Billionaire's Reborn Baby
Chapter 1057 Roxy Copper Five (3)

"Yes." After thinking for a long time, he could only admit it generously. "But she doesn't seem to like me."

"But I don't think she doesn't like you," Livia said like an adult.

"Why do you say that?"

"If she hated you, she wouldn't let you in and cook for you." Livia turned back to look at Collin and said, "If you can make my mother happy, I will agree to you two being together. If you can't, don't come here again."

Collin walked over, squatted down, looked at her eyes, and said, "I swear, I swear on my life, from now on, I will let you live a stable life. I will make her happy, and also give you a happier life." "Me? Will you treat me well too? I'm not your child." Livia pointed at herself.

Collin raised his hand and touched her face. He wanted to say that you were my daughter. But he was worried that it would scare her. So Collin did not say anything.

"Mr. Collin, what happened to you?" Livia looked at him suspiciously.

Collin shook his head. "Let's go to school."

Livia waved at him.

After Collin saw her walk into the school, he turned around and walked toward Roxanne's house again.

When he reached the door, he found that the door was locked again.

He knocked on the door and no one answered.

Collin climbed to the wall and saw that Mike was sawing wood.

"If you were inside, then who locked that door?" Collin asked curiously.

Who else could lock it?

He did not lock the door when he came out with Livia, so it was locked by someone who came out after them.

Mike was in the room, so it was Roxanne who came out.

Collin walked around but did not replace anyone. It was almost dark. Leon called everyone to have a meeting. Everyone had to report the situation of these residents to the chief. Collin heard and walked over.

When he passed by the door of Roxanne's house, he climbed the wall again to see inside. At this glance, he saw Roxanne sitting on the swing. Collin finally understood.

He stood against the wall. Not long after, Mike climbed over the wall, took out his key, and was about to unlock it when he looked up and saw Collin. They looked at each other.

"She asked you to do this?" Collin stared at the lock in Mike's hand.

Mike opened his mouth and wanted to say something.

Collin hinted at him for being quiet. He took Mike's key and opened the lock. Then Collin threw the lock back to Mike and stuffed the key into his pocket. Mike made a gesture.

Collin smiled at him. "When we get married, I'll treat you at the wedding."

Mike quieted down and then gave Collin a thumbs up.

Collin understood the gesture and gave him a thumbs-up.

After the meeting, Davin arranged for everyone to go to the mountain to see the residents tomorrow.

Leon checked and found that many people were living on the mountain.

"This is the foot of the mountain. There are more than three thousand households and more than a thousand households on the mountain."

Collin nodded.

Leon added, "Five newcomers will go, and we will send one doctor. If we encounter some difficult and rare diseases, they also can learn something."

Collin continued to nod.

"You are better than me in this field. So you go," Leon said. Collin nodded and suddenly raised his head. "No, I won't go." "Well, if you don't go, I'll tell Davin that you've been going..."

"Alright, I'll go," Collin said as he covered Leon's mouth.

Though they lived on the mountain, it was not as scary as living on the mountain top.

There were many wooden houses built on flat terrain. They lived next to each other. Because they had not moved for generations, they were even more backward than people living at the foot of the mountain. Because their children did not go to school.

It was more difficult to communicate with these villagers. Collin was too tired to speak and listened to newcomers knocking on the door and communicating. He was responsible for explaining on the back. After a whole day, these newcomers were exhausted that they fell asleep as they lay on the bed.

Collin rushed to Roxanne's house after he put down his bag. He didn't even take a shower.

At night, the door was locked from the inside.

Collin stood at the door and smoked. Leaning against the tree, he did nothing but look at the door in front of him.

When it was almost twelve o'clock, Leon called. Collin said a few words, crushed the cigarette, turned around, and left.

Collin didn't know that there was someone behind the door.

After he left, the person behind the door also walked into the room.

"Mom, did you go out?" Livia asked.

Roxanne went into her bed. "No. I went to check if the door was locked. Good night."

Livia nodded in a daze.
