Purchased A Mr. Right -
Chapter 1149
"Really?" Anthea asked happily.
Adam nodded and said, "Yes."
Although she had heard of it from the servants a long time ago and had also learned from practice that he wasn't gay, she was still wild with joy when she heard that he had never slept with Rory. This meant that he was completely hers!
Anthea blinked. She thought of something again and hurriedly asked, "Has anyone 'helped' you like this before?"
"No." Adam cleared his throat.
Although the light had been off the entire time, he could still see the picture in his head, especially the feeling of a surge of excitement going through his body...
Adam almost lost control again just by thinking about it.
Just like him, Anthea blushed, and her heartbeat quickened when she recalled the experience.
"Then I am your first!" She said happily. She then became so embarrassed she couldn't keep her head up. She buried her face in the quilt like an ostrich. However, despite her embarrassment, she still leaned against his ear and whispered quickly, "You are also the first man I kissed and touched like that!"
After that, she completely buried her head in the quilt.
Adam smiled when he saw how shy she was.
After a long while, Anthea seemed to replace it too stifling under the quilt and came back out. She added, "And your moaning was so seductive."
Adam didn't know what to say.
He blushed, looking rather awkward.
Well, it was a good thing that the lights weren't turned on.
At six o'clock in the morning, both of them woke up on their own accord.
Anthea wanted to get out of bed with him, but he pressed her back down.
She was puzzled. "What are you doing? I have to get up quickly, or I'll be late for the morning training!"
Adam said, "There are only four days left for the military training. You don't have to go."
"What?" Anthea was stunned and said in surprise, "I'm not allowed to do that, am I?"
Adam bent over and fixed his dark eyes on her
exposed ankles. "Your ankle was sprained."
Anthea's face turned red.
Both of her ankles were out. Her fair skin was set off by the dark sheet, making her feet porcelain-like. There was no sign of any swelling or injury. It was obviously a lie.
Adam remained unperturbed and said matter-of-factly, "You're recuperating at home."
Anthea was greatly embarrassed.
He held her ankle, and she quivered when his calloused fingertips brushed her skin.
Adam quickly washed up as a soldier would. In less than ten minutes, he had already changed his clothes and was done tidying up.
Anthea was left on the big bed, and her loose hair made her look like a squirrel. She nibbled on her fingers and said, "Ahem, are you sure about his? I feel ashamed for using power for personal gain. You are like a fatuous lord who has been bewitched by such a bane like me..."
Adam placed his palm on top of her head and looked at her dotingly. "It's alright. There are only a few days left. It wouldn't be a problem if you don't go."
He didn't want to give Shelby any more chances to make trouble.
More importantly, the military training was about to end. He couldn't stay in Ice city because he had to go back to the army with Carter, which meant they didn't have much time to spend with each other. In that sense, he deserved to be called a fatuous lord.
Anthea listened to him and nodded obediently. "Alright!"
Adam smiled and said, "Your fatuous lord is going to court."
"Go ahead!" Anthea waved at him.
Adam walked out of the bedroom with large strides, heading for the doorway.
However, he returned to the bedroom almost immediately.
Anthea was surprised. "What's wrong?"
"I forgot one thing," Adam said.
Anthea looked at him blankly.
Then, a shadow fell upon her. Adam leaned over and kissed her on her pink lips. "Wait for me at home. Go back to sleep if you feel like it."
"Alright," Anthea said shyly.
After Adam left, she was the only one left in the large house.
She had formed a body rhythm during the military training. After she woke up, she wasn't sleepy anymore. She was so bored that she picked up the phone on the carpet. As soon as she turned it on, a text message came in.
"Have you been having fun again? You didn't come back last night!"
The text message was from Golden Leonardo.
Anthea casually replied, "Not only that, but I'm not going back! Ever!"
Two seconds later, the phone rang, and it was still from Golden Leonardo. Anthea picked it up and heard him asking lazily, "What do you mean?"
"I won't return for the military training later. My ankle is injured!" Anthea answered confidently.
Leonardo was furious. "Sh*t! You can't fool me! Your ankle is perfectly fine. It's just an excuse for the two of you to stay together! Where are you now? In his house? Are you becoming his stay-at-home wife now?"
"No, I'm not!"
"Then what do you call this?"
Anthea adjusted the pillow behind her and said slowly, "I mean I'm not in his house. It's our house!"
Leonardo didn't know what to say.
Couldn't she just talk like a normal person? Why did she have to say such things to a poor single man?
He didn't want to continue this conversation anymore!
After Leonardo angrily hung up the phone, Anthea stretched herself and nimbly jumped out of bed. She then ran into the bathroom to take a shower and wash up.
When she came out, she made the bed like a good wife, then picked up the tissue paper on the floor and threw them into the trash can with a red face.
After doing all this, she recalled Leonardo's phone call where he called her a stay-at-home wife.
Anthea bit her lip lightly, and her eyes sparkled.
She felt that she should do something. Instead of staying idly at home, she changed into her clothes and went out in a hurry.
Anthea went to the supermarket and started shopping.
She almost bought everything she laid her eyes on and packed the shopping cart full. She picked two recipe books before checking out and then rushed home by taxi.
She wanted to give him a surprise!
In the evening, the sun was setting on the west mountain.
Adam drove his SUV in the underground parking lot. The other instructors would take care of the assembly in the evening and organize the students to watch an educational movie on patriotism. It wouldn't make a difference if he stayed behind, so he drove back home.
His little girl was waiting at home.
Coming out of the elevator, Adam took out the key and opened the door.
Seeing the pair of ladies' sneakers on the shoe rack, he smiled a little.
The sunset glow was the most beautiful at this hour. It poured in through the French windows and gave the floor a beautiful color. All the furniture in the house seemed to be coated with a bright color. Adam changed into his slippers and walked in. He could smell the scent of food in the air.
He raised his eyebrows slightly.
It was as if the brilliant glow of the sunset had shone into his heart. It was a bright and warm feeling.
