Flirting With My Ex-husband -
Chapter 447
The light changed to green. Scarlett didn't answer his question. "The light is green."
Raymond withdrew his eyes and slowly started the car.
It was quiet in the car. Scarlett remembered what Raymond just said, feeling a little guilty.
Well, what should she say? She hid a lot of things from him.
Scarlett decided to ignore it for the time being.
After ten minutes, the car stopped.
It was a little dark. They got out of the car and crossed the road. Scarlett was led into
an alley.
She saw the signboard of a restaurant.
Scarlett raised an eyebrow. "How did you replace this place?"
This restaurant must be difficult to replace.
"Alexander recommended it to me."
Scarlett chuckled. "He's quite good at enjoying life."
Raymond glanced down at her. "He's only good at that."
Scarlett curved her lips and didn't say anything.
Although the restaurant was remote, the food here was very delicious, so there were many customers inside.
Raymond seemed to have booked a room in advance. They went in, and the waiter
took them to a private room.
Scarlett hadn't been to a restaurant of this kind for some time. It was getting hotter and hotter in Juanton City, so she had no appetite. This restaurant served cold dishes. Having a meal here might be a good choice.
Scarlett hadn't been here before, but from its decor, she could see it was not an ordinary restaurant.
When Scarlett saw the bill, she knew she was right.
"There will be a charity auction the day after tomorrow. Would you like to go to it?"
Scarlett passed the water glass to Raymond and smiled with a raised eyebrow. "Even if I go, I can't go with you, right?"
They were still dating secretly.
Raymond took a sip of water and leaned back on the sofa, sitting casually.
He probably felt his tie was uncomfortable, loosening it slowly while looking at her.
After that, he undid the top two buttons of his shirt.
He then asked her, "Scarlett, what should I do so that you can bring our relationship out of the shadow?"
She had said she would make it public early, but he couldn't wait any longer.
Scarlett tutted. "Didn't I promise you I will disclose it early?"
Raymond stared at her silently. The promise was not enough for him. He wanted her to announce it right now.
Of course, Raymond knew it was impossible.
The man on the sofa slightly lowered his head. His white shirt made his face look cold.
Raymond was indeed handsome. He had a high nose and rosy lips. His features were well strongly defined.
Noticing her gaze, Raymond suddenly looked up at her.
Scarlett raised her glass, bowed her head, and drank water, looking a little flustered.
"Let me hug you, Scarlett."
He became more and more straightforward. He just called her over before, but now he directly said that he wanted to hug her.
Scarlett flushed, looking askance at him with her pretty eyes. "Forget it."
As he saw her smile, Raymond's heart lurched. He reached out and pulled her into his arms.
It was warm in Juanton City in May. Scarlett wore a tight black skirt and a white chiffon blouse that was tucked in. Her waist was slender, and her legs were long.
When Raymond hugged her, the back of his hand inadvertently brushed her thighs. Both of them were stunned.
Scarlett's skirt was tight. Raymond held her close, so she didn't dare to move, afraid that her skirt would be split.
However, they were clinging tightly together. If they were not in the car, people would think they were having sex. Yet Raymond didn't just want to embrace her.
Human beings were always greedy.
Raymond's eyes darkened. He called her in a deep voice. "Scarlett."
