Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)
Chapter 3201 An Audience With the King

"May I ask where you hail from, young friend, and why have you appeared in Montiria so late at night?" Elder Wynter inquired cautiously rather than extending an immediate offer of alliance. Aelion remained silent for a moment before finally responding with difficulty. "I... am alone."

A flicker of joy crossed Elder Wynter's eyes, and she smiled kindly. "In that case, Aelion, would you consider coming back with me to the Witch Tower? You will be treated like family by everyone there."

Perhaps genuinely moved by Elder Wynter's words, or perhaps with nowhere else to go, Aelion hesitantly agreed. "Okay..."

Elder Wynter was slightly surprised by how easily Aelion agreed, but she didn't dwell on it. She led him back in the direction she had come.

Not far away, hidden in the shadows, Sasha covered her lips with a coy smile. "Oh dear, how easily he was led away."

As if recalling something, she suddenly pulled out a red-and-white fox mask from within her robes and placed it over her face.

Back at the Witch Tower in Everton, Elder Wynter returned in the middle of the night with Aelion.

Dorothy, who had been roused from her sleep by Elder Wynter, found herself staring at the alabaster, slightly androgynous man behind the elder.

"Elder Wynter, who is this?" Dorothy asked, pointing at Aelion with deep confusion.

"This is Aelion Tarian, whom I encountered outsider earlier tonight. From now on, he will be part of our Witch Clan," Elder Wynter declared, her tone leaving no room for doubt.

Dorothy was shocked by how decisively Elder Wynter had welcomed Aelion into the clan. It was rare for someone to be accepted so readily by the elder. A flicker of caution arose in Dorothy's heart toward Aelion, but it was quickly dispelled by Elder Wynter's next words. "He is also a grandmaster-level expert. I will take him to see His Majesty shortly."

As Elder Wynter left with the silent Aelion, Dorothy remained in a state of shock. That's a grandmaster-level expert, for goodness sake! she thought. Why are we speaking of him so casually as if he's a cabbage?!

Late that night, Elder Wynter brought Aelion to the palace for an audience with the king.

Gadel, who had been comfortably nestled in bed with Fiorenna, was roused from his sleep.

"Your Majesty, I have come to recommend a truly exceptional talent," Elder Wynter said, gesturing to the motionless Aelion standing beside her.

Gadel, intrigued by Elder Wynter's

words, scrutinized his skin as white as jade, his features delicate and androgynous, with a slight arch to his brows and thin lips. For a

moment, Gadel couldn't determine if Aetion was male or female,

"Who are you, and why do you not kneel before your king?" Gadel's eyes locked onto Aelion like a lion's, searching for any hint of fear or hesitation.

"Your Majesty, Aelion Tarian is a grandmaster and can be of great service to you," Elder Wynter interjected.

Gadel's expression turned contemplative. A grandmaster willing to serve as his subordinate? It seemed almost too good to be true.

Bam!

Just as Gadel hesitated, Aelion, who had been standing straight, suddenly dropped to one knee. He looked up at Gadel, his voice soft yet firm. "I, Aelion Tarian... pledge allegiance to Your Majesty."

Gadel watched as Aelion knelt

respectfully before him, a smile

tugging at the corners of his mouth "Very welt, Aelion. From now on, you will be the general-in-chief of the Aerial Legion, a force directly under my command. Come to my study tomorrow, and I will personally select your soldiers."

Aelion's face lit up with a smile; his voice, still laced with that soft, androgynous tone, echoed through the chamber. "Thank you, Your Majesty, for your boundless grace!"
