Ahkari had told me about how all of them were supposed to have some hidden darkness inside of them. She told me how Tia's resembled Max's almost to a T. And she told me about her oldest sister and the s**t storm that happened when she had gotten hers. Not to mention the terrible way Akeehla got hers.

"I thought that you could only awaken it in times of desperate need or something?" I asked.

Ahkari stared down at the black lightening that still seemed to jump out to me.

"That is how it's been so far, but like I always say to you, there is no manual for me or my siblings." She said completely unfazed that her fingers were trying to electrocute me.

"Okay, so what the f**k?" Was all I could manage.

Ahkari shrugged like this was no big deal. I wanted to slap her. How is she not freaking out right now?

"It doesn't feel like it wants to hurt you Bianca relax. Nothing that is a part of me would harm you." She said calmly.

I gave her a wide eyed look.

"It doesn't look like they don't want to hurt me." I said as the little lightening bolts shot out towards me.

"I think it wants to touch you." She said.

"You don't know?" I asked incredulously.

Ahkari shook her head. "It's kind of like it has a mind of it's own but listens to me still." She told me.

"Then make it stop." I said.

Ahkari laughed lightly.

"After you let me touch you with it. I want to make sure it really won't hurt you, before I lose control while eating you out later." She said. "Trust me baby. I won't let anything happen to you." I took a deep breath and shook my head.

"If I get hurt you are waiting on me hand and foot for the next week. And I want ice cream every day." I demanded.

Ahkari laughed at me. "Baby we can do that anyways."

I looked into my mates deep blue eyes and pouted.

"Promise?" I asked.

"Promise." She said with a smile.

Ahkari held her hand up with her pinkie out for a pinkie promise. It was something we often did but usually there wasn't black lightening flickering off of her fingers.

Gulping I put on a brave face and reached my hand up. I locked my pinkie around hers and surprisingly, felt no pain.

The black lightening danced across my hand. It spread down my wrist and Ahkaris. I felt it buzzing but other than that it almost felt...homey?

Almost like it was an extension of Ahkari and loved me the same way she does. Smiling, I looked up at my mates eyes. She was smiling back at me and then the black lightening slowly decreased in size until it was completely gone. "Told you." She teased.

I giggled and nodded to her.

Ahkari and I finished our shower in a rush. Although it was hard to keep our hands to ourselves. I ended up making Ahkari c*m with my fingers before we got out.

We hopped out and dressed quickly. Ahkari had picked me out a pair of dark blue skinny jeans and a thick white sweater. I knew I had clothes to accommodate the cold and apparently I was the only one.

The clothes Ahkari had put out for me were mine, which was different, she was usually dressing me in hers. I was pleased to replace that the clothes she picked out for herself were also mine. She put on dark skinny jeans with rips in them, and a thick black sweater. My Gods she looks cute in my clothes. She handed me a dark green jacket then slipping a black jacket on herself.

"Ready?" She asked.

"Should we tell Tia about your new magic first?" I asked. Was I trying to stall? Maybe. I wasn't sure why were suddenly going to meet Ahkari's uncle but I was nervous.

"She can wait." Ahkari said as she reached her hand out to me.

I chewed on my bottom lip for a few seconds before placing my hand in Ahkari's. She pulled me into her arms and I wrapped mine around her waist. I had grown used to her teleporting and we even practiced me doing it as well. I was not that good.

One time I teleported into Tia's office while Max was balls deep inside of her. Gag. Another time I teleported to Robby and Belle's place. That time I did mean to, I just wish I would have called first. I'm convinced all anyone around here does is f**k. No wonder Ahkari is one of twelve.

In the blink of an eye our surroundings changed. We were no longer inside the warmth of our bedroom, but now on the porch of a large house. It was freezing compared to where we came from but at least it was not snow-cold yet.

The house was a huge two story house. Looking around I could see other houses and wolves running around everywhere. The house in front of us was a pretty white with navy blue shutters. The porch we stand on is huge and wrapped around the whole house. "Wow, it's so beautiful." I breathed out in awe.

Just then the front door brust open and a tall blonde man stood in the doorway with a huge smile on his face.

"Thanks." He said to me.

"Hey Uncle Liam." Ahkari greeted him.

Uncle Liam is a tall man, probably around my twin's height. He is rippling with muscles and doesn't look a day over 25. His smile is bright and warming.

Blonde hair that matched my mates hung in his green eyes and he ran a hand through it to push it back. His hair is longer on the top but shaved on the sides. And he is dressed in dark jeans with a button for shirt.

