Seeing the strange expression on Ernest's face, Leah smiled and asked, "You're really picky, aren't you? These are all healthy and nutritious food. A lot of people eat these back in our country." Ernest was stunned when he heard this. He looked at Leah with a hint of surprise in his eyes.

Leah suddenly laughed. "There are even people who eat live maggots. I heard that it is packed with protein."

"Ah!" Liam and Maria had the same reaction. They almost threw up.

Ernest frowned. There was a hint of horror in his eyes. He looked at Leah, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.

Leah brought over a bowl of soup for Ernest to take a look. She stirred it and looked at the ingredients inside. She explained, "These eastern ingredients are all tonics. The meat and bones here are clearly ribs and this white part is healthy too. This is a nutritious soup."

Ernest and Liam looked at Leah, surprised.

Leah continued to look at the food in the bowl as she stirred it. She slowly took out every ingredient inside. It was only then that she understood what was inside.

"This is a medicinal soup. A lot of tonics have been added to it. It can help improve blood circulation and remove blood stasis. The ingredients inside are mostly common. Don't overthink it. There's nothing bad inside. If there were, it would smell really fishy."

As she said that, Leah pushed the bowl of soup towards Ernest. She looked at him and smiled. "Don't worry, this soup smells really good." Ernest looked at her in surprise. "You know about these too? Do you know a lot about Chinese medicine?"

"Not much." Leah shook her head.

"But you could identify the ingredients," Ernest said in surprise.

"Please, this is common sense, okay?" Leah laughed. "These are really common. A lot of people know about them, okay?"

Ernest glanced at Liam and Maria. "Do you guys know about it?"

The two of them shook their heads.

"This is not basic knowledge at all. It is too difficult," Maria looked at Leah with admiration in her eyes. "Leah, you're really awesome for knowing these things."

Leah burst into laughter at Maria's praise. "Aren't you all too naive? These things can be seen in pharmacies."

"I don't look at these things when I go to pharmacies." Maria said, "I've never seen this before. Even if I did, I wouldn't be able to see anything inside at all."

"Alright. If that's the case, then I am very smart," Leah was no longer being modest. "Quick, drink the soup. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Don't worry about it. You can drink it." "Really?" Liam wasn't sure. He asked Leah again.

Leah nodded seriously. "Of course, there's no problem with it. If there were, I would cut off my head for you to use as a football."

Ernest frowned at once. "Don't talk nonsense."

"That's right, you can't say that." Liam also shook his head. "It is not that serious, but after hearing your explanation, I feel quite relieved."

"Then let's drink it." Leah smiled at them.

Ernest and Liam drank the soup.

Maria also drank the soup.

She felt much better after getting rid of her doubts.

"Are these oysters? Why does it look like it hasn't been cooked yet?" Maria pointed at the plate of oysters and asked Leah.

Leah looked at it and nodded. "They're oysters. It's a type of seafood that contains rich elements. It boosts male hormones and gives them more strength. Lots of men like to use it to strengthen their livers." "This type of oysters can be steamed or stir-fried, but the butler gave us raw ones. Of course, this way, it's effects can be maximized. It is just that when it's eaten raw, it may be a little disgusting as there can be live microorganisms or parasites. It's not so hygienic."

"Is it really raw?" Maria was tongue-tied.

Leah nodded. "That's right. Lots of people eat it this way."

"Butler." Ernest immediately called him.

The butler quickly came over. "Master Ernest, what can I do for you?"

"What is this?" Ernest asked as he pointed at the oysters.

"These are oysters. It's nourishing and healthy."

"You can have it." Ernest continued in a deep voice, "In the future, I don't want to see raw food on the table. Make sure that it is all cooked before they are served."

The butler was taken aback. He paused for a long while before asking, "Master Ernest, does that mean we need to cook fruits as well before serving them?"

Ernest frowned and looked at the butler. His gaze sharpened.

The butler asked again. "So cucumbers should be stir-fried, and fruits should be cooked before they are served. Is that right?"

"Was I talking about that? "I'm talking about meat and fish, not fruits."

The butler immediately came to his senses and said, "Oh, that's what you meant. I understand. Then should I steam the oysters?" Ernest did not say a word.

Leah smiled and said, "Mr. Butler, perhaps you can steam it. This is a great tonic, it might be good for Ernest."

"Sure, Miss Leah. Looks like you know your way around here." He hurried back to the kitchen for the chef to steam the oysters.

Maria looked at Leah admiringly. "Leah, how do you know so much about ingredients? I really admire you. You even know so much about this. I really admire you."

Leah smiled. "Do you really admire me because of this? If in the future you replace out that I know a lot more things, would you admire me even more?" "You know more than that?" Maria exclaimed in surprise. "Yes, of course I do." Leah nodded.

"What else do you know?"

"I know how to make Ernest my boyfriend," Leah said.

Maria was caught off guard. She laughed. "Yes, you really are powerful."

Liam laughed out loud.

Ernest was a little stunned. He stared at Leah, surprised. He hadn't expected Leah to know so much about food.

He could not help but look at Leah with admiration and surprise in his eyes.

Leah ate calmly and slowly.

Maria pointed at the pickled eggs and asked Leah, "Leah, do you know why the kitchen cooks these eggs?"

"It is for males. Leeks are often known to strengthen their... body parts." She continued, "This can make them stronger."

"Pfft!" Maria laughed again. "What about this fried pork with walnuts?" "It's for the kidney and brains. It is especially helpful in preventing kidney deficiency," Leah said, "We should eat more of these. Not only can men eat it, but women can too. This dish is quite rare, I would like some too."

She ate silently as she spoke.

Her appetite was good now. She had engaged in vigorous exercise and she felt like all her energy was drained. She was really hungry now.

The butler hurriedly brought the steamed oysters on the table. It was still hot.

"Master Ernest, it's cooked. You can eat it now."

Ernest nodded.

The butler sighed. "But the chef said that the effects won't be useful after it is steamed."

Ernest frowned. "Liam and I are still young, we don't need these things. But you can have the oysters. After all, you are older."

The butler was embarrassed and laughed, "I don't need it. It's no use for me anymore. It's better for you young people to eat it." Ernest answered calmly, "I don't need these supplements."

The butler immediately looked at Leah and shouted in surprise, "Miss Leah, it is your lucky day. Since Master Ernest is so talented, it must have been tiring for you."

Leah could tell that the butler was teasing her. She smiled faintly and said, "Mr. Butler, it seems that you suffered some losses when you were young. Otherwise, you wouldn't be so thoughtful to people our age. You must have gone through a lot to be able to know so much and have so much experience. You must want them to nourish their health while they are young so that they won't be impotent when they are your age, right?"
