Alpha King’s Virgin Slave -
Chapter 95
Bahia POV
us.
I glared at Lady Cleopatra as she went on discussing her relationship about Lord Franco to lady Hera. It's was painful to hear and watch. Even since our arrival to the human community, Hera and I have been unable to talk because lady Cleopatra was always hovering "Can you give us a minute honey?" I requested when I couldn't bear to listen to their conversation any longer. "I need to talk to Lady Hera about my prayers," I informed her.
around
Lady Cleopatra looked from Hera to me. She smiled and stood up from the couch. "I'll be back before you know it, honey," She kissed me on the cheek and walked away. When I was sure that she had left, I stood up from my seat and pulled Hera up. 'We need to talk where she can't replace us."
"Give me a chance to kill her please,
"Hera begged. "She is getting on my
nerves," She said through gritted teeth.
"I'll get rid of her soon," I promised Hera and grabbed her hand. "Let's go into the office," We took the grand stairs as we headed into Lord Franco's office. It's was a small office with a small desk and chair and A shelf full of books.
I sat behind the desk while Hera sat on the desk and wrapped her hand around my neck. 'I've been able to talk to capture about the invasion of the Witches and the royal school."
"The royal school?" Hera questioned. "You made that decision without me?"
"Cleopatra was always around you and it will input fear into the minds of the students in school. I got a message from our spy in the royal college and he informed me that the other chosen one in the prophecy would soon be revealed. How about the dead stormed the school and input fear into their minds then at the same time," I paused and smiled "We also attack the witches.
That was the plan.
"The witches would be so shocked once they an army of the dead attacked and wiped their entire Clan then King Slade would be forced to hand over the throne," Hera smiled as she planned the rest of the invasion. "It's going to be perfect." She smiled. "Who will be leading the invasion?" She asked.
"No other person than kaptu. He will lead the battle," I grabbed Hera's hand and pulled her closer to mysen. Wher all of this is over, I'll have you to myself," I whispered into her ears.
"Of course," she kissed my cheek. "The witches wouldn't khow what is coming for them," she grinned.
"It's going to be a disaster," I laughed as I imagined the plan in m head.
It's was going to be the end of the witch Clan and the new beginning of getting my throne. "The throne will be mine and I'll rule the world from the injustice they faced."
"Yeah. Everyone has a right to live. "Hera answered.
Snow POV
I stretched my hands and legs and jumped twice. As if that wasn't enough, I ran across the School field until I was tired.
Today was the day when Dani and I had to prove that one of us was the chosen one in the prophecy. I wanted to prove that I was the one in the prophecy so badly that I arrived with Samantha at the school field thirty minutes before anvone else. I fell to the ground when I couldn't run any longer. As I stared at the clouds in the blue sky, I thought of what could happen if'I wasn't the one in the prophecy.
"just push yourself a little bit Snow!" Samantha implored. "You do have to push yourself hard." She advised.
I wished that I could follow the advice but I couldn't because of what Okie told me.
"My brother doesn't want a mate like you," Okie had said that to me after our class ended with professor Layla and Roku. "You are too forward and don't care about his feelings."
"You don't need to worry about that, Weki and I have already settled and we like each other."
"We will see about that Snow."
"What do you mean by that?" I had asked her.
"Just stating what would come to pass. Once Angelina comes back from her world tour, there will be no chance for you to be with Weki." The name Angelina sounded foreign. I had never heard of it from anyone in the school. To satisfied my curiosity, I decided to ask who Angelina was.
"Who is she?" I asked.
"Someone Weki cherished a lot. She used to be Weki's, first love.
Weki's first love? I thought that I was Weki's mate and unless the first mate got rejected, there can't be a chance for second mates.
"|
couldn't say a word as I tried to imagine Weki having a first love.
"Save your breath for when Angelina would come and Snow-white, "Okie smirked at me. "i hope you don't have to be the one in the prophecy," She laughed and walked away leaving me to my thoughts.
"Snow!" Someone shouted and bought me out of my thoughts. It was Weki. "Why are you laying on the ground?" he asked.
Why doesn't care about me when he has a first love? I thought. "Take my hand," he offered but instead, I ignored him and stood up from the ground.
"Don't push yourself too hard Snow, I believe 'in you."
Easy for him to say that but I don't believe in him and the lies coming out from his mouth. "I love pushing too Hard Weki," I told him and turned to leave but he grabbed my hand and pulled me to himself. "What are you doing? There are eyes everywhere." I said through gritted teeth and pointed to the people around us.
"I don't care," Weki stared into my eyes with his Deep blue eyes. I tried to read his emotions but I couldn't understand them. He was blank with nothing special other than his handsome face. "Why are you avoiding me?"
He asked.
Should I tell him about his first love Angelina? I thought about that but I waved off the idea. There was no way I was going to tell him about her. He will only think I am jealous which I'm not. "I am not avoiding you Weki. I just feel anxious to know if I am the wind in the prophecy," That wasn't a lie even though it's was half of what I felt.
I was insecure about the relationship Weki and I shared. We only confessed to liking @ach other which can be started but I wanted more. I wanted him to be mine alone. Whether it's was the bond speaking or me, I didn't care. I just wanted him to be mine alone. "You look exhausted," he commented. "Don't push yourself too hard Snow. I am rooting for you," he gave me thumbs-up and walked away to seat down on the audience
"Chairs.
