Katherine's

POV

I stared at the closet full of different kinds of dresses in all different cuts and colors. Xavier didn't tell me where we would be going, and I wondered what I should wear. I had to browse through the endless choices, and two caught my eye.

One was a plain black formal number, and the other was a white summer dress.

I shifted my head to the side as I hung the two opposite dresses next to one another.

Which one should I choose?

"Something exciting and fun!" My conscience yelled at me, "We are here to let loose and go wild while having some fun!"

My gaze shifted back to the white flower dress. It wasn't appropriate for a formal function, but it would be fine for an informal one.

"You are not going to a function!" My mind growled at me, "It is only dinner! Live a little bit!"

"Very well!" I whispered and placed the black number back in the closet: "The white one will do!"

I headed to the dressing table and did my make-up, then my hair.

Just after 7 p.m., I exited my room and headed down to the living room.

I found Xavier standing in front of the fireplace, deep in thought, dressed in navy blue jeans and a white dress-up shirt.

I unconsciously licked my lips as my eyes roamed over his perfect back.

Oh, goddess, this man is deliciously perfect!

"Are you ready to paint the town red?" Xavier asked, staring into the fire. He must have smelled or heard me enter.

"I am," I answered.

Xavier turned around, and his eyes widened when he saw me.

"Wow!" He gasped as his eyes roamed over my features.

I nervously chuckled and blushed.

"You look stunning!" He said as he drank me in.

"So do you, Mr. Black!" I teased, "Or should I call you Alpha?"

Xavier narrowed his eyes at me and took three huge steps toward me, closing the gap between us.

He bent down, and his breath tickled the side of my nape.

"You call me Alpha, when," he licked his lips seductively, "you scream my name..."

His words sent sweet shivers down my core, and my mind threw images of our last interaction...

Goddess, that was...

"Now, before I take your perfect Goddess-given body and make you scream my name over and over again, let's go and have something to eat first."

A teasing smile appeared on Xavier's lips, and his blue eyes darkened as he lifted my hand toward his lips.

Xavier's eyes were full of mischief, and I suddenly wondered if it was such a great idea to be with him alone.

"Don't look so worried," he teased as he pressed his lips on my finger, "this wolf doesn't bite often!"

"You are such a flirt, mister Black," I raised an eyebrow at him, keeping my face serious, "but it seems we will be spending the night indoors if we don't leave now!" "I like the way you think," he said and bent down to my ear.

"I hope your p*ssy is as wet as the tip of my cock is for you!"

He watched me shiver at his words, and a small moan left my lips. This man was driving my insides to mush! I can't fight it anymore!

"Keep those moans for me later," he said, taking my hand. "I would love to hear them later tonight."

My p*ssy clenched, soaking the little lace panties I had on.

"F*ck!" I internally growled; I wanted to taste Xavier now! Not later!

Xavier led me toward the SUV, opened and closed the passenger door, and got in.

"You surely look delicious in that dress," he complimented, "and the dress suits you well."

"Well, thank you," I replied. "The person who bought it for me has great taste! You should thank him for me."

Xavier lay forward, and his scent enveloped me, pulling me in.

I automatically closed my eyes, believing that Xavier was about to kiss me.

When the kiss never came, I opened my eyes, a bit startled, and Xavier chuckled behind his hand before starting the SUV.

I scrunched my eyebrows together, feeling embarrassed.

"If I had kissed you just now, the chances of us arriving for dinner on time would be zero to nothing," he said, and the same teasing smile appeared on his lips.

Xavier put the SUV into drive, and off we went to the unknown.

About fifteen minutes late, Xavier stopped the vehicle and helped me out.

He grabbed my hand in his huge hands and started to walk into the forest. "Where are we?" I asked.

"You will see," he answered, "it is a surprise!"

Xavier slowed down and turned toward me, then lifted my chin to look at him.

"I need you to close your eyes; otherwise, I need to blindfold you, and I don't particularly want to spoil your makeup now."

"Okay," I answered, not even thinking of arguing.

I closed my eyes, and Xavier started to move forward.

I focused all my energy on my hearing. I might not be able to see, but I could hear just fine. Xavier's heart was pounding out of excitement, and it sounded as if his breathing was almost racing out of joy.

My head snapped toward my left, hearing crickets and small frogs playing their favorite song, and somewhere close by I could hear and smell a deer walking peacefully by.

"We are almost there," Xavier said, his voice almost murmuring.

A few minutes later, the sound of people's voices became audible from a distance.

Xavier came to a stop, let go of my hand, and moved away from me.

A small whimper escaped my lips at the loss of contact.

"You can open your eyes now," Xavier said.

What I saw next was unimaginably beautiful.
