Chapter 1896 The Crazy Woman

Brett said in a hoarse voice, "Follow me."

When Brett turned around, Sally breathed a sigh of relief.

She motioned for Elijah to follow.

They followed Brett and walked forward.

Elijah was familiar with the monastery. After passing the dining hall and the rooms where the monks lived, he knew where Brett was taking them. He thought, "How could it be?"

When Micah was pushed to the ground before, he was sent to the hospital, and Sally checked his blood and did some routine examinations for him. The doctor said that in addition to the lack of some trace elements, Micah was fine and was a very healthy child.

Soon, Brett stopped outside a room.

Confused, Sally raised her head and looked inside.

When Adonis passed away before, the scene she saw was similar to what was in front of her.

"Is Micah reading scriptures inside?" Sally asked.

Brett said, "This is Micah's funeral. Mrs. Patterson, if you have anything to give him, just go in and put it down."

Sally thought that there might be something wrong with her brain.

Why couldn't she understand what the monks in the monastery said today?

They said Micah was dead and this was his funeral.

How could Micah die?

"Brett, stop joking." Sally's face turned gloomy.

The muscles on Brett's face twitched, and he said hoarsely, "I would rather this was a joke, but it is not. Micah has died for seven days." Sally was stunned.

She couldn't hold the things in her hands anymore, and they fell to the ground.

She stumbled and ran inside.

Micah's cute appearance flashed in her mind.

The room was very small.

Brett arranged it nicely.

There were flowers and many of Micah's favorite snacks and fruits.

Sally's eyes finally fell on Micah's photo on the desk.

She felt heartbroken in an instant.

"Sally..." Elijah followed in and was shocked to see this scene.

Seeing that Sally couldn't stand stable, he hurriedly stepped forward to support her.

But Sally pushed him away and walked out quickly.

Brett was still standing there. Sally went out and asked, "Why? Why did he die?"

Brett, who looked haggard, finally raised his eyes to look at Sally.

"Mrs. Patterson, this is Micah's fate," he said hoarsely and looked at Elijah, "Take her back, and don't come again."

Elijah knew Brett's personality.

Brett was not the kind of person who would hide things from him unless Micah's death had something to do with him and Sally.

"Why did he die? Why don't you tell me?" Sally lost control of herself. Regardless of Elijah's pull, she grabbed Brett's arm. "Is it because you neglected..."

"It's not Father Brett's fault." Nigel ran over.

He pushed Sally and protected Brett behind him. "It was you who brought disaster to the monastery and killed Micah!"

"Nigel!" Brett yelled.

"Father Brett, since they come at this time, we should tell them the truth. I will tell them," Nigel said as he looked at Sally, "Do you still remember the crazy woman who pushed Micah?" Sally was stunned there.