"Come in, come in." He said as he stepped to the side. "You could have teleported into the house Ahkari, we were already expecting you." He said.

"I know but you were expecting us like a half an hour ago." Ahkari said as we followed him through the large house.

We passed a large entry way, where we took off our shoes. The rest of the house was a huge open area. We passed the living room where a couple of kids were sitting watching TV. Ahkari said hi to them and they gave her a lame hello back. Liam lead us into a kitchen that had a table sitting six people, to the side.

In the kitchen was another man cooking at the stove. He turned to smile at us. This man was a couple inches taller than Liam. He looked to be of Native American heritage. His build was slighter bigger than Liam's and he radiated power, much like Liam does. The man's hair was long and hanging in a loose braid down his back. His black eyes snapped to Ahkari's immediately and the warmth behind them had me smiling a bit.

"Kari girl! Finally you show up." He said as he came around the counter to pull my mate into a huge bear hug.

"Hi Uncle Nick. I missed you too." Ahkari said with a laugh.

Uncle?

"Well, are you going to introduce your friend here?" Nick asked as he looked at me.

I frowned at his use of the word 'friend'. I'm much more than her friend. Ahkari wrapped her arm around my waist and pulled me against her. She looked at me with a huge smile then back to her uncles. "Guys, this is Bianca, my mate." She said then kissed my cheek. "And Bianca, this is my uncle Liam, he is Mom's brother, also a tribrid." She told me.

"It's so nice to meet you Bianca." Liam said as he pulled me into an unexpected hug.

I was surprised to replace myself easing into the hug. Man, this guy gives good hugs.

"You smell like her." He whispered in my ear and I blushed as he let me go.

"And this," Ahkari said pulling my attention back to her. "Is Uncle Nick, Liam's mate." She said and I froze at her words. Slowly I turned my head to look into my mate's eyes. "His only mate." She added smirking. I looked back to the men to see them give each other a questioning look.

"Only mate?" Nick asked with his brow raised.

Ahkari chuckled as I gulped.

"Bianca here, for whatever reason, didn't believe that same s*x mates existed without a third opposite s*x mate." She told them making my face heat.

"My little mate has been hiding this secret fear from me and then when I told her she was being silly she didn't believe me."

"So you brought her to meet your favorite uncles." Nick finished. "Well, it's a plessure to meet you and I hope we put our new neices mind at ease." He said as he pulled me into a hug. Family of huggers, that's what I got myself into.

"Uh, babe, is that supposed to boil over onto the stove?" Liam asked his mate.

Nick's body went rigid. He practically through me back as he turned around and rushed to the stove.

“s**t, s**t, s**t, shit." He mumbled under his breath.

Liam and Ahkari laughed at him.

"Have a seat ladies." Liam guestered to the table. "You guys want a beer?" He asked.

"Ooouu, do you have those girlie fruity beers?" Ahkari asked.

"Obviously. Your uncle over there doesn't drink anything else." Liam pointed a thumb behind him as he and Ahkari snickered.

"Hey they taste good and have more alcohol percentage than normal beer." Nick defended himself. Liam rolled his eyes as his back was too his mate. "I saw that." Nick called out.

Liam turned and walked to the frigde. He got out our drinks and stopped to kiss his mate's cheek.

"Guess you can punish me for it later." Liam said as he walked back to us.

"Hope you guys are hungry. I made way too much like usual." Nick said from the stove.

Ahkari giggled at her uncle. "What ya makin?" She asked him.

"Strawberry french toast, blueberry pancakes, bacon, sausage, and hash browns." He told her with a smile.

"Yum." Ahkari said as she licked her lips. Sounds almost as good as tasting you again. She told me over the mind link making me blush.

"The kids won't be joining us though because they already ate. We also figured that your mate has most likely met enough of your family." Nick told us with a smile.

Liam rolled his eyes and set his hand on top of mine. "I certainly hope the rest of my niece's and nephew's were good to you." He told me.

I gave him a warm smile. "Yes, they have all been great to my brother and I." I told him.

Liam gave me a confused look. "Your brother?" He asked.

Ahkari snorted. "Yeah, she has a twin brother named Bou, who is mated to Acaisia." She told her uncle.

There was a clatter at the stove and we looked up to see Nick turn with wide eyes.

"Oh that poor bastard." He breathed out making me and Ahkari laugh.

"Anyways," Ahkari said as our laughter died down. "Things have been going really well. Bianca even managed to get through to Axton. Ambrose says he's been taking training very seriously now." She said with a smile.

