Love Began with the First Meeting
Chapter 868 Mol's Sweet Marriage Life (Part Two)

"Ah! My God!" Molly suddenly exclaimed.

"Are you all right?" Brian asked her. He frowned and looked at her in concern.

She shook her head at seeing Brian being so nervous. "Don't worry. Nothing's wrong," she paused for a moment, drawing a deep breath. Before he could ask again, she continued slowly, "The baby just kicked, That's all." His face turned long at Molly's explanation. Looking at her gradually swollen belly, he seemed a little angry.

She laughed and chided him, "You will terrify the baby..."

At her laughter Brian put his hand onto her belly. "Hey, you little thing, don't hurt your Mommy. If you don't follow my orders, I will kick your ass!" Suddenly, he blinked in surprise. "Is it actually kicking me?" Molly couldn't help laughing again and explained, "It is protesting what you said just now!"

"..." Brian was left speechless. He stoked her belly for a while and said to the baby, "If you are a girl, I will forgive you. If you are a boy, I will throw you into the Hell Forest!"

Just then, his hand sensed movement again. He looked in surprise at her belly. Seeing his animated expression, Molly laughed loudly.

They laughed and talked without noticing any other people along the lane. Many passersby smiled at the happy couple. Their happiness even made the crazy heat seem less oppressive.

But one woman was acting differently from the other people strolling under the trees. Her sharp eyes seemed like arrows filled with hate that could shoot through anything.

Sensing the hostile presence, the smile on Brian's face gradually disappeared and he turned his head, looking for the source of the animosity he felt. His eyes met a familiar face. Feeling his mirth change, Molly also looked in the same direction as his gaze. Soon she also saw the crazy, jealous countenance of the woman who stared at them. "Becky Yan?" Molly called out to her in doubt. The woman's appearance was completely different from the way she remembered her.

Becky Yan clutched the handrails of her wheelchair and clenched her teeth tightly. Slowly she came over in her wheelchair. Never had she expected to meet Brian and Molly again, and on just the second day after her release from prison. They were the last two people she wanted to see in the whole world.

Molly knitted her eyebrows together and turned to Brian, "Is she..."

Brian held Molly's hand gently and she didn't finish her sentence. She looked at the woman approaching in the wheelchair.

"Long time no see..." Becky looked up at them, speaking coldly. Then she squinted at Molly's belly and asked, "Are you pregnant again? Hope the baby will not be as poorly as Addison Long? Hopefully it will be dumb!"

"Becky Yan!" Molly couldn't bear it. She had planned that, whatever Becky would say, she would not retort. However, when she heard Becky curse her baby, she could not keep silent at all. "Please try to be nice to others, or you will suffer more retribution."

"Why? You aren't nice to others! Why do you then expect others to be nice..." Becky snarled at Molly with a hateful expression. Becky neglected seeing Brian's sharp gaze and planned to continue with her insults.

But Brian stopped her, "You are not qualified to judge Molly," he said to her. He looked at her so frigidly that the high temperature seemed to suddenly drop and become icy. "Becky, if you are still expecting me to forgive you, despite what you did, you are wasting your time. I am telling you."

Hearing his words, Becky glared at him, "You are wrong, too! I didn't have any feelings for you from the very beginning. I would never have given you or Eric a second look, if you were not from the Long Family and held such high status." Her face seemed to deform as it twisted in anger. "You should have stayed away from me from the beginning. If you had, I would not have been in such a miserable condition now. This is all your fault!" Becky grated from between gritted teeth.

'You should not have contacted me at that time. You and Eric should not have helped me. If not for you and Eric, I could still have led my life in a rich family. But now, everything is ruined...

Brian, why did God let me love you? Why? Why did you give your love to Ruby Yan when I had fallen in love with you? Why?' Becky thought both sadly and angrily.

Brian knitted his eyebrows while looking at Becky. What he hated was that she never considered her own mistakes and always blamed others. Even after she had done so many bad things! "Your present predicament is your own fault. You only have yourself to blame." After having spoken, Brian turned his eyes from her. He did not want to look at Beck anymore. He gestured at Molly and took her hand. The two were about to leave. Brian didn't want Molly to have to see Becky again. There were too many unhappy memories involved with this woman. He didn't want to remind Molly of that.

"Ruby Yan," Beck looked at Molly's aloof figure and she spoke loudly, "Aren't you even a little ashamed when you are living a happy life? You took away another's man. You've stolen him from your own sister. Don't you feel ashamed?"

Hearing what Becky said, Brian's face became cold and there was cruelty flickering in his eyes.

Molly wriggled her hand from Brian's grasp and turned back to Becky. She wasn't angry at all, and there was only calmness on her face as she spoke, "I never took away your man. When I started a relationship with Brian, you had already dumped him and moved far away." Seeing the furious face of the woman, Molly continued, "Moreover, do you even think you deserve to be my sister? Except for us sharing the same father, we have no other connection at all! And I hate that I have such parents, and really wish I had not been born into that family! And I never expected to have any sisterly relationship with you!"

After a pause, Molly added, "Becky Yan, I never felt ashamed in front of you. Instead, I only feel grateful to you! Because you let Brian go, so I had the opportunity to be in a relationship with him. I was not confident enough before to be his wife and I gave up several times, but now I've changed! Whatever happens from now on, I will never let him go. I don't care what you think of me, even though you insist that I was the third person. I did not break up your relationship. I will never in my whole life leave Brian. My children and I will be a whole family together with him. I will stay with him forever!"

Brian gazed at Molly and his eyes deepened with respect and love. A smile found its way onto his face. His eyes were proud and he smiled, as he was filled with a sense of happiness and contentment.

"Let's go!" Molly said after she had finished her speech. She tucked her hand in Brian's big hand and turned to Becky one last time. She spoke her last words to Becky, "Try to change yourself. Then I hope you will one day replace your own happy life. Becky, forget about the past. Only by doing that, can you have a bright future."

The sunshine painted Molly and Brian in glorious golden light through the leafy canopy overhead. They were a part of a harmonious picture as they strolled away. Becky stayed in that place for a long time, frozen into immobility by her hatred and anger.
