He frowns as he watches Lorraine talking to that newcomer in a comfortable manner the way he saw it.

'I don't want to let my guard down to that person and also, I didn't sense him earlier when he just suddenly talks behind my back!'

Not only that, the [Enigma's Judgement] wasn't working on him. Altron couldn't peer into this newcomer's past, present and even its future! He also couldn't tell if this newcomer was a threat or not.

'But, from the way Lorraine speaks to this newcomer, does it mean she knows him?'

The Marquis got startled because of the sudden telepathy through his head coming from Lorraine's as he looked at the direction where Lorraine and that newcomer was, but Altron only saw the woman's behind, and she didn't look behind her back but continue to converse with that man.

It's true that both him and Lorraine had an alliance, but Altron still couldn't trust her that much even though the [Enigma's Judgement] deemed Lorraine as not a threat but a powerful ally that he could rely on.

Since the [Enigma's Judgement] could also peer into someone's past and present, Altron could vaguely guess or more likely, conclude about Lorraine Fowler's identity.

Within his dreamscape with that mysterious guide, Altron had watched and observed everything without leaving a single thought.

Although most of the scenarios aren't that clear to see the whole picture since there are restrictions when activating the [Enigma's Judgement], the Marquis could only have a gist of the dreams that he keeps on dreaming.

About Lorraine Fowler, the chosen one of this worldline and how her life began to change upon her admission to Lumen Academy because of her rare bloodline powers.

About the other six men who got entangled with her and to fight for her favor.

About the other noble children who discriminate her because of her commoner status during the duration of her stay within the academy as a special admission.

About how those six men, or more precisely, five of them since there is one of them who defended Ezekiel from those false accusations but as a result, that person is sentenced to be exile in the Empire for being Ezekiel's accomplices.

About how the trial for Ezekiel goes on as he was publicly tortured, punished and humiliated in front of the spectators for him to spill his own crimes but those other crimes he didn't committed and was pinned into his head.

'Even though those scenarios aren't that much clear enough for me to see but I could tell some of the scenarios that happened in the future events that would take place however, those future events could no longer be exist because it seems that the future had change for a reason.'

As his thoughts runs deep as he reminisce those scenarios from his dreams, Altron got startled with a single tap on his shoulders that he immediately went to looked behind his back and saw Lorraine with the newcomer with her.

He cleared his throat to compose himself as he spoke; "Care to tell me, Lady Lorraine. Who this man might be? I don't remember him being a student or even a staff of this academy for him to just suddenly appeared here, but it seems that our esteemed Lady such as yourself might know about it."

Altron said as he smiled like how he usually does whenever he was within any social banquet or event within the noble society as he presented himself in a gentle yet firm manner as he still upheld his image as the Marquis of Chevalier household.

Lorraine, on the other hand, twitch her eyebrows because of the hidden sarcasm coming from Altron's mouth but she refrained from talking back rudely since this man is still a higher-rank noble and not only that, but he is also a former student and a current Instructor of this academy.

'Don't be such a bitter if your ability doesn't work on him! Is that even my fault?!'

She thought to herself, but Lorraine could also understand the bitterness and his wariness when it comes to this guy.

'Since this guy just suddenly appeared here out of nowhere and what's even more surprising was that the magic device for any unknown intruder who dared to trespass the academy didn't activate at all.'

Francis isn't even an Instructor in this academy the current timeline, unlike in the previous one.

'Even the Marquis' [Enigma's Judgement] doesn't work on him and that makes him even more suspicious, but I couldn't let go of this opportunity to be acquainted with him this time in the current timeline.'

Out of the six male leads from the previous timeline, if Lorraine were going to choose then, she would choose Francis as her acquaintance in this current timeline.

The woman didn't plan to have a romantic relationship with him, unlike what she had done in the previous timeline where she was being controlled by that unknown corrupted God and was used as a puppet for its source of entertainment.

Because her actions were being controlled at that time, she choose to be with the Crown Prince of Stellarus Empire and was crowned as his Crown Princess due to her rare bloodline that the Royal family coveted and after that, the Crown Prince immediately annulled his engagement with his fiancée, who took the role as the worldline's villainess.

Speaking of the villainess who was supposed to be the fiancée of the Crown Prince, Lorraine didn't even see or even heard about her. Not only that, but there was also no news about the Crown Prince having a fiancée at all.

'Another factor that change as well. It seems like this worldline having some sort of problems then.'

Lorraine snapped as he set aside those thoughts for now as she cleared her throat and spoke to the Marquis who seemed to have an impatient look while waiting for her to answer.
