“Then why are you crying? Did Dad upset you again?” Kane reached out with his small hand andgently cleaned her tears.

She ruffled her son's hair, “I'm okay now, and I have to go to work.”

"Okay." Kane nodded obediently.

Aurelia smiled cynically. “The Stirling family needs a wise, tolerant, and virtuous wife, not somerelentless first love. There's a gathering with Leopold's other women this weekend, would you like tojoin?”

Elowen was taken aback. “Are you serious?”

Aurelia nodded solemnly. “Yes, I've already sent out the invitations.”

Elowen was highly skeptical. “I...will come, just to see who these women are.”

Aurelia sipped her water, a sly smile playing on her lips. This was her plan- to deflate Megan'sconfidence.

Inside the luxury suite at the Bluebird Club, Elowen was the first to arrive. Soon, the Instagrammodels, actresses, Catherine, and Megan all trickled in. Megan brought along Melissa, as a show ofsupport.

Melissa glared at Aurelia. “What are you playing at?”

“I just want to bond with my sisters. We can have tea, play cards, it'll promote harmony in themansion,” Aurelia said.

Melissa snorted, “You're just trying to gang up on Megan because you see your reign coming to anend.”

Megan thought the same, itching to get rid of Aurelia. “Aurelia, Leopold truly loves me. What's thepoint in all this?”

“He doesn't just love you, and no one can have him alone. He belongs to all of us,” Aurelia repliedcalmly.

Katie nodded immediately, “Aurelia’s right, Mr. Leopold is ours. He should be shared.”

Lana and Catherine echoed her sentiment. “Yeah, we should all get along and avoid pettysquabbles.”

Aurelia was taken aback, she hadn't expected Leopold's other women to agree with her. It seemssuccessful men have a penchant for sensible and obedient women.
