Chris carried Nina into the passenger seat of the car.

He sat in the driver's seat and fastened Nina's seatbelt.

He started the car and prepared to leave.

Nina held tightly onto the seatbelt and nervously watched him. Did hiskiss just now mean that he wasn't angry anymore?