I watched as he leave and hoped that Angelina didn't have to return.
"Glad you didn't give up Angel girl," Dani said in her high-pitched voice as she walked towards me.
"I am glad you came witch princess," I smiled at her.
"Of course, I will come. I am not a fool who would cower in fear of someone like you."
"Are you always this talks and no action," I mocked her. "Look around you Dani," I pointed to all the students that were seated and came to watch us display the power of the wind. "You must have been a rich brat all your
life I guess.
"Excuse me, you don't know anything about me," She retorted.
"Oh, I do know a lot about you, Dani." I smiled and walked towards the left side of the field.
"Good riddance to bad rubbish," I muttered under my breathe. "Ouch," I groaned out in pain. I had bumped into someone.
"Watch where you are going?" The person shouted and when I raised my head to look at him, it turned out to be Derek, the demon prince.
"Do you angels walk with their eyes closed!
He asked but it kame out as a mockery.
"I think you are the one with closed eyes." I pointed to his brown hoodie.
"You have your head covered. How were yoù supposed to see me when you covered your head?"
"Mind vour business," he growled and walked away making sure he bumped me on the shoulder.
"You," I pointed my finger at him as he walked away.
"Snow-white." Icarius shouted from a distance and waved at me. "I believe you will do great," he shouted from where he stood.
I waved back and stretched my body.
closed my eyes.
"This is snow," I heaved a sigh and
"I Welcome everyone to this gathering," Professor Roku's voice sounded real loud as he greeted everyone on the field. I am honored to see you all gathered here. Can Dani and Snow please come forward?" He requested.
I opened my eyes and walked towards the center of the field where Professor Roku stood. I looked behind and saw the rest of the professors and Prince Teale, the king's cousin. They were all seated with the students. "These two would show us proof that they are the one in the prophecy
Please kindly do that you two," Roku instructed. "It's not just about how much air you can make but the ability to be able to use the air and how well you can control it."
How I can control a power that I just discovered? "Help me oh dear angels, I muttered to myself.
I sighed briefly and moved backward. "I can do this," I muttered under my breathe. I looked up towards the students and when my eyes landed on Weki, he smiled at me and mouthed the word "you've got this." I smiled and spread out my wing. I flew up and closed my eyes. Then I stretched forth my hand. At first, nothing happened. My heartbeat against my chest and I thought I had failed. I opened my eyes and stared at Dani who was doing perfectly well. She mastered Air well and she balanced it to avoid creating chaos. Maybe I wasn't the one in the prophecy. Maybe Weki thought wrong.
"What's going on?" I heard a scream of a girl from amongst the student.
"The prophecy is real. They are here. I see death, death." The girl shouted and when I looked closely at her, she was Weki's cousin Tania. I remembered her talking about Death the first time a girl was found dead in the royal college.
The Sky suddenly became gloomy, winds blew harshly and grew thrice stronger. Thunder rumbled in the sky and the once beautiful sky with the brightest sun turned dark hiding the beautiful clouds. It's wasn't an eclipse but a sign that something bad was about to happen.
Students ran away from the school held but some stood behind including the professors. I flew towards them and landed on the ground. "What is going on?" I asked Professor Roku who stood at the front.
"They are here," Tania whispered.
"Snow," Weki grabbed my hand and pulled me to his side. "Just stay by my side and don't get hurt."
I nodded in response. Through the winds, they appeared like a dark shadow but once they all landed on the ground, they changed their forms to the dead. "Oh no!" Samantha cried out.
"Shush," professor Shushed her and pointed forward. "Listen up everyone, we are facing death and whatever you do tonight. Don't die," he said.
The shadows grew in numbers flying out through the winds. They were hundreds of them on the school field and few of us. Aside from the professors, only Fifteen students were left behind on the school field. The rest have run away. "When I say attack, you do that!" Professor Roku shouted. "If we survive tonight then you will realize that the war is not a joke!"
I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. "You can do this!" I muttered.
Weki held my hand real tight and nodded his head at me as if he was telling me something.
The dead grew in number and marched towards us. A lot of them had their eyes, hands, and hearts removed. They all looked monstrous and dirty but I believed we can conquer them. They charged at us and we all did the same. "Attack!" Professor Roku ordered. We all Marched forward. Icarius, myself, another student, and one of the professors flew up. Icarius released his flaming fire on them and the other angel control the leaves and used it as a whip to hit the dead. The professor that flew up with us was professor Hector. He released his flaming fire just like Icarius but I didn't do anything and stared at the dead.
Those who were on the ground charged at the dead. Right in front of me, Weki transformed into a huge black wolf while Samantha was struggling to control her witch power.
"Are you just going to keep looking," Derek flew beside me. His black wings shine and for the first time, I saw his face.
"Use your wind power!" He
shouted. "Look around you Snow," so he knows my name. "Do that wind you did in class that day or everyone will die!" He shouted.
I closed my eyes trying hard to force the wind out of me but nothing came.
1 closed my eyes again and tried it but all that came out was little air.
Oh no, I was doomed.
