Eight Years Lost A Love Unclaimed (Ariella) -
Chapter 69
BOOK7 Chapter4
I opened my mouth to tell Lucas, but was interrupted by the sound of his phone
ringing.
He glanced at the caller ID, then quickly answered, forgetting that his speaker was
still on.
Ava's sobbing voice came through the phone. "Lucas, please help me! I'm so scared.
I'm trapped in a KTV room, and these guys won't let me leave."
Upon hearing this, Lucas didn't even look at me. He just rushed out the door, his face
filled with concern.
As he walked, he tried to comfort Ava. "Ava, don't be scared. I'm on my way! Just wait for me."
The pain in my abdomen was so intense that I couldn't stand, so I grabbed his sleeve. "Wait, take me to the hospital. I can't drive."
Lucas's face turned icy as he kicked me to the ground, glaring at me with hatred.
"Eva, you disgust me. Even now, you're still jealous and acting crazy. Don't stop me Eight Years Lost: A Love Unclaimed

from saving her. Get lost!"
I was in too much pain to move, struggling to get out a few words, "My stomach...
it
hurts so much. It's our...
I wanted to tell him that our child was in danger, but before I could finish, he cut
me
off with a voice full of contempt.
He grabbed me roughly from the ground, his voice cold and full of malice.
"Bitch, since you want to go so badly, I'll take you."
"I'll make sure you see for yourself just how huge the difference is between you, a
fat
pig, and Ava!"
He dragged me toward the parking lot, his grip so tight that it made the pain in my
abdomen even worse. I nearly passed out from the agony.
I was like a lifeless doll, unable to resist as he threw me into the back seat of the
car.
He looked at me with disgust as I lay there, my body crumpled in pain.
"Eva, do you have to make yourself so revolting?"
With that, he slammed on the gas, the car speeding off at a dangerous pace.
I was in so much pain that I couldn't move, rolling off the seat onto the floor.

I curled up into a ball, trembling, hoping the pain would subside.
But the roaring engine and the stench of gasoline only made it worse, the paint
echoing through my head like a drum. I started begging incoherently.
"Lucas, please... take me to the hospital... I can't take it anymore."
But Lucas didn't seem to hear my pleas. He kept driving, one hand on the wheel, the
other holding the phone as he continued to comfort Ava.
"Ava, it's okay. Don't cry. It breaks my heart when you cry. Hang in there, I'll be there
soon..."
Curled up on the floor, I could faintly smell the scent of blood. The pain was so
overwhelming I wished I could just pass out.
Unable to hold it in any longer, I started sobbing quietly.
But soon, the sobs turned into uncontrollable wails.
Lucas snarled at me, "Shut up, you bitch! Can't you stop being such a jealous hag
for
one damn minute?"
