A jolt of safety ran through my spines as I ran out of the mansion, and with Levi nowhere in sight I felt safe for the moment. I slowed down my steps, cautiously taking calculated steps through the crusty thorns which lay everywhere.

A loud boom from the mansion caused my heart to pick up its regular racing.

"Amery, you can run but you can't hide." Levi's voice boomed from the mansion and a deep rumbling laughter following that.

My sense of safety was immediately short lived as I frantically looked around me. I wasn't all too familiar with this place. For the record, I haven't gone more than three steps away from the entrance of the mansion, but right now I was tempted to get out of here;

now.

In fear, I had no choice than to run to the back of the mansion but was met with dark oak trees, blocking out the sun from lightning up the forest.

I felt my heart quicken and hurt hardly against my chest as my eyes welled up in tears. This was just too much torture, everyday a new....

My thoughts were cut in my mind as sounds of heavy foots stomping the ground and with every step it took it sounded really close. I dared to look back, only to be met with Levi's eyes blazing determinations as a devilish smirk pulled up his lips.

I ran into the woods in horror, I ran as fast as my legs could carry me. I tried marking the directions I came from but with Levi hot on my trails it was all too difficult to do that.

My foot hit several rocks and tree stumps as I ran. My legs made a hard contact with a large stump, I fell. I immediately regretted standing up immediately. I glanced in fear as the muscles in my legs pulled up in my thighs causing sheer pain shooting through my spine.

I tried running but my legs felt too heavy and caused harsh pains coursing throughout my body. The fear of Levi seeing me helpless and capturing me was a situation I never wanted to imagine.

Loud footsteps echoed through the silent woods, I rushed towards a large rock which was large enough to hide my petite body. I couldn't keep up with the run, neither did I fancy getting caught.

I held my breath as his broad figure came into sight, my heart thudded loudly through my chest. I clamped my palms around my mouth, in fear I'll cry out in fright.

"It would be such a sight and epic one, to see how your eyes dilate and give into death, and your hands dropping lifelessly against your sides." His menacing voice echoed through the woods, alerting me of his entrance.

I held my breath, my eyes fixed firmly on his features waiting on his every move. I shouldn't have come down for breakfast, I should have stayed in.

That was useless, for someone like Levi who was bent on ending my life, he would go as far as he can to do that. Even if it meant, pulling me by my hair and dragging my sorry ass from my room throwing me out of the window.

I engaged my thoughts, trying to temporarily get my mind off the helpless situation I am in. But it felt odd, I peeked from where I hid; he was nowhere to be found and everywhere was oddly still.

"Oh, Amery." I jumped in fright, my back painfully contacting the hard rock which was my safety a while ago.

"L-l-evi.." I stuttered in fright as those grey eyes stared coldly through my pale face.

"I warned you. Why the stress? When you could have died peacefully right there?"

"Levi please..." I begged tiredly, as paid ached through my body.

Another level of pain coursed through my body, I yelped loudly. Strong hands coldly held my hair into a fist, roughly dragging me up.

"Please stop." I cried. My weak hands immediately shot up towards his strong ones as I struggled to pull away from him. My eyes stung as the tears threatened to fall.

"I warned you." He laughed, his hands swiftly moved to my neck. My eyes were teary, his hands kept squashing my neck, squeezing the living daylights out of my body.

The woods became blurry, as I felt my body go limp. My hands dropped to my sides in surrender as my eyes threatened to close on their own accord.

Dots appeared and my limp body fell painfully against the rock, but I was too numb to feel anything.

I glanced at his hardened facial expression weakly, as he whispered five scary words into my ears.

"You made a grave mistake."

I slowly opened my eyes as I tried to adjust to reality, the blur which blocked my eyes cleared as my heart paced rapidly. I sat up, I was seated on a dirty surface, everywhere was dusty.

It was a cave whose entrance was secured by prison bars. I stood up immediately, my eye landing on a casual muscular body leading against the wall, casually looking at my distress. I rushed rushed towards, dropping to my knees I tugged at his trousers.

"Levi please. Let me out." I begged, I felt oddly scared and I knew this cave held my greatest fear.

He raised his brow in amusement, as a smirk pulled up his lips.

"Oh dear Amery." He chuckled, his arms folded across his broad chest. "This is the best opportunity I have had in a long time. I'd rather be burnt alive than to let this pass by."

"No Levi. I am sorry, I never meant to play such an expensive prank on you, and I would never do it again." I assured him, hoping for a positive response.

"Oh really? You never meant to? C'mon Amery, you were in your right senses." His eyes darkened as he said that. "You can't hurt me." He paused. "But I can."

And almost immediately, a loud growl came from the sides of the cave. My bones stiffened as goosebumps appeared on my skin.

"Please don't. Don't hurt me, I'll do anything for you." I pleaded.

"Too late."

The growl came again and I knew this was my doom. He was not bluffing when he said he'll feed me to his wolves.

And right now, I am an appetizing lunch for some wild wolves.

Good lord!
