Raymond's little trick didn't work. Finally, he had to drive off.

Scarlett stood at the door, watching his car drive away. She couldn't help chuckling.

What a shameless man!

When Scarlett received a call from Larry, she had just come out of the meeting room at Mornet.

Larry said he would come to Juanton City today. He wanted to have a meal with her.

The last time she went back to Deeton City, Larry said that he would come to Juanton City in a few days.

Hanging up the phone, Scarlett thought for a while and sent Raymond a message.

Larry came to Juanton City this time for business. Since his trip was confidential, few people knew about it.

At noon, Scarlett asked Katherine to book a room at Clear Waters. When it was six o'clock in the evening, she drove there from Mornet.

Coincidentally, Scarlett had just parked the car when she saw Larry who was getting out of his car.

"Larry!"

She called out to Larry and smilingly trotted up to him.

Larry looked down at her for a moment." You didn't lie. You've gained weight."

Scarlett was embarrassed. "How long will you stay in Juanton City?"

The first time they met, they didn't know their relationship yet. Although Larry was polite, he was unapproachable.

Later, her grandma died. Scarlett was sad. He had silently sat in the living room with her for many nights.

He did not say anything, but he did many things for her.

Scarlett was close to him because of blood. She was talkative in front of Larry.

"Two days."

Larry paused. "I'll come to see you on the next vacation."

"Okay."

Scarlett smiled happily and then felt awkward. "I'll go to Deeton City in a few days when I'm free."

Larry grunted. They entered Clear Waters.

After ordering the food, Scarlett saw Larry looking at her. She guessed that it was probably because of the news about her. " Does Grandpa know it?"

Larry took a sip of tea. "I haven't told him. You'd better tell Grandpa yourself."

Scarlett pursed her lips. "Will Grandpa be shocked?"

Larry remembered when he came home yesterday, he heard Rowan and his mother saying that Scarlett had a hard time all those years. Larry pondered for a while and said, "No." Rowan would only imagine how difficult it was for Scarlett to start her business.

Scarlett thought for a moment and felt he was right. Rowan had experienced many things. He wouldn't be shocked that his granddaughter was rich.

Larry came over this time not only to see how Scarlett was lately but also to talk with her about Raymond. "Are you and Raymond back together?"

Scarlett was stunned. "Yeah."

"My friend saw you together."

Scarlett didn't want to hide it from Larry. Besides, she had already told Rowan. "But I don't want to disclose it yet."
