Winter's mind finally caught up, and she clenched her teeth in anger. "Damn it! This is a matter of skill and ability. How dare she scheme against me like this?" Winter tightened her fists. "How could she do this?"

Suzy shook her head. "It might not be Brielle. We're only speculating without any evidence. We can't rule out Lara or the others. In fact, there's one person you've overlooked." "Who?" Winter asked, confused. "Who else?"

"Janet Baker. Have you forgotten about her?" Suzy laid out her analysis for Winter. "Do you really think Janet would let it go after you stole the spotlight that night?" "Janet Baker? Who's she?" Jade, who had been listening with confusion, interrupted. "Wait a minute, isn't Janet related to Charles? Why would she target Winter?" Jade was not present that night and had no idea about Janet's actions, but Winter was. After hearing Suzy's suggestion, Winter started to think it made sense. "You might be right. Suzy, I really don't know what I'd do without you."

Winter grasped Suzy's hand and continued, "But even if it's her, we don't have any proof."

"Not necessarily. If it is Janet, I'm sure she won't stop at just this. There'll be more retaliation from her to come. Janet is no ordinary person; her obsession with Charles runs deep," Suzy said, recalling her brief encounter with Janet. To her, Janet seemed like a woman with a serious problem.

"You mean she might come after me again?" Winter furrowed her brows. "No, I'm not someone who can be bullied so easily! Even if she's a Baker, so what? I can tell that Charles doesn't like her one bit."

"That's true, but no matter how much he dislikes her, she's still his cousin. Charles won't act against her easily. What we need to do is gather evidence and expose Janet's true colors.

"We need Royal Star, and Charles

himself, to give you a proper explanation," Suzy said as she

squeezed Winter's hand,

encouraging her. "Besides, I think this whole situation might actually

be a blessing in disguise."

"A blessing? You think this is a good thing?" Winter was in disbelief. "I've worked so hard to build up a good reputation, and now, it could be ruined."

"Reputations can always be rebuilt.

You're a talented actress. As long as

you land successful roles in TV dramas and movies, you'll always have opportunities and resources. Look at this mess-it has actually raised your profile."

Suzy handed Winter a tablet, showing her that she was now topping the search rankings online "Although the current searches may seemnegative, they can be

converted into something positive. We just have to be patient.

"Exactly, Winter. I think Suzy has a point," Jade agreed. "Don't act rashly. As for Noelle, we'll have plenty of chances to deal with her later. Right now, the priority is solving your immediate problem."

Jade felt Suzy's analysis was quite reasonable. Seeing how attentive Suzy was to Winter's well-being, Jade's initial reservations about Suzy faded away.

After successfully persuading Winter, Suzy left the Shaw residence. Standing at the entrance for a moment, she cast a cold glance back at the house before getting into her car and driving away.
