Amnesia Love: The Five Boyfriends Challenge -
Chapter 20-Give Aiden a passionate kiss.
I winked at Raimundo, who was seated on the couch.
Raimundo glanced at the wine glass in his hand and then pointed to himself.
"Me?"
"Yes!"
I couldn't help but grin.
He had threatened me with Grandpa earlier in the day, forcing me to bring him along.
If he dared to threaten me, he must face the consequences!
Under my persuasion and Docker's coercion, Raimundo reluctantly approached the bar manager.
Upon revealing his identity, the manager was extremely accommodating, promptly providing us with the surveillance footage from that day on a USB flash drive and respectfully handing it over to Raimundo. Raimundo handed me the flash drive outside the bar.
I accepted it joyfully and hand it over to Aiden.
"Your vice president status really comes in handy. You get things done just by talking."
Raimundo smiled helplessly.
Suddenly, as if remembering something, he reached out and tousled my hair.
"It's refreshing to see you so lively."
My smile froze at that moment.
Through his green eyes, I glimpsed my past self before I lost my memory.
Fragments of memories began to trickle back into my mind.
Before I lost my memory, I was outgoing. Despite my arrogance, I enjoyed bringing joy to the people I cared about, especially Raimundo.
We must have known each other since childhood. Back then, he was reserved and introverted, a far cry from the affable man he is now.
But I cherished our time together and would do anything to make him smile. I'd replace any excuse to spend time with him, to play with him.
Someone once said I was partially responsible for shaping Raimundo into the gentleman he became.
I always believed that I was the one who made him better, who turned him into the ideal man every woman desired.
If he improved because of me, then he should belong to me! His kindness, his warmth, his smile they should all be mine!
As my thoughts grew more extreme, the distance between Raimundo and me widened. I noticed he began avoiding me, even at parties, he wouldn't dance with me as before.
Surrounded by numerous elegant women, I was no longer his sole focus.
The thought of losing my plaything was unbearable, which led me to consider proposing to Raimundo at my birthday party.
Naively, I thought marriage would bind him to me... How foolish!
I swatted Raimundo's hand away, giving him a cold stare.
"Mr. Raimundo, you're overstepping."
Surprise flashed in his eyes, but he quickly reverted to his gentle demeanor.
Stepping back, Raimundo offered a genuine apology.
"I apologize, Chloe. I forgot you're not that little girl anymore."
"No, I'm not a child. I control my heart. It loves whom I choose, and forgets whom I decide to forget."
Raimundo smiled softly, saying nothing.
We simply gazed at each other in silence.
After a while, Docker approached me with his phone, informing me that Monford was looking for me.

"Mr. Monford is on Central Avenue. Shall we go meet him now?" asked Docker.
"Yes. But first, we need to drop Aiden off."
I turned to Aiden, standing behind me.
He waved, indicating he could manage on his own.
"Today has been quite a hassle, Miss Chloe. I can take a cab back. It's getting late, you should head home as soon as possible!"
"Why take a cab when we have a car? It won't take much time to drop you off," I insisted.
We argued over such a trivial matter.
Then Raimundo spoke up again.
"Why don't I take Aiden home? Chloe, go meet Monford, and your grandfather will feel relieved sooner."
Reluctantly, I had to admit Raimundo had a good idea.
Aiden, not wanting to inconvenience me, agreed to Raimundo's proposal.
"Fine. We'll part ways here."
I looked at Aiden. "You keep the USB stick. I'll head to the company with Monford tomorrow morning. We'll meet there." "Agreed!"
Aiden patted his chest and smiled.
He escorted me to the car, assumed Docker's role, and opened the door for me.
Before closing the door, I gestured for Aiden to come closer.

He leaned in, and suddenly, I grabbed his tie and kissed him on the lips.
Initially surprised, he responded by closing his eyes and kissing me back.
He parted his lips, slipping his tongue into my mouth and exploring every corner.
Aiden's kiss was intense, engulfing. He gently sucked on my tongue until I could barely catch my breath, then released me.
Our breaths were heavy, and I felt my body relax under his touch.
"Miss Chloe, I'm not sure how to thank you. It pains me to part ways with you," Aiden murmured, his hand resting on the back of my head, his nose brushing against mine. His warm breath left me feeling dizzy, making it hard to focus.
"Grant me your time tomorrow night. I'll speak to my grandfather tonight and try to dissuade him from returning tomorrow,"
Aiden understood my intention and placed gentle kisses on my forehead and chin.
"Yes, my princess."
With reluctance, Aiden left the car.
I was so engrossed in bidding farewell to Aiden that I momentarily forgot about the jealous man sitting in front of me.
As soon as Aiden closed the door, Docker pressed down on the gas pedal and drove away with me.
Though we sped off, Aiden disappeared from view in an instant.
Noticing my lingering attachment to Aiden, Docker questioned me, his tone tinged with annoyance.
"Miss Chloe, you provide me with a choice, yet you flirt with other men."
"Some choices may not be yours to make, but others will seize them, and there are opportunities that, once missed, may never return."
I chuckled and slipped off my shoes, gently rubbing my foot against Docker's thigh.
