Anthea originally wanted to make trouble for Adam again.

She had had an unnecessary feeling of jealousy!

She had wronged him. He didn't go outside of the campus for having dinner together with his sister-in-law. Instead, he bought her the Sweet-and-sour Ribs that she couldn't eat in the canteen. Anthea's arrogance, or even dignity, had gone. She touched her nose with an apologetic expression and then rubbed her head against his chest.

She clasped her hands around his strong waist and only felt that she was hugging the whole world. She raised her delicate face and asked him tenderly, "Why did you stay in the medical room for so long a time during the military training in the afternoon? I couldn't replace you anywhere!"

Adam frowned.

After sending Shelby to the medical room, she woke up under the treatment of the campus doctor. She then asked Adam to call her family members.

When the Jiles family received the news, they told Adam that they would come to the college. As Adam used to be the husband of Rory Hsu, it would be more polite for him to wait for members of the Jiles family to come. That's why he stayed with Jiles for a long time.

After that, Shelby did invite Adam to have dinner with her, but he refused.

Adam wasn't there when the students were gathered up in the evening. After they were dismissed, Anthea went straight back to the dormitory.

Just like in high school, there were four girls living in each dormitory in college. However, from the beginning of Anthea's college life, only three girls lived in her dormitory, and there was an empty bed opposite hers.

When Anthea pushed the door open and went in, she was surprised to see that the empty bed was now covered by beddings.
