Purchased A Mr. Right
Chapter 1396

Bunny was in an art college in L City.

Colleges here had no military training, so she did not have to worry about being tanned.

Her wound from the car accident was not severe. Her father took her to a local hospital. Just after a few days, he left her alone there. After she was discharged from the hospital, she went home and applied to a college.

"Sloane, hurry up. We're late!"

Ann, a female classmate of Bunny, pulled Bunny in a hurry. Holding two albums of paintings, Bunny ran to the hall with her. Today was the school anniversary, and all the students in the school had to present. They came so late that they could only replace two empty seats in the last row.

Almost as soon as they sat down, the president went on the stage to talk.

Official speeches were always boring. While listening to it, Bunny became drowsy and nearly fell asleep. Ann nudged her and said, "Sloane, have you heard the news? A tycoon from our country is here. It's said that he's going to build an art gallery for our school! See? Our president looks truly radiant!"

"A little bit!" Bunny casually echoed.

Ann muttered, "It is said that this rich man is generous when donating money to our college. The president has especially arranged a program for him-he is invited to be on stage and receive the appreciation of all the teachers and students. I don't know what he looks like! But there is nothing to look forward to. After all, rich men are usually bald and big-bellied without

* I N exception!

Bunny's eyelids drooped as she nodded perfunctorily.

Just as she was about to fall asleep, Ann suddenly became excited. "Wow, wow, wow, Sloane, look! So handsome!"

Bunny was pushed back and forth, so she had to raise her eyes and look at the stage.

In the center of the magnificent stage, a tall figure in a peacock blue suit stood erect before the microphone. He wore a pair of shiny leather shoes. Without a tie, he looked less official and more approachable. He had straight eyebrows and an extraordinarily handsome face with a touch of a wicked and bewitching smile.

His presence on the platform caused uproar in the crowd.

Many female students just could not turn their eyes away from him, especially some foreign girls - they began to whistle.

Bunny blinked her eyes and said, "Hmm!" He was quite handsome!

After the grand ceremony, teachers and students left the hall in succession.

Emerson leaned against a stone pillar and stared at the exit of the hall.

Many girls around were ogling him, but he ignored all of them. Until he saw a beautiful figure appear, he strode over.

"Bunny!" Emerson blocked her way.

Bunny, who was discussing something with Ann next to her, was startled.

She patted her thin chest and looked at him with her watery eyes. "Sir, you have mistaken me for someone else! I have told you before: I'm not Bunny. My family name is Sacher, and my full name is Sloane Sacher. My English name is Daisy. You can ask my classmate if it is true!"

"Yeah, she is Daisy!" Ann echoed.

Emerson was struck dumb.

He certainly knew who she was!

Emerson fixed his eyes on her, wanting so much to lock her up. "Sloane, I have something to tell you!"

"But I'm busy!" Bunny shook her head and looked at him with an innocent look.

"Besides, I don't know you. We're not familiar with each other!"

Not familiar?!

They had slept together every night and made love so many times.

He remembered every part of her body. How could she say that they were not familiar?

Emerson felt cramps in his liver and lung.

However, Bunny ignored his dark face and said to him, "I have to hurry up and get a meal from the canteen. I don't have time to waste with you! Ann, let's go!"

After that, she took the girl by her side and ran out of his sight.

The whole college's teachers and students were all here. After the ceremony, they flew out in groups and jammed the street.

Emerson had to give up the idea of going after her and walked to the parked car on the side of the road.

Secretary Zalkin, who was waiting there, opened the car door for him. "Young Master, don't worry. Miss Bunny will remember you sooner or later!"

Emerson sat in with a frown. "But how long will it take?!"

Secretary Zalkin was also speechless for the moment.

After all, no one knew it for sure. She might never remember their past!

However, Secretary Zalkin did not dare to say these piercing words to him. After scrupulously weighing his words, he said, "The doctor said that the amnesia caused by car accidents might recover after some time! Since you're here already, you can see her every day. Maybe she will remember the past one day!"

"Yes!" Emerson nodded firmly.

Frowning deeply, he pulled the collar of his clothes irritatedly.

Bunny's life in college was happier than she had expected.

To attract her father's attention, she used to rack her brains to make trouble all over. But now, she was much more obedient - she went to school and returned home every day as requested.

With her painting ability, she was selected into the student union less than two days after the semester started.

She lived a very fulfilling life, shuttling between the student union and the painting studio, but since the school anniversary, she frequently ran across Emerson.

The art gallery that Emerson donated was under construction now. Thus, he would come to this college almost every day.

As a result...

Bunny would see him on her way to the

cafeteria, the painting studio, and the student union...

It must be fate. She just could not get rid of him.

Bunny rushed into the elevator that was about to close with a drawing board on her back and gasped for air.

As soon as she looked up, she saw Emerson, who was standing inside.

What a coincidence!

The elevator door closed, and it was already going up.

Quietly on her toes, Bunny moved away from him.

However, she thought she still stood too close to him, so she moved further away.

Since Emerson did not want her to say again and again that she did not know him, he took the initiative to call her name. "Sloane, which floor are you going to?" Bunny replied in a sweet voice, "The sixth floor! Thank you!"

Emerson pressed the number six. Then he took a step to her side and asked, "Are you happy here in L City?"

"Sure!" Bunny smiled, squinting her eyes happily.

Emerson had nothing to say on this matter.

It was because he was not happy at all!

While he was looking at her bright elfin face, his temples pulsed violently.

He could only comfort himself in his heart. It did not matter that she forgot him now! His ruthless sweetheart would remember him someday!

Bunny raised her arms slightly, and her drawing board was already pressed against the elevator wall! She caught a whiff of his cologne. The smell went straight into her nose.

She tilted her head and grumbled, "Uncle Handsome, can you not stand so close to me? The space in our college's elevator is big enough for us! Since you are so close to me, I will think you have some improper desire for me!"

Emerson's mouth twitched.

Indeed, he had some improper ideas!

It seemed that Bunny spotted the sparkles in his eyes. She blinked and warned him with a glare. "Don't try to touch me as you did in the hospital. Here is my college. If you do anything, I can sue you of sexual harassment!"

"..." Emerson was petrified.

Bunny raised her delicate chin and snorted with a victory posture.

Suddenly, there was a click.

Then the light above their heads suddenly went out. The whole elevator fell into darkness and then went down fast.
