Chapter 1931 Project Plans

After the long-lasting session of greetings and Athena-praising, the shareholders' meeting officially began.

Jacob sat behind Byron with the people from the Office of the President.

He was a bit astonished as he looked at Byron. Because Byron communicated with shareholders in an orderly manner all the way through, knowing all the data well. Two hours later, the review part was over.

Next was the discussion of several new contracts.

Project plans were distributed to shareholders.

The conference room was quiet except for the rustling sound when they looked through the contracts.

The project plan for this quarter would decide the profits in the first half of next year.

These were about the shareholders' own interests, and they were very careful with it.

But in less than ten minutes, someone suddenly spoke.

"There is something wrong..."

Everyone looked up.

A few unfamiliar shareholders were sitting at the middle part of the conference table.

One person named Lowell held up the project plan in his hand.

"Mr. Crawford, isn't this project the one we submitted to you last year? You rejected it." Lowell frowned. "Back then, you said a lot about how the project was infeasible."

"And this one, you should have reviewed the data before," another man named Finn also said.

The conference room suddenly became chaotic with chatters.

"Mr. Crawford, this is related to the interests of all our shareholders. How could such an outrageous mistake appear in the new project plan? This reminds me of a rumor I heard recently!" someone else said. It was Rudy.

Byron leaned on his chair with his good-looking hands clasped together.

He looked at Lowell, Finn, and Rudy, who were talking, and asked, "Rumors? What kind of rumors?"

"Someone told us affirmatively that you lost all your memory because of your injury! You can't even read and must let your child teach you from scratch!" Lowell said loudly.

Then, there was an uproar in the conference room.

"Nonsense!" Liam stood up and yelled.

"When I just heard about this, I had the same feeling, Mr. Carson. How could such an outrageous thing be possible?" Lowell continued, "But look! Look at the current Mr. Crawford in front of you. Is the project plan he made of the same quality as before?"

With the project plan in his hand, Lowell looked around the conference room and incited.

After that, he looked at Byron again.

Lowell had expected Byron to panic after his secrets were exposed. But Byron didn't.

Byron just sat there, looking at Lowell with a playful expression.

"You should have looked at what you have in your hands more carefully before saying anything," said Byron.

Lowell, Finn, and Rudy were dumbfounded because they thought they already knew what kind of project plans they would get.

They didn't even bother reading just now.

It already took all their energy and courage to expose Byron's secret and confront him publicly because they feared Byron.

"What are you looking at them? Read the project plan!" Byron glanced at everyone coldly and said, "Look at what you have in your hands. Do they meet my usual standard?"

No one dared to say anything and started to read the plan carefully.

"You guys, don't just stand there. Open your useless eyes and use your stupid brains! Carefully see if it is what you thought it was!"

Again, Byron looked at the three people who were standing.

His tone was sarcastic.

The three were startled and suddenly fell into a daze as if they had realized something.

Immediately, they sat down with a pale face and began to look through the project plan in their hands.

Before even seeing the content, they had turned completely pale.

They didn't dare to look up as they could somehow feel Byron staring at them, but they weren't sure.

The three did not dare to move at all.

They felt like there was a huge black hole behind them, waiting to suck them in and crush them in an instant.
