True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 1746
The butler was stunned. It seems that he had met someone better than him.
Ernest, Liam, and even Maria burst into laughter.
Leah was really good at talking. She was born to be a lawyer.
"Ernest and Liam should thank you for your reminder." Leah looked at them and smiled, "You two should learn from the butler's mistakes and take good care of your bodies. Or else, your bodies won't be strong enough when you get old."
Men disliked being criticized in those aspects.
The butler couldn't handle it anymore after being called impotent. His expression changed. He smiled and said, "Go ahead and eat. I will excuse myself."
The butler slowly left in disgrace.
When he left, laughter immediately burst out from the dining table. Maria was the first who laughed.
The butler was a meddlesome person, but none of them had ever be able to do anything about it.
Today, thanks to Leah, the butler had left in disgrace. This was the first time.
"Leah, here's a toast to you. We don't have wine, so think of the tea as wine," Maria raised her cup. "Gentlemen, I propose a toast to Leah."
"A toast to Leah." In response to his girlfriend's beckoning, Liam raised his glass too.
Ernest smiled as he looked at Leah. He gazed at her deeply and lifted his glass. "You were able to get the butler to leave. You really are something. Here's a toast to you."
"Is that so?" Leah could not help but stick out her tongue. "Did I go too far?"
"No." Ernest looked deeply into her eyes. "The butler has always been teasing us. Sometimes we have no way to retort, and he has always had the upper hand. But you beat him easily today. You really are something."
Liam nodded as well. "The butler is truly an interesting man, but he likes to joke around too much. What you said just now should be enough for him to reflect on his actions."
"My bad, my bad." Leah clinked glasses with them. "I retorted by accident. I would feel uncomfortable if I didn't retort after being teased.
She smiled embarrassingly.
Everyone laughed even louder.
The atmosphere gradually got better.
Maria found out that Leah had a lot of knowledge when it came to food.
She was able to tell them the effects of the dishes they were eating. Maria exclaimed, "Leah, you sure know a lot. In the future, there will be no problems with Ernest's health. You will definitely be able to take good care of him."
Leah burst into laughter. "He's already well nourished. Besides, he is not my son."
Ernest looked up at Leah. His eyes flashed with a helpless smile and he said lightly, "In the future, our son will surely be well-nourished."
Leah blushed. Who wanted to have a child with him?
Besides, how was he so sure that they were going to have a son?
What if they had a daughter?
She looked at him shyly. The sadness in her eyes was heavy but she suppressed it swiftly and steadied herself.
She didn't forget that she was actually talking to Maria.
After thinking for a while, Leah looked in Liam's direction with a smile and told Maria, "Maria, you can also learn. You can also make Mr. Robinson healthy and plump."
Maria was stunned, then she burst into laughter. "Healthy and plump? Wouldn't that make him a gigolo?"
"Oh, are you saying that Ernest is a gigolo?" Leah teased.
"Hmm. Of course not, but Ernest and Liam look like one, don't they? They are both so handsome."
"Are you praising me or insulting me?" Ernest looked at Maria and then at Liam. "Liam, control your girlfriend."
Liam looked at him and said, "Just take it as a compliment. Maria's way of praising people is rather bad."
Maria was even more embarrassed by what Liam said.
Every time she came here, she could not help but be embarrassed. She felt like a shy girl when she was with him.
She looked at Liam and whispered, "I'm praising you."
"I know, I can tell." Liam said in a soft and doting tone.
People could tell that he doted on Maria a lot.
Leah felt a little jealous when she saw it.
"Oh my, I'm so jealous that my jaw is about to drop," Leah laughed. "Mr. Robinson and Ernest are born perfect. They don't need tonics or any other supplements. These supplements are always taken at the wrong times."
"I don't quite understand what you are talking about," Maria looked at Leah, confused. "So should we nourish our bodies or not?"
"It depends. If you start to crave it, it means you need it," Leah smiled. "If I am hungry, then I will think that I am hungry. But when I keep thinking that I am hungry, it means I am, and I need to eat."
"Yes, you and Ernest have just taken your relationship to the next step. You will surely need this. Hurry up and eat. Once you have enough of these nutrients, it will soon be used up again," Maria whispered. However, she did not expect the boys to have heard it at all.
Leah lowered her voice and said, "You must have had a lot of experience. You were intimate with Mr. Robinson not long ago, right?"
"Yes." Maria nodded, but she was a little embarrassed. She glanced in Liam's direction and then looked away shyly.
"Then you need to be nourished," Leah said.
"I'm so tired," Maria whispered again. "Men are born to be stronger than women." "Of course. If their stamina isn't good enough, could they still be considered a man?" Leah asked in a low voice. After a while, the two of them huddled closer together. They lowered their heads and started talking.
Liam and Ernest were both speechless as they watched the two girls talking.
After dinner, Maria and Leah gathered together and started whispering.
Both men were speechless when they saw the girls getting together and leaving them alone.
Ernest watched the two girls sit on a bench in the garden outside. They were chatting as they watched the scenery together.
Ernest frowned. His girlfriend had just come to see him. Was it appropriate for Maria to stay so close to her?
He looked at Liam and then looked away. "Liam, you should be going back soon, right?"
"Yes." Liam immediately understood what Ernest meant.
He looked at Ernest, and their eyes met. The two of them knew what the other was thinking.
They wanted to pull their girlfriends back to their own rooms. They didn't want to waste anymore time. What did the two women have to talk about?
"I'll go get Maria," Liam said.
Ernest immediately nodded. "Let's go together."
The two men called their girlfriends.
"Leah."
"Maria."
Maria and Leah both looked back at the two men and answered in unison. "Be quiet. Give us an hour. Well be back in an hour."
Just like that, the two men were defeated.
An hour.
Ernest took a deep breath. They had wasted a whole hour.
It was unfortunate for Liam too.
They weren't in a hurry to leave either. They watched Maria and Leah chatting outside.
He really had no idea what they were talking about.
"Leah, why aren't you going back?" Maria looked at Leah. "Ernest is getting anxious. It's not easy for you to be together with him. Aren't you going back?"
"I'm exhausted." Leah couldn't help but complain. "Both my back and my legs hurt. Wouldn't I be walking into a trap if I were to go back?" "You two did it?" Maria suddenly understood. "Yeah." Leah nodded. "Didn't you experience it too? Even though it's fun, I'll get tired if we overdo it."
"I agree with you." Maria nodded and continued, "Who can stand such intense movements?"
"Men are able to," Leah answered immediately. "They can take it. They are machines that don't know how to stop. I don't think they even know what it means to be tired."
"When you go back, are you going to give Ernest what he wants?" Maria asked worriedly, "He has rested. Wouldn't that make him even more energetic?"
"You'd better worry about yourself. Isn't Liam about to return back? There's no more tomorrow. Wouldn't he be even more ruthless towards you?" "That's why I don't dare to go back," Maria looked at Leah pitifully. "He gave me a scare."
