Mated To The Twin Alpha Heirs -
Shock!
Luna Elizabeth Meeting David was the best thing to have ever happened to me. He was the perfect mate for me. Yes, he was sometimes overbearing and annoying but I knew his feelings for me were genuine and he took care of me excellently. He made me feel wonderful and whole. His lavish gifts and frequent dinner dates were boundlessly overwhelming. It was like he was always trying to make me happy, to sweep me off my feet. Most importantly, he made my daughter feel belonged. Took care of her, gifted her a car and a phone. Constantly filling her closet with new clothes though knowing my daughter, she could care less about fashion. But I loved her regardless and my wish was to always give her a good life and I'm glad she's having the best life. A stepfather who adores her, stepbrothers who bonded with her quickly. That had been my initial fear knowing how bringing kids who were adults and expecting them to become one and live in unity. I had been worried they'd make life hell for her but I had been so excited to see the boys accept not just me as their mother but also Katherina as their sister.
I wanted that relationship to never change. For nothing to ever ruin it. For the five of them to continually be happy with each other. I wanted my David to never change. For us to keep our family free from hate or troubles. And for now, it was working. We were one big family who played and ate together. The kids were happy with one another. My mate and I were working as a team, controlling and managing the affairs of the pack. It still baffled me how I came from the pack where I was a known 'nobody' to this pack where I was a somebody. An important personality. The second most important personality in the biggest, most successful pack in all regions. The Luna to the sweetest, wonderful, powerful Alpha. My luck shone just at the right time. Just when we were about to be banished and become rogues, my daughter and I found a place we could call home.
Katherina might not know but she was my priority. The very existence of my living. I would not hesitate to cut off ties with whoever tries to hurt her. I would not stand to see her in pains or humiliated. The pains she puts herself through was enough, she did not need the taunts of outsiders. I had not been joking when I said I'll leave Stone Shadow pack if they ever make my daughter feel useless or unwelcomed.
"Hope you enjoyed today's sightseeing?"
Alpha David asked as soon as our convoy drove into the compound.
"Yes, my Alpha. Thank you."
I claimed his mouth and gave his deep, passionate kiss.
"Remind me to keep taking you on sightseeing dates."
"Oh you crazy man."
I laughed.
"I want to keep receiving such heady appreciation."
He winked. It made me chuckle. David was such a very fine man with no ounce of fat anywhere in his body. He was all rock hard and fit even at his age. His charming smile got to me all the time. The same smile I've noticed that all of his boys except for Trenton had also gotten from him. And they had his handsome features too.
"Hey, let's get home first."
I swiped at his hand that was traveling up my thighs.
"We're home."
"Our bedroom."
But he was not paying attention. He was about to claim me in the back seat of his very luxurious car while his guards waited outside for us.
"No. This is not happening until we are in our bedroom."
He groaned. "You're no fun."
"I'm no fun? Just because I'm not allowing you have me in the back seat of your car?"
I shook my head in amusement. I opened the other side of my car door and stepped out before the guards could get close enough to open the door me. "Good evening, Luna."
The guards greeted and bowed.
"Good evening to you too."
I smiled at them. I waited for my mate to come to me. Together, with his hand on the low of my back, we walked in as the door opened. "Where are the children?"
I wondered as soon as we stepped into the family living room hoping we'd see them playing or watching TV as they sometimes did.
"Maybe they are gathered in one person's room. They especially like to gather in Kathy's room."
He replied.
"Good evening Dad."
I saw Aaron walk into the living room. Surprisingly, Aaron did not greet me as he usually did. His face was masked with surprise, then morphed into an amused one. What was up with the boy today? "Good evening Aaron."
He only smiled wider.
"I see you got yourself a new woman, dad. And you did not bother to tell your son."
What was going on here? I looked at David. He was frozen in place, he was not saying a word.
"Uhm. Are you okay, Aaron?"
Maybe he was not feeling himself. Sometimes kids tend to act irrational especially when they'd had a bad day. Maybe some trouble with school? "Why won't I be?"
"Some trouble with school?"
"No trouble at all. Everything is just dandy."
"Are you sure? Because you look a bit..."
"What? How do I look?"
"You are not quite yourself. Aaron, are you sure you're fine? You can talk to me. Let's talk it over a cup of tea or whatever drink you like."
My gaze left Aaron's to my mate. He was not saying anything. He looked speechless and...was that pain I was seeing on my mate's face?
"David, are you okay? Why do you look like that?"
But he did not say anything.
"He'll be fine, lady. He's just adjusting to the new reality."
"Lady? Did you just call me lady?"
I was perplexed. Not understanding at all what was happening. Aaron never called me lady. Not once. Not even when it my first time here. He'd called me by my name at first before he adapted to calling me mom. "Are you a man? Because if you are, you're one very fine man. Though, I don't think you are. Dad likes women, not men."
"You will not talk to your Luna and mother that way, Baron."
Baron? Who was Ba...
"Stop giving them a hard time."
Another voice said from behind this Aaron that suddenly had a different name, then the owner of the voice stepped forward. "Oh my goodness!"
I gasped, holding my chest and almost stumbling back in sheer shock at the...second Aaron?
