Everyone gathered in the large courtyard.

Everyone smelled an unusual scent in the air, and as they looked atVictoria's ailing appearance, they knew that today's family meeting,convened by Victoria , was likely to address matters related to her finalarrangements.

Observing Romeo's family, occasional expressions of anticipation andsatisfaction flashed across their faces, and everyone had someexpectations in their hearts.

Victoria sat quietly, remaining silent throughout. It seemed that she hadweakened to the point of not wanting to say much.

"Mom, what's wrong? Should we take you to the hospital?" Jennifer,Miranda's aunt, suggested.

“Yes, Mom, we can definitely replace the best doctor for you!" Owen alsoexpressed.

Victoria waved her hand dismissively, "I've already found the bestdoctor..."

"Owen, Jennifer at this point, Mom already has an idea in her heart! Ifyou want to blame someone, blame that damn Lachlan and that littleslut Miranda. If it weren't for them, would Mom be like this?" Romeo'sface was filled with indignation.

A well-built middle-aged man in uniform nodded his head, "Mr. Lowe,you can rest assured that as long as the evidence is conclusive, I willmake sure justice is served for Mrs. Lowe and the entire Lowe family.”At this moment many people were looking at Malcolm Foster and hissubordinates with suspicion!

It seemed like the Romeo family had made full preparations today!They even called in law enforcement officers?

Looking at Malcolm and his men, some people began to feel uneasyinside themselves

"They're here! Emmanuel's family has arrived!"

George glanced towards the door shouting out loud

Everyone looked at Emmanuel's family with strange eyes filled withmalice; it was like they were looking at criminals or something similar.The next second everyone parted into two sides creating anatmosphere of judgmental tension which made Emmanuel, Cara,Miranda, and Mason feel nervous except Lachlan who had calmnesswritten all over his face along with a smile.

"Hehe, we're all here. Are you just waiting for us?" Lachlan asked witha smile.

“Lachlan! You evil-hearted scoundrel! Look at what you've done to mymother after we entrusted her to you!" Romeo shouted in anger andindignation.

“I knew it! You made Dr. Hall leave because you wanted to harm mygrandmother!" Harlow accused through gritted teeth.

“Tell us, what did you give Mrs. Lowe that almost killed her?" Elizacame forward with a big accusation.

"Oh? I'm the one who caused Mrs. Lowe's condition? Wasn't it Dr. Hallthat you hired?" Lachlan raised an eyebrow and sneered.

"Don't deny it! We have witnesses and evidence today, so there's noroom for your excuses!" Romeo coldly snorted and clapped his hands.Then, a maid from the Lowe family walked out holding a bag of trashshe had collected from cleaning up the mansion as usual.

"This is something I found while cleaning up - drug residue," she saidas she pointed at Lachlan with her hand extended towards him. "I sawhe throw this away."

Romeo nodded as he took the bag from the maid's hand andannounced loudly to everyone, "We've already tested these drugresidues in this bag, which contain excessive amounts of arsenicelements!"

He then pointed at Lachlan with an imposing tone, “Lachlan, tell us whythere are such toxins in the medicine that you gave my mother underthe pretext of treating her illness? Did you want to poison her?"

“You ambitious villain!" The crowd erupted into chaos upon hearing thisrevelation.

"Arsenic toxin?! That's poison!"

“Lachlan is really ruthless!"
