The elevator was built with see-through glass, and they could clearly see the view outside as they descended further and further down.

Lyle gave Clifford an ostentatious smile and said, "Mr. Davier, the Devil's Cave houses a hundred floors, and each floor works on its own portfolio!

"Some is in charge of trading and the stock market, some is in charge of trading of weaponry, and some is working on dark web intelligence analysis. "For example, this floor is the department for the Devil's Cave's assassins'. Not only do our hitmen receive training here, but we also take on assassination missions offered on the dark web

"Meanwhile, this floor is where our mercenary soldiers reside..."

As the man explained animatedly, they had finally reached the hundredth floor.

Lyle grinned as he reported, "Mr. Davier, this is the deepest floor of our underwater fort, and the most spacious one as well. I present to you the headquarters of the Devil's Cave.

overstatement but I digress. I'd go

so far as to say that with all our talents in the economy, hacking kills, assassins, and mercenaries

"And you sir, will be the king of this place!"

At the lobby of the Devil's Cave, a group of heavily-armed soldiers fanned out as they each donned a devil's face mask.

As Clifford entered the lobby with the group of Devil's Cave's core team trailing behind him, countless elite soldiers chanted in unison, "Welcome, sir!"

The man set his gaze out front, gauging the underwater fort sprawled before him. I will be the master of this place from now onward.

Pleased with the arrangements done, the man smiled. "Lyle, you have done a great job in expanding my empire, finessing every little detail. Well done!"

Lyle grinned from ear to ear. "I am only who I am today because of you, sir. It is my honor to serve you.

Clifford took a seat in the command center of the Devil's Cave. Countless surveillance cameras stretched out before him, monitoring every single movement on the floors above.

He could exercise full control right here.

Narrowing his eyes, Clifford asked, "Who is our strongest fighter here at the Devil's Cave?"

Lyle hesitated for a moment and said, "We do not fight amongst ourselves. Hence, I can't really give you a conclusive answer on this.

"However, if we are strictly talking about assassination, then I'd have to say that Killer Clown is our most professional man.

"Not only is the man a ferocious

fighter, but he is also a cunning man

who revels in the agony of his

enemies, often leaving his victims to

die in the midst of despair
