Outside, the muffled sounds of a woman moving around could be heard. Leo stormed out and barked, "Whatever you dragged into the bathroom, get it out, now!" Leo's booming voice seemed to shake the woman, making her cry softly. Anya hurried out, grabbing Leo by the arm and pulling him back into the bedroom.

Before they went back inside, Leo pointed at the woman and shouted, "Did you hear me? If you mess with my girlfriend again, you'll regret it." Finally, Anya managed to push Leo back into the bedroom and shut the door behind them. Anya had a gut feeling that the woman was trouble. She decided to stay with Leo through the night, refusing to leave his side.

The household was in a frenzy. Leo, knowing he was partly to blame, tried to calm Anya down. "Anya, you know me better than this. That woman grosses me out. I'd never betray you. Come on, be a good girl and trust me."

It was getting late, and despite Leo's pleas, Anya stubbornly scratched her head and refused to leave.

Eventually, Molly, following her dad's instructions, showed up with Chad after dinner to check on Anya.

By then, the bathroom was 'cleaned,' but the woman still dressed provocatively. Spotting Chad, her eyes lit up with admiration. "Hey, are you here to check out the place too?"

Molly stepped in between them, arms crossed, eyeing the woman up and down. "Let's see what kind of woman dares to call my husband 'brother'."

Anya rushed over and pulled Molly away. "Auntie, keep your distance from her."

Molly, with her commanding presence, sized the woman up. "Chad, should we investigate this woman? I have a hunch she's involved in some shady business."

The woman's gaze shifted to Chad, and Officer Chad was still basking in the glow of Molly calling him "my husband," his lips curled in a soft smile.

The woman took out her phone. "Are you a cop? Can I have your contact info in case I run into danger?"

Anya, fuming, charged forward and knocked the phone out of her hand. "If you dare add my uncle, I dare to slap you."

Molly wrapped an arm around Anya's shoulder. "Chad, maybe contact vice squad and keep an eye on this place."

After that, Molly headed into the rental, and Chad followed shortly after.

Mia, piecing things together, said, "So, that's the type she is, huh, Molly? You didn't give her a piece of your mind?"

Molly shrugged. "We're civilized now. We report, not scold."

Mia glanced at Anya, who was still fuming. "What happened after that?"

Anya replied, "My aunt and uncle took me back home."

Mia reassured her, "Don't worry, Anya. Leo won't stay there alone again."

Leo, with his tight budget, couldn't afford the luxury hotel anymore and opted for a budget one. Feeling it wasn't up to par, he didn't want Anya to stay there, so he sent her home. "Then Chad helped me move my stuff to the hotel we're at now. The landlord wouldn't refund the deposit, but Chad didn't care. He found the place gross and decided to leave it."

Mia patted Anya on the shoulder. "I knew it. My Anya isn't the type to make rash decisions. But you have to trust Leo. He's a straight shooter. He can't stand people who act out in front of him.

I can't speak for anyone else, but since you were kids, the only person Leo likes when they act spoiled is you."

Anya blushed. "Really, Auntie?"

"Of course. If your aunt and I tried that, he'd be so grossed out he wouldn't eat for a day."

Having figured out the situation, Mia said, "It's not safe for a young woman to look for a place alone. I'm free, so I'll come with you."

"Auntie, you don't have to. It's too hot outside, and I don't want you to get sunburned. I'll just stay around where Chad works and check with real estate agents. After Chad finishes work, we can look at places together." "Alright then."

After catching up on Anya's situation, Mia turned to the woman still being held by Chad. "Molly, what's going on?"

Anya, curious, turned back. "Auntie, what's wrong?"

Jade said, "Anya, step aside for a moment."

Anya, puzzled, asked, "Why?"

"You're an unmarried young woman."

Mia added, "Well, she'll eventually not be. Just say it."

Jade, slightly embarrassed, advised, "When sending tea to a man, don't buy goji berries, especially not in front of other men." Everyone was confused.

Molly quickly explained, "Because Chad often works late, his office ran out of tea, which my mom used to buy for him and my dad. Since we got married, I took over. His tea ran out, and he didn't have time to buy more, so he asked me. Thinking of his late-night shifts and his health, I bought goji berries, known for their health benefits in traditional medicine."

Mia was still puzzled. "That sounds good. What happened then?"

Molly took a deep breath. "I didn't think much of it and went straight to his office. The men saw me with goji berries for Chad, all snickering and smirking. I tried to explain 'it's for my Chad,' and they all went 'oh.' Finally, when Chad saw what I had, he just smiled helplessly." Of course, there was affection too.

Chad, appreciating his wife's thoughtfulness, said, "Molly, come to my office."

Teammates teased loudly, "Captain, you should go home and rest. We'll cover your shift tonight."

"Auntie, why?" Anya asked innocently.

Molly sighed, "Goji berries are believed to have... invigorating effects. Chad told me."

Anya's face turned bright red, and Mia asked, "How does Chad know? Has he tried it?"

Molly, fired up, replied, "If he dared, I'd be half dead."

Mia promptly looked at Anya. "Unmarried girl, cover your ears."

Anya, her cheeks flushed, said, "Chad told me not to hang out with you aunts anymore. I'm going to the living room."

Anya headed to the living room to replace Henry.

In the backyard, Mia suggested to Molly, "Molly, consider having a child. It's a ten-month safety period."

Molly frowned, propping her chin on her hand, regretting her naive decision. At the time, she truly had no idea what she was getting into, only to replace herself coerced into nightly embraces.

As night deepened, Henry's crying was inconsolable. Andre had no choice but to head to the backyard. "Mia, come back and give the kid a bath. Let's get him to sleep."

Mia hurried back, cradling the little bundle into the bathroom. The child was so tired he almost fell asleep during his bath.

After a quick wash, Andre placed his son beside his father's bed. With just a little soothing, the boy fell asleep within seconds.

"Dad, I know my son's temperament well. If you wake him up playing video games tonight, you'll be the one to soothe him back to sleep."
