney on this card."

He glanced at Patricia with his fierce eyes upon hearing that. "Patricia, are you playing with us? If you

don't have enough money, who will you redeem?"

Patricia hastily explained, "There's exactly 500,000 in it. It's the principal amount I borrowed from you. Ican make up for the interest tomorrow." Tonight's event was too sudden, and she did not have time toreplace Darcie. Since there were only 500,000, she thought she could beg them to give her some leewayafter she paid the principal. They should not be afraid that she would be running away if she repaid theprincipal.

Blake suddenly sneered. "Only repaying the principal? Gosh, do you think we are this easy?"

The woman in red wrapped her arms around Blake's neck and smiled when Blake asked the question.
