Billionaire's Reborn Baby
Chapter 962 You Can Try (1)

Emily was sitting in the car heading to Hump Village when Randy called and complained.

Randy roared almost all the time, "They are playing games all the time! What does he mean? Is he a man or not?"

Emily didn't know what to say.

Emily took some time to figure out what Randy was trying to say. However, Emily was even more confused. "But isn't it better for him to do that? You don't need to worry!"

Only then did Randy calm down. He paused and said, "Makes sense."

Emily was speechless.

After hanging up the phone, Emily was still staring at the phone in confusion. "Randy isn't jealous of the guards, so he came here early in the morning, is he?" Rex, who was driving, nodded. "It seems so."

"It's really strange for boys to be jealous." Emily looked at Vincent with some surprise. "Mr. Vincent, don't you think so? How could Randy be jealous of the guards?"

"What's so strange about it?" Vincent looked up at Emily from the tablet and said, "I am jealous now."

Emily didn't see this coming.

Ever since Emily found out that Harold was still alive, Harold had become all her focus. Emily was either chatting with Harold on the phone or buying medicine for him online. Emily was completely ignoring Vincent. This morning, Emily also forgot to buy breakfast for Vincent when she bought breakfast for Harold.

Vincent did not show any dissatisfaction. He just looked down at his tablet after getting into the car, looking like he was very busy with work. Emily originally did not intend to disturb him. Now that Emily heard that he was jealous, he could not help but widen her eyes. After thinking for a while, Emily realized that she seemed to be ignoring Vincent these days.

"Mr. Vincent..." Emily tried to please Vincent by hooking his arm and snuggling up against his shoulder. Her little hands hooked around his fingers. "Are you really jealous?" Emily asked in a low voice. "No." Vincent looked at Emily.

Then the answer must be "yes".

Emily couldn't help but laugh. Then, she hugged Vincent's arm and looked at him for a while before whispering, "Don't be jealous. You are my favorite."

When Vincent heard this, his face didn't change, but the corners of his lips curled up.

Emily did not inform Harold in advance this time. When they arrived at Hump Village, they found that Harold went to work in the wood factory. Following the instructions of Spencer, the group arrived at the gate of the wood factory.

From afar, Emily saw Harold and a group of workers unloading the wood. The boss stood there, watching for a while before he walked in to answer a phone call. The other old employees quickly hid and smoked. They handed the rest of the work to Harold.

Harold did not care and kept on moving. He seemed to have endless strength.

The few old employees who were smoking on the side said sourly.

"Oh, you have so much strength every day. Is it because you don't have a woman to sleep with at night?"

"That's right. Where's that little chick who used to visit you? Haven't seen her for a while."

"Does she dump you for some other man?"

"Oh, dear! It can't be you can't do it, can it?"

The group of people lets out wretched laughter.

Harold seemed to be blocked. He only lowered his head to work.

Emily originally wanted to secretly give Harold a surprise, but she had never expected that she would hear such dirty words. She was so angry that she wanted to rush over and teach that group of people a lesson, but she stopped.

"Mrs. Scavo, let me take care of them," Rex immediately said.

"Not now." Emily thought for a moment before saying, "We'll teach them the lesson after they get off work. Otherwise, that group of people will relate us to Harold." Rex got it.

Vincent rubbed Emily's head with his palm as if he was praising her.

Emily had wanted to bring Harold back to Happisland City, but Harold said that he wanted to be with Spencer there. Besides, his face hadn't recovered yet. Harold was afraid of causing trouble for Emily in Happisland City, so Emily agreed. She didn't want to ruin the job Harold took an effort to replace.

During the lunch break, some brought their lunch boxes and ate directly in the factory. Some went home to eat. The group of old employees did not live close to the factory and they only had a two-hour break, but they still wanted to slack off and sleep more. They planned to come back at four or five in the afternoon. Anyway, Harold would finish all the work.

However, as soon as the employees came out, they saw a car in front of them. Although they did not know the plate number, they could tell that the car was not cheap. They said jealously, "Rich people stink."

However, when they looked up, they saw Emily leaning on the side of the car door. She was petite and they did not notice her at first. But seeing that Emily was just a little girl, they did not take her seriously. They planned to walk around her and continue to move forward.

Emily stood up straight, looked at them, and said, "You just insulted me."

The old employees were all in their forties. Some of them had buckteeth; some had bald heads; some of them had ugly looks. They were not only ugly but also wicked. At this moment, each of them had a flattering smile on their faces. They said to Emily, "What are you talking about?"

They looked into the car, but couldn't see anyone in the car. So they thought the car was empty. The group muttered in a low voice, "There is no one in the car."

"Chick," said a bald man, "Are you here alone?"

"Perhaps we can send you home." The other people half-surrounded Emily with malicious intentions.

Emily lowered her head. She was wearing a mask, so no one could see her face clearly. All they heard was her voice saying, "Hurry up and leave, or I'll ask my uncle to beat you up."

Emily looked like she was very scared, only pretending to be calm.

When the few saw Emily like this, they knew that she was just making up an uncle to fool them. There weren't many people here in the wilderness. It seemed that Emily was the only one who had accidentally barged in by driving. She couldn't replace a way out.

"Your uncle?" The bald man and the man with buckteeth smiled harder. "Where is he?"

Just as they were about to reach out to touch Emily, Emily who had been lowering her head, suddenly raised her head and smiled coldly. "I already said that if you don't leave, I will call my uncle out to beat you

up."

As soon as Emily finished speaking, she kicked the crotch of the man in the front. Then, Emily punched with her elbow and kicked the man from the back. After that, the group all lay on the ground and cried

out.

"Spare me!"

"Don't hit me! Don't hit me!"

"Stop fighting. I still need to make money to support my daughter..."

Rex, who was observing the whole process in the car, could not help but flatter, "The little Hulk is really awesome!"

Emily stepped on the mouths of those people and warned them in a low voice, "I advise you to pay attention to your words in the future. I don't think you want to mess up with me."

The few of them nodded in fear, then covered the wounds on their faces and ran away.
