The Daughter Of The Mafia Boss -
Chapter 17
The young woman began to walk backwards, she needed to replace out what was going on. She couldn't let her father kill Dylan without having any real reason to do so. She put the gun down and just as she arrived, she ran away from her family. Demian stopped his steps as he watched his daughter walk away with that guy, she was a big head, that girl. She came to challenge him, and all she was doing was making him angry.
-So they've eloped," the blond comments next to him as he puts his gun away, "What a couple, it will be very difficult to separate them. Maybe you should postpone the death of that boy.
-Find out what car they're using and follow them, I want to know every move my daughter makes.
-Very well, as usual, putting me on babysitting duty. You know I hate that job, why don't you tell Liam?
-I'm not going to watch Violet, it would kill me.
-What makes you think she wouldn't shoot me? -Refutes the blond.
You're her uncle, I'm barely her brother-in-law. He wouldn't hesitate to murder me.
-That's not true, I think that....
-Stop it, damn it," Demian yells, pissed off at the bullshit these two call their lethal weapons. They were just nincompoops. Daniels keep an eye on my daughter, and Liam will pick up the living and take them to the mansion. -Right," they reply in unison, going their separate ways.
Demian denies thinking only of his daughter's safety, he knew she would be fine, she was strong but he wasn't sure of her company.

Dylan was driving the car in a hurry while being watched by Violet, he had many questions to ask her. Everything about him now was very suspicious, but the first question he would tackle was who the hell was the bitch in his flat. He regretted not putting a bullet in the bitch's head when he called him "sweetheart", it was just that he had to sling it.
-We have to replace a hideout.
-Follow him to the mountains, there's a good hiding place there.
-To the mountains? -Are you sure? -Trust me.
Because the car that Violet had taken wasn't able to make it up the trail to the family's mountain home, the couple had to continue on foot... Dylan wasn't sure about going into that place, he suspected that they could be found very easily, especially Demian. -Your father will replace us here, Violet. We won't be able to stay long.
-Just long enough to appease my father's anger.
The two of them arrived before the rise of an impressive house hidden among the massive pines. Violet watched Dylan's expression and he didn't seem at all surprised with the house, that made her trust her father's word more... as soon as they got comfortable inside the house, Violet activated the movement sensors located around the house and then she ate something.
-We should rest, it's already very late. And your wounds were a bit serious, you need to get some sleep.
-You're right," she answered in a tired voice, "There are many rooms in this house, you can take the one you like. -Very well.
She watches him go into one room and her into another, as she closes the door Violet bites her lips as she catches sight of the bed. She felt so excited for being so sore.
As she felt the softness of the bed it didn't take long for her to fall asleep. In fact he was too tired, first Violet, then his father, then Emma. And it was her he was most worried about at the moment... it wasn't good that she was in Oregon. Slowly Dylan closed his eyes and fell into a deep sleep.
He tried to turn his body to one side looking for a little more comfort, he even made an attempt to grab a blanket because it was freezing cold but it was impossible for him to grab the blanket because his hands wouldn't obey him. When he opened his eyes he focused on his wrists and realised that they were handcuffed to the back of the bed.
-What the hell," he mumbled, frowning as he tugged on them.
-I'm glad you're awake." He turned his face to see Violet sitting on the corner of the bed in the Indian position, but the most alarming thing of all was what she had in her hands and what she was doing with it.
-What have I done to make you point that gun at me while I'm handcuffed?
-A lot... I have a lot of doubts about you, Dylan. So I expect you to cooperate with me and be as honest as possible.
-First of all, who is that bitch?
The young man keeps silent without taking his eyes off Violet, he wasn't playing, he was very serious. If he didn't tell her the truth about Emma she would be able to kill him and bury him in that forest, well not even that he thought, possibly she would let the animals eat him. He wets his lips with his tongue ready to respond.
-She's an old friend.
-You're lying- He takes the safety off the gun- Be more honest.
-Emma is my fiancée.
She clenches her jaw hard, points the gun at the ground and fires. Dylan doesn't say anything until she slams the barrel of the gun against his leg, which makes him bite his tongue from the incessant burning. He definitely wasn't playing games. -Damn it, Violet, I'm telling you the truth," he yells, almost screaming.
-I know, that's why I did it. You're a lying bastard, do you have a fiancée? Are you going to get married? You f*****g a*****e -She points the gun at him again, jealousy didn't let her think clearly.
-You can't go through life murdering people.
-Don't play innocent, you've killed enough men tonight.
-I was only trying to protect you," he answers with that look that placates Violeta's anger a little, so much so that she lowers her gun a little.
She looked at him swallowing dryly because she always felt that she let her guard down when she was close to him, it wasn't fair, when she was determined to get information out of him and instead it only provoked her to throw herself on him and eat him with kisses. But she had a goal and that was to interrogate him even if she was forced to torture him, Dylan was hiding information she wanted to know.
As soon as he noticed Violeta's little carelessness, Dylan used it to kick the gun out of her hands with his foot which went to the ground, she tried to recover it but then he grabbed her waist with both legs and put pressure on her so she wouldn't move. -I got you," he smiles.
-Let go of me, you idiot!" She starts to hit him, trying to get rid of his muscular legs, but she couldn't. "What do you think you're doing?
-You're a danger to humanity with a gun in your hands." He laughs at her, which pisses her off even more.
-Are you saying I don't know how to use a gun? -That was not something she was going to tolerate, that bastard was mocking her.
As best as she could, she pulled herself free from Dylan's thighs, jumping over his body to punch him in the face, he deserved it for being an idiot. Every punch he gave her made her feel better.
-Violet, stop it," shouted the young man pulling the handcuffs from the backrest, until suddenly with a strong pull he managed to break the wood and with that he ended up wrapping his arms around her body, and with a sudden twist Violet was under his body, "Stop it," he looked at her furiously.
-You bastard, how dare you mock me and under my nose," she looked like a bun tied with those muscular arms, she had no chance to escape.
-I only said that to get you to play my game, you're so easy to piss off. That doesn't take away from how dangerous a woman you are, though.
-Why don't you let go of me and see what I'm made of," she challenges him with a stern look and a hidden smile.
-You better tell me where the keys to these handcuffs are and I promise to let you go.
-Never...
-In that case, I'll get them by other, slightly more demanding means.
She seemed to pale for the moment, as much as she liked the man she knew nothing about him and had run away without much thought to the consequences of being alone with Dylan. At least it comforted her to know that if she was murdered by her father she wouldn't rest until she found him and gave him the worst possible death.
