You Hit My Heart
Chapter 1222

Juanita brought the dishes to the table one by one, and Joyce helpedto set the table.

Juanita greeted, "Auntie Cecelia, Anderson, all come over for dinner.”Joyce waved her hand towards Anderson, "Anderson, you sit withGrandma."

"Okay, Mommy." Anderson climbed into his seat, and Joyce handedhim a raised cushion so he could reach the desk by himself.

Cecelia sat down next to Anderson and looked at him lovingly, onehand still resting on Anderson’ waist.

After Karl was seated, the seat next to him was naturally reserved forJuanita.

In this way, the remaining position, Luther and Joyce can only be nextto each other.

Luther came over from the window, sat down, and vacated the seatbeside him for Joyce.

Joyce froze and frowned slightly.

She was left with no choice. She couldn't let Juanita sit with Lutherwhile she sat with Karl.

"Sit." Luther reached out and tugged her wrist, pulling her smoothly tosit beside him.

Joyce looked at everyone awkwardly. Removing her mask and facingeveryone as her original identity, she was not quite used to it.

When she got used to the disguise, it is easy to forget who youoriginally are.

Juanita began to serve soup to everyone one by one, “Today I havethis pot of soup that has been simmering from morning to evening, soyou must try it."

After handing everyone a bowl of soup, Karl dragged Juanita to sitdown, "You should eat too. It's been a busy day. Everyone will eat ontheir own, so you don't have to pick up the food one by one."

Joyce tasted the soup with a white porcelain spoon and joked, "Mr.Gregory does love his wife."

Karl almost choked, his handsome face stiffened, in fact he simplywanted Juanita to sit down.

Because if Juanita has been so busy, others will be embarrassed todine.

He opened his mouth, but finally did not explain.

Juanita was a little embarrassed and bowed her head to eat her food.Joyce laughed, "Juanita, I haven't seen you for a few years, but yourcooking skills have improved by leaps and bounds. What, you've beenpracticing hard at home to be a good wife and mother?"

Juanita squeezed her eyes at Joyce, "Joyce, you have to stop teasingme!"

Cecelia gave Anderson a prawn and peeled it for him.

“Thanks Grandma." Anderson took one bite, his cheeks bulging,"Thank you Auntie Julia, your cooking is delicious.”

"Anderson is so sweet-talking." Juanita gushed at Anderson, her eyesnarrowing with a smile.

Cecelia looked at Juanita tenderly, “I personally went to the Coleresidence to get the invitations, if I remember correctly, you are havingthe wedding next weekend?"

"Uh, the original plan was this ..." Juanita looked at Karl, "but now thatthe situation is dire and uncertain, we're going to postpone... ...""Postpone?" Joyce immediately objected, "No, why postpone, theinvitations are all sent out. My things, must not affect you."

Only she knows best, Karl, Juanita they have been four years late fortheir wedding because of her.

Karl glances at Juanita, who never actually mentioned it, wanting todelay the wedding. Juanita considers Joyce's current situation, with theHeath family taken from her and General Ralph still under Otis’ control,as her own idea.

Over the years, Juanita has, time and again, had the good sense toback off.

He no longer wanted to condemn her.