I could feel the pride ooze through the bond and a warm feeling swarmed in my belly. My mate is proud of me.

"Really?" Nick asked. "We tried everything to get through to that kid." He said as he turned a skeptical eye to me. "What did you do?" He asked.

I shrugged.

"I called him out and then he got snippy with me, kind of reminds me of how I was when I was his age, then I told him instead of focusing on taking his opponent out he should focus on controling his strength. He said he was holding back so he didn't kill his partner, I told him to fight and win without killing her then." I told them.

"And how did he do?" Nick asked as he started setting huge plates full of food on the table.

Ahkari snorted again. "Got his a*s kicked for the first time."

Nick let out a loud laugh as he brought empty plates and silverware to the table. He set as plate, fork, and knife down in front of each of us. Ahkari and Liam didn't hesitate at all to start pilling their plates up. Of course, my mate started putting food on my plate as well since I had made no move to do so.

"You gave him a challenge." Liam commented after he swallowed a moutfull of pancakes.

I nodded.

"I guess I did. It kind of just came out." I admitted.

Nick had sat down next to his mate and started piling his own food.

"Have you ever thought about teaching? I know the school could always use more teachers, whether it be with fighting or knowledge." Liam said.

I shook my head.

"Oh no. No. I am not a kid person." I said.

"Yet you got through one of the thickest skulls I've ever known." Nick commented with a laugh.

I took a bite of the french toast and nearly moaned.

Good right? Ahkari asked.

Not as good as fruity pebbles. I smirked.

"I just talked to Axton how I would anyone else." I said simply.

"Isn't that what all people deserve whether they are a child or not?" Liam asked. "Maybe small kids aren't your thing, maybe you get along better with preteens." He offered.

I felt my face pale. Preteens?

"Axton was just a fluke. I probably only connected with him because he's my mates brother." I said trying to brush off Liam's words.

"That's not true, you helped his partner too and Karla is not a Morningstar." Ahkari said and then shoved a sausage link into her mouth. I frowned at her and she just shrugged back at me.

"I think you guys think too highly of me." I mumbled.

"Always babe." Ahkari said then pressed as sticky kiss to my cheek.

"You never know. I used to hate werewolves. Never wanted to be a part of a pack, never wanted kids. Now I'm mated to a Beta of one of the largest packs in the country, and we have seven very adorable adpoted children." Liam told me.

I couldn't help the small smile that formed on my lips.

"You guys adopted kids?" I asked looking between the two.

"Oh yeah." Nick said. "I always knew I was gay, but I always wanted a big family. One day, I will beat Lydia and Kasyn." He said making Ahkari and Liam snort.

"With the hunters having those labs where they created and expiermented on supernaturals.. Well, a lot of the kids didn't have homes. They are all always split between the packs but a lot of them don't get homes. They get moved into orphanages or pack houses. Werewolves take care of each other no matter what, as long as you are a part of the pack, but they didn't have parents. Nick and I have taken in all the ones that no one else could. Thankfully the other pack members here seem to want to take them in as well, so, they are all loved." Liam told me.

"That's amazing." I said in awe.

"Bianca was an orphan." Ahkari told them. "Her and Bou are Max and Robby's brother and sister."

"Oh." Liam said surprised.

"Yeah.." I said awkwardly.

"s*x Demon. Nice." Nick said to my mate with a wink.

"Well Ahkari," Nick started. "We all knew you were gay. f*****g lesbian." He teased her.

"So you really didn't think same s*x mates existed?" Liam asked me.

I shook my head.

"Bianca said something about procreating and that's why you need an opposite s*x mate. Apparently." Ahkari said.

Liam and Nick blinked at their niece before turning their eyes to me. Nick was the first to crack. A huge grin spread across his tanned face and then he sputtered until he was full on laughing. Liam looked amused but at least he held it back. "That's just silly." Nick said with a wave of his hand.

I frowned.

"Don't worry Bianca, Ahkari is definitely not the sharing type. Besides that, it is extremely rare to have two mates. And when it does happen they usually meet all at once, it's even more rare to meet one later down the road." Liam said. "Oh.." I said. "Really?" I asked after another moment.

Liam nodded to me with a smile on his face. Bruce never told me that. Maybe he didn't know?

There were no thruples in The Bounty Hunters. He had always told me that there were same s*x couples but maybe he never pushed it because the chances of Bou and I having mates was slim anyways.

"I know what we're missing." Nick said getting our attention. "Mimosa's!"
