AMERY

"Let go you f****d up bastard!" I growled at Levi. The anger blazing through my eyes as I dared him to free me from his clutches. I wanted out of this place and out of his life but how could i possibly do that when Levi wouldn't let me go and had me pinned to the wall against my will.

"Why are you struggling?" He asked as and i corked my head to the side in disbelief. Was he really asking me that question after everything that he had done to me?

"Let me go Levi. I have to finish up my project with Quincy and he's waiting for me." I groaned and tried to jab my wrists at him but it was pointless. Levi had always had this sort of strength that could ward off an entire army of men and no, i wasn't exaggerating. "First of all, listen to what I have to say. You can always leave afterwards. I just want to get it off my chest."

I chuckled. A deep one that reverberated through my insides and bursts out openly but as expected, he didn't move an inch and neither was be surprised by my outbursts.

"And what exactly do you want to let off your chest Levi?" I threw my chin up at him in annoyance. "What exactly do you want to say that you haven't said before? What lies do you want to tell me this time? Just what rubbish do you want to spill to make me forgive you?"

"I'm being serious here Amery." He shook me against the wall but I was the least interested in his tantrums.

"You're being serious?" I countered. "Like you were being serious when you tried to kill me? Like you were serious when you stopped those boys from the gym from hurting me just so that you could do it yourself?" I scoffed. "You must think that I'm stupid don't you?"

"Those boys hurting you wasn't my fault. I even tried my best to stop them. I almost went berserk trying to save you from them." He replied through gritted teeth.

I snatched my hands away from him forcefully. "You know what I'm still trying to understand?" I asked but he doesn't respond. "I'm still trying to understand how possible it is that you're so bold trying to make yourself look stupid in front of me. You hurt me Levi." I stabbed his chest with my fingers.

"You hurt me countless times. I always tried to believe that you had some good buried inside you but I was only mistaken. I trusted you blindly and you had the guts to kill me that day. Do you know what I've been through after you did that? Huh?" I pushed him forcefully but he didn't budge. It felt like I was trying to move a rock instead.

"I almost lost my life." I whispered painfully. "And on top of that, my whole world became a mess and what's worse is that you showed up in my school and tried to harm me again. You didn't even try to apologize for your previous actions. Instead, you threatened to kill me yourself so what changed all of a sudden? Because the Levi I know would not just apologize if he wasn't plotting something."

"I'm sincerely apologizing for everything that I had done to you Amery." He began. "I'm sorry that I broke your trust and more importantly, I'm sorry that I tried to kill you. You were the only person who looked past my pain and tried to reach out to me and yet I took your kindness for granted and for that, I'm truly sorry."

"Nice line." I clapped my hands in complete sarcasm. "That would be really great for a music lyric don't you think? Who even put you up for this? Your girlfriend? Did she ask you to apologize to me and try to get on my good side?" "Amery-"

"I'm not just buying this crap Levi. No matter how many times you apologize, I will never believe them. You see this scar?" I raised up my hands for him to see the bruise. "You had inflicted it on me when you forcefully pushed me to the ground of the female restroom minutes after threatening to get back at me and making sure that you kill so what changed in just a day?" I asked but he couldn't respond.

"Nothing changed Levi. Absolutely nothing at all so don't try to make yourself look stupid by doing this." I warned him sternly and tried to leave but he grabbed my hands and slammed my back to the wall for the second time. I yelped but he pushed himself on me, making sure to sever any distance between us.

"L-Levi" I stuttered but he didn't stop. Instead him rubbed his lower part of his body on mine, creating deep arousing friction between us. His move ignitied every flame inside me and I found myself giving in to his touch against my will. Just what on earth was happening to me?

"I'm trying to get you to forgive me Amery but you're being so damn stubborn about it." He pressed himself then stopped momentarily only to continue the action again. I felt my knees go jelly even though I tried to force myself to stand.

"I'm sorry for what had happened between us and whether you like it or not, you're going to forgive me otherwise, I'd replace a way to make you." He threatened. "I know that you're upset and probably don't want to have anything to do with me but that's in the past." He brought his lips to my face and whispered. "You and I are connected Amery and there's no fighting this."

Asher walked in on us and we froze. I pushed myself away from him and took a step back. The look on Asher's face was dangerously lethal and I could tell that he was on the verge of almost murdering Levi who seemed nonchalant about the situation. Just how long had he been standing there? Did he listen to all our conversation or did he only walk In just now? Just what on earth am I going to do now? How was I going to explain this? Would he even believe me if I did?

"What's going on here?" He asked the question that I dreaded to answer at that point. There was nothing I would say at this point that would make any sense. The angle at which he had seen us was too intimate for anyone to think otherwise. "What do you think is going on here?" Levi taunted him. "We were obviously having a moment together but you disrupted it when you decided to walk In on us uninvited."

Asher grabbed him by the collar but Levi only smirked. He seemed to be enjoying his actions much to Asher's bitter judgement.

"You don't seem to stop do you?"

"Calm down." Levi grumbled and forcefully yanked Asher's hands away from his collar. "She's not even your girlfriend and yet you're acting like she is. The last time I checked, you don't even own her so what's the fuss all about?" Asher raised up his hands to punch Levi but I stepped in between them.

"Don't do it." I shook my head viciously. "Please don't hurt him because of me."

"Just let him do it Amery. After all, we've been hurting ourselves all these while because of you." Levi blurted and Asher dived for him. They began hitting themselves. I tried to stop them but my words only fell on deaf ears as they tried to punch the lives out of themselves.

Quincy emerges a few seconds later and just like me, he is shocked to see them fighting. He grabs them and pulled them apart from each other. I think their strength only seemed to work on themselves.

"Really?" He admonished them. Levi suffered a blow to his cheek while Asher came out unscathed. It baffled me that Levi was bleeding. He had never gotten injured to the point of bleeding so why was he all of a sudden.

"She came for a project and this is what you've both reduced yourself to? Damn I'm the one who asked her to come here!" He yelled at both of them like a father cautioning his kids. "And you..." He pointed at Asher. "Was this what you had in mind when you convinced her to come here? You wanted to give her a show and kill yourselves?"

Asher scratched his head and faced me. "I'm sorry that you got to see that Amery." His apology was sincere but I wasn't sure if he meant it though.

Levi walked past us and located the couch where he originally sat before and so did Asher and Quincy.

I was like the middle man in all of this. The living room was dead quiet as if they hadn't tried to kill themselves minutes ago.

"Since everyone is a bit levelheaded." Quincy began. "How about a game of truth and dare to lighten the mood. Winner takes all. Are you in Amery?" He asked and all eyes fell on me automatically as I found it hard to either say yes or decline.
