Mine: His Caged Princess -
Chapter 64
“Don’t touch me, Tiara.” He warned, and his grey eyes flashed blue. Wylder stayed near her while the doctor checked on her, and Tiara was right—her shoulder was dislocated for real.
‘That’s my girl. I too did the same with that f*****g omega, who was enjoying a coffee date with her.’ Night said proudly.
In the early morning, Wylder returned back to his room, knowing very well that he would have to return back to the training ground soon. He was expecting Arabella to sleep peacefully as the light in the room was off, but instead, she was sitting on the bed, her head resting on the headboard. He turned on the light before speaking.
“Ara…” He sat beside her, wondering why she hadn’t slept. In the next second, she opened her red and swollen eyes. It was clear that she cried. But why? He wasn’t rude to her, nor did he say a word about hurting Tiara. “Are you okay?” he raised his hand to touch her cheek.
“Dare you to touch me with your filthy hand?” She hissed angrily.
“Filthy hand? I thought you didn’t think of me as other males you have met.” Wylder spoke, not touching her without her consent.
“My bad. I realized that all men are the same.” Arabella snapped. She was mad at him for not returning to the room. She tried to sleep but she couldn’t. Throughout the night, she kept thinking about what they would be doing together.
She felt embarrassed for humiliating Tiara by saying that she would have Wylder tonight, but in the end, he was inside Tiara. What was she thinking back then?
She didn’t miss noticing how Wylder flinched at her rough tone, but she ignored it.
“Ara… Your mind stops working whenever you’re mad. But we can talk when you’re finally calm, okay?” He spoke softly. All of a sudden, Arabella felt bad for talking to him in that way.
“You’re Overthinking. My mind is working just perfectly fine.” She hissed, recalling how he had told her that her behavior reminded him of someone. Wylder didn’t argue with her and went inside the bathroom to freshen up. After a while, he walked out of the bathroom to change his clothes.
“There is no need to attend training today. You can rest for a couple of hours.” He spoke and left the room without giving her a single glance.
Arabella too left the bed in anger and decided to do something exactly the opposite to it.
‘No one can boss me around. I’m not anyone’s slave.’ She thought even though she was feeling sleepy.

She grabbed the new pair of training clothes from the bag that Breda had gotten for her yesterday. But instead, her eyes landed on a pair of tie-dye lingerie. She smirked, knowing what she was going to do next. She had observed how possessive his beast was for her, and she wouldn’t leave a chance to irritate the shit out of him.
She had no idea why she was doing that. Maybe he’s taking revenge for holding her in his arms when he wasn’t planning to hold her forever.
She didn’t want to believe that he was treating her like this just because she agreed to become his breeder.
She looked at the time; it was still 5:40 in the morning, and training starts at 6. So it was obvious he would be in his office, doing paperwork.
After all, he now had the faces of a couple of bastards.

“Morning, Alpha.” Eliam greeted Wylder and looked at the mess in the office.
“Eliam, these are the sketches of the people who… “
“Zahir has already filled me in on all the details, Alpha. I will start working on these after breakfast.” Eliam spoke, and Wylder nodded his head.
He didn’t know what else to tell Eliam because his father knew his work perfectly.
“Breda is in the early days of her pregnancy. So, in case Zahir will take the break, we will have to fill in for him.”
“Absolutely, Wylder. He had already left a message that he would be late in the morning as you kept him awake last night by creating the mess.” He pointed out that he was looking at his office.
Hell, even the door of the office was broken. That was a different thing that Wylder had sealed the whole office with his magic after he was done with his dinner.
“Can you fix this with your magic, or do I need to call someone to get this work done?”
“I need a new desk,” Wylder spoke because he wasn’t going to use those woods to get a new desk and started chanting a spell. His eyes glowed silver when he used his wizard’s power. The next thing Eliam knew, everything started falling into place.
Eliam stood silently near the window when Wylder used his power. All of a sudden, his eyes landed on Wylder’s trainer, who was wearing a kaftan and standing near the swimming pool.
He was sure that Wylder could sense her around too, but he was in the middle of fixing his office.
Eliam took that opportunity to see what exactly she was going to do. He licked his lips when he found her holding the hem of the kaftan and removing it from her body.
And there she was in her tie-dye lingerie set. Her body was covered with a lot of scars, but she didn’t give a damn about it and walked confidently like a model keeping her kaftan on the chair around the swimming pool.
Eliam was well aware of his Alpha Lycan’s obsession with her, so the last thing that he wanted was to harm pack members.
‘I don’t want anyone around the swimming pool area. CODE RED.’ He mind-linked, lying to them a little. Code red meant Alpha’s Lycan was out and wasn’t in a good mood. Little did he know that his message could be heard by everyone whose link was open and had wolves, including Wylder.
“Leave if you don’t want me to kill you.” Eliam heard Night’s pissed voice.
“Sorry, Alpha.” Eliam apologized. He wanted to explain that he wasn’t lusting over his breeder but admiring her confidence, but it was of no use because Night was controlling Wylder’s body.
Night’s jaw tightened watching Arabella in such little clothing. When he asked her to take a leave from training, he didn’t mean for her to start swimming instead. A part of him was telling me that she was doing this on purpose.
