Chapter 29

Jessica POV

I went back to my room, after the meeting with the witch. I was feeling pretty down. I guess I was really hoping, that she would be able to break the spell and I would remember everything. But that didn’t happen, instead I’m left with even more questions. I keep getting images of people in my head, I think they are from my past, but they don’t make sense and I still can’t hear words. It’s frustrating.

When I reached my room, I laid down on the bed and let out a frustrated sigh. I started to processed everything that Gloria said. I laid there for most of the afternoon, lost in thought and at some point I fell asleep and started to dream.

“Please stop!”I shouted, while thrashing my body trying to break free from his hold. I looked up to see Alpha Ryan was on top of me, pinning me to the ground with my hands trapped above my head. He had an evil smirk on his face, as he ripped my shirt open with his hand. He grabbed my breasts roughly and it hurt. I begged him to stop, But he wouldn’t. He had an evil glint in his eyes and they were also filled with l**t.

I didn’t recognize the house I was in. There was furniture thrown around the place, like there had just been a fight and it look like we were in a living room.

“You’re mine, Jessica. You are my chosen mate.” He said, before lowering his face to my neck. He started to k**s me and I felt completely disgusted, by his touch.

“No stop, Alpha Ryan. Please don’t do this.” I shouted, while tears fell from my eyes. He didn’t listen to me and his hand moved to the button of my pants. He undid it in one motion and started to move his hands inside of my panties.

I woke up to someone gently shaking me. I slowly opened my eyes, to see Alpha Colton sitting on my bed next to me. He was holding me in his arms and had a concerned look on his face. My breathing was fast and my entire body was covered in sweat.

“Shhhh… you’re ok Jessica. You are safe with me, it was just a dream.” He said softly, while running his hand along my hair. I instantly relaxed in his arms.

“I’m sorry, I must of fallen asleep and had a nightmare.” I apologize, in a soft voice.

“No need to apologize. I was just worried. When I heard you screaming, i ran in to check on you. I thought something bad was happening. That’s when I saw you were having a nightmare. Do you remember it.” He asked, with a concerned frown. I nodded and took a minute to remember the dream, before I spoke.

“I was in a house that I didn’t recognize, alone with Alpha Ryan and he was forcing himself on me. I couldn’t break free from his hold, he was to strong. I don’t know what happened, I woke up before he did anything.” I said nervously. I had a bad feeling, that it wasn’t just a dream, but a memory. I glanced up at Alpha Colton, he had a murderous look on his face.

“He won’t ever hurt you again. I promise you that.” Alpha Colton growled out and a chill ran down my spine. I believe his words. His body was radiating with anger and when I looked into his eyes, they were pitch black. His arms tighten around me and he held me against his chest possessively. His behaviour was so confusing.

All of a sudden, I became very aware, that Alpha Colton was holding me in his arms and wasn’t wearing a shirt. I could feel everyone one of his bulging muscles, against my body. There was this light static feeling, everywhere that his skin touched with mine, it was seriously distracting and caused desire to flood through me.

I pulled away form his hold and nervously looked everywhere but his naked chest.

“Thank you for checking on me. I’m better now.” I said softly, giving him a small smile.

“You slept right through dinner. Do you want me to have some food brought up for you?” Alpha Colton asked, while standing from the bed.

“No that’s ok. Now that I nap for so long, I’m wide awake. I’ll go and grab something myself.” I replied.

“Ok, if you need anything, I’m right next door.” Alpha Colton said. He still had a concerned look on his face and I could see, that he was fighting to keep his anger under control.

“Thank you.” I replied softly.

He walked towards the door and paused for a moment, with his back towards me. His muscles were flexing and I knew he was having an internal battle with himself. He seemed like he wanted to say something, but ended up leaving my room, without speaking.

I let out a sigh, as I got out of bed. I went into the bathroom and had a quick shower, my whole body felt sticky with sweat.

After the shower, I threw on some grey sweatpants and a black tank top. I tied my hair in a messy bun, before leaving the room.

I was feeling hungry, since I missed both lunch and dinner.

I walked down to the kitchen and found it to be empty. I opened the fridge and found a plate of food covered with sedan wrap. It looked to be some sort of stir fry, with chicken and veggies. I took it out and placed it in the microwave.

While I was waiting, the door to the kitchen opened, drawing my attention to it. Heather walked in and when her eyes met mine, she scrunched her nose up in disgust.

“I knew I could smell trash, coming from in here. I just lost my appetite.” She said with a disgusted tone.

“Don’t worry I’m leaving.” I said pointedly, while taking my plate from the microwave. I started to walk towards the door. I really don’t know why Alpha Colton would want someone like her, to lead by his side. She’s clearly vindictive and that’s not a good trait to have, as a leader.

As I walked by her, she grabbed onto my arm roughly, stopping me in my tracks.

“You better know your place tramp. I’m going to be the Luna of this pack in a few weeks and the first thing I’m going to do, is take out the garbage. I suggest you leave, before I have you thrown out.” She spat out angrily.

“Listen, I don’t mean any trouble. What happened with Alpha Colton won’t happen again, but if you speak to me again, the way you just did. I won’t be so understanding next time.” I said in a stern voice and before she could reply. I pulled my arm form her hold and left the kitchen.

She looked about ready, to explode with rage and it satisfied me for some reason. That woman has some serious jealousy issues, I thought to myself, as I made my way back to my room.

Alpha Colton POV

After Jessica told me the details of her dream. I was radiating with rage. My wolf was on the surface, fighting for control. He was ready to declare war, on Alpha Ryan and his pack. It took everything in me, to hold him back until I was out of her room.

I stormed out of the pack house, as quickly as possible and made my way to tree line. I didn’t even bother taking my sweatpants off, I was so angry. I shifted into my wolf and tore right through them.

Hector took off, at a full sprint through the forest trying to calm himself down. I felt the same way he did and it bothered me. I mean, I would be mad if anyone man tried to force themselves onto a woman, but because it was Jessica, the anger was multiplied. Hector and I, have really grown protective of her.

We ran for hours through the forest, until I had finally calmed down some. The need to make Alpha Ryan pay, was growing inside of me. I sure hope he didn’t rape her. I know she woke up, before seeing the whole vision. I’ll f*****g kill him if he did, that peace of s**t, I thought to myself.

I made my way back to the pack house. I used the back stairs, since I had no clothes on. I was lost in my thoughts and didn’t noticed someone was walking towards me, until it was to late. I collided with them and we both fell to the ground.

‘Ohhh…’ I heard a female voice and looked to see, that it was Jessica I hand run into. We were both falling to the ground and her eyes were closed shut, ready for the impact. I twisted our bodies, so that I would take the impact and she would land on top of me.

Once we were on the ground. I watched her face for a moment, her eyes were still tightly shut and her body was tense. She looked so cute. I held my hands around her waist and waited for her to open her eyes.

After a minute, her eyes fluttered open and she looked at me. They grew wide in shock.

“I am so sorry, I clearly wasn’t paying any attention to where I was going.” She blurted out. She lifted her body form mine and was now straddling my legs.

I watched with amusement, as her eyes trailed down my naked chest and landed on my c**k. They went wide briefly, before she shut them tightly. I tried to stifle a laughed.

Well that was entertaining. I can’t say that I regret any of that. I might have to walk around naked more often, so it happens again, I thought and chuckled to myself.
