Reins

Keaton had been gone only ten minutes but it felt like hours, My thoughts gifted to Autumn she sounded so worried when she linked me, I could tell her what was all going on I know I shouldn't keep it from her but she was still learning how our world works and learning about herself with all this happening there hasn't been time to get more information on silver wolves.

What I have learned from watching her is when it's an extreme emotion her wolf presence is there stronger than when it's a normal emotion, I can sense her wolf's aura more each day since I marked her I'm just not sure if she will be able to shift, I feel my wolf calling for hers. My thoughts got broken when I hear a small russel from the side Keaton pops out he shifts back Matt hands him some shorts that were stashed by the trees.

"What did you replace?"

"Their not rouges, they have the same scent as the guy who tried taking Autumn,"

A low rumble left my lips I wanted to rush in on them and kill them right there,

"Alpha calm down Keaton holds his hands up to me. They are just hanging in one spot I believe they are acting as a distraction, let's get back to the pack house ill have two patrols watch them I don't think they will do anything,"

Keaton says while standing in front of me, Hearing his words I steady my breathing and force myself to calm down.

Think Reins don't lose your head now,

I kindly remind myself.

"Alright, you two," I point to the two patrols that spotted them first.

"Watch them if they move an inch I want to know!"

"Yes Alpha," They bow their heads shifting and heading off to replace a point where they can watch clearly.

"Alpha what about the ceremony tomorrow?" Matt asked looking concerned.

"It's still on it needs to be done I got double patrols I'll add a third if need be but I'm going to introduce my Luna to the pack and get you all made official members we have put it off long enough,"

He nods his head in agreement with me,

"Let's go I need to see my mate."

Shifting I take off towards the pack house the urge to see her was burning me up inside I could feel her worry through the bond I doubt she realized she was doing it and it ate at me I just wanted to hold her and shield her from anyone who wanted to hurt her, Darrel

"Dan are the scouts in place?"

"Yes, Alpha they are."

"Good, I don't want no mistakes they are to do nothing! Just hang around and keep the patrol occupied me and Roberts will handle the rest,"

"Yes Alpha I gave them clear orders they will follow them, but Alpha what about his Beta, He keeps calling me I haven't answered him I'm not sure what I should tell him,"

"Nothing don't answer him, tomorrow is the ceremony we are making our move then,"

"Alright Alpha,"

"Once we have her I will not return right away Roberts has a hideout waiting for us, The first place Reins will look is at the pack,"

"But Alpha won't he suspect if you're not here?"

"The hideout is close I will leave her there long enough for my presence to be noted at the pack,"

"Right, got it anything else Alpha?"

"No, it's just waiting for tomorrow,"

With that, I cut the call.

"Are you sure these random rogues will follow through?"

Roberts looks up from whatever he was reading.

"Yes, no stop worrying"

"What about that girl you think she gave us the right information, and she's not setting us up,"

Roberts groans while dropping the papers in his hand.

"She good I checked her out even that Dan kid vouched for her, he said she obsessed with that Alpha for two years now, why I don't know as I've heard he doesn't sleep with anyone from his pack," "What a weakling, can't even handle women from his pack,"

He just eyed me and then simply rolled his eyes.

"Are your men in place?"

"Yes, I told you they follow my orders, they won't do anything but wait,"

"Good cause if they screw up we won't get a chance again at this,"

"Don't worry about my men, just make sure those dam rogues don't mess up!"

He just stood walking out slamming the door as he left.

I couldn't wait for this to end till I had her in my grasp I'd waited for so dam long for her and now she was so close, I was beyond pissed when that girl told us she was marked by him I felt nothing but rage I wanted to storm his territory and rip his head off. It was to be my marking on her neck not his or anyone else, I know by marking her means she gave herself to him willingly and that drove me nuts as well, She was mine I was to be the only one to touch her that way, and he was able to she allowed him too. I have dreamed about taking her and making her mine for years I've had my scout tracking her for as long as I can remember each time we would get so close they would disappear when my scout said that they had an open window to take her at that hotel my heart leaped at the thought, that's why I gave them the go-ahead but that dam brother and father had to show up and ruin it, I'll make them pay as well.

Just thinking of what I wanted to do to her I felt myself hardening the fact that after tomorrow she's mine, mine to mark mine to take.

I know marking is a permanent thing and the only way to undo it is for one mate must die, and if I wanted to mark her and for her to become mine is Reins must die!
