True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 520
"Marry! Marry!" Simon kept shouting in despair. He would no longer be able to escape from the two dogs if she didn't open the doors immediately.
However, she had closed the doors and locked them on purpose.
Simon slammed his fists against the windows desperately, but to no avail. Marry didn't budge at all.
The dog clawed at his back with its sharp claws. His clothes were torn, and his back was a bloody mess.
Simon looked at the locked doors in despair. He tried to smash through the windows with his handcuffs, but the glass was shock-proof. He couldn't even get a crack in no matter how hard he tried. "Marry, open the door, I beg of you."
"No!" Marry shook her head adamantly with tears streaming down her face. "Simon, just give up. Ever since you wanted a divorce, there were no feelings left between us. It's too late for you to beg me now." "Marry, I'll die if this continues." Simon was filled with despair.
"Good," Marry replied coldly. "Once you're dead, everything will be over. I won't be in pain. I'd rather you die than to see you hurt me again."
Simon paused and he glared at Marry furiously. When he saw her tears, he couldn't resist the urge to kill her right then and there.
The two dogs attacked him ferociously, clawing at his back without rest. It was torturous.
Simon couldn't stand it anymore. He shouted, "Marry, if you don't save me, the next one will be you. They sent the dogs to bite me, so the next one will be you."
Marry froze and her eyes flashed. She told herself that no matter what, she couldn't give in this time.
She shouldn't help him just because of his threats.
In the past, Simon had gotten used to not saying much even in crucial times. It had always led her to desperate times.
She had had enough of that; she was no longer going to be controlled by his words.
"What? Stop trying to threaten me. If I don't get out of the car, the dogs can't get to me. They'll only attack you, your heartless man. Weren't you testing my limits with your other girl? Go on, test my limits now," she snorted.
"Marry!" Simon struggled with all his might. "You can't be so cruel. Please open the door. I beg you."
Marry turned her gaze away and said coldly, "I can't wait for a dog to bite off your d*ck, then you won't be able to get into a relationship with another woman in this life. You should be a eunuch." She despised him.
When she recalled what Simon and Sonia had done in bed, she could not wait for his d*ck to get bitten off. Then, he could never enjoy another woman in this world ever again.
"Marry, Marry, open the door! Open the door!" Simon hadn't given up, but his voice was gradually becoming softer and softer, and his strength had been reduced by half. The dogs outside were still attacking him viciously.
He had no strength in him left. He held his head in his arms and fell limply.
Marry didn't know how long it had been. By the time she snapped out of her daze, she realized that there were no longer sounds coming from outside.
Marry hurriedly rolled down the window in shock. She saw that the dogs were gone. Simon had collapsed on the ground by the car and he laid there motionless.
Was he dead?
Marry's eyes widened in horror.
However, she didn't dare to get out of the car.
She was afraid that the dogs would return the moment she got out of the car and she would end up like Simon.
The dogs were really gone.
It was silent outside. Marry stared at the man whom she both loved and hated lying on the ground. "He deserved it," she thought.
Marry sighed and closed her eyes.
"Simon was dead. It would be best if Grace would be the one to take accountability for this. Since I'm not going to live a good life, Grace shouldn't think about living one too," she thought. Everyone would be in this together.
Suddenly, the car chimed, and the door opened.
Several people shouted in surprise by the car. "What happened?"
The next second, Lester asked Marry, "Hey Marry, what happened?"
"Huh? Shouldn't I be the one asking you?" Marry looked up at them and said through gritted teeth. "This was what you planned. You made us get out of the car to be bitten by dogs." "You're sick," Lester replied coldly. "We just went to relieve ourselves. You're overthinking things."
"Is Simon dead?" Marry asked suddenly.
Alex squatted down to check his breathing and said, "He's still alive. Send him to the hospital."
"Okay," Lester said, "Let's take him to the hospital first."
The bodyguards carried Simon into the car.
Lester stole a glance at Marry. This woman was smart. The dogs had only gotten to Simon. He initially wanted to teach them both a lesson but he didn't expect Marry to get away scot-free. "Forget it," he thought.
How fortunate for her.
Marry stared at Simon, who had fainted by her side. Simon's clothes were ragged because the dogs had tom them apart. His face was also covered with scars, and one half of his ears was gone.
It was a mess.
The once handsome young man was now disfigured in such a sorry state.
Marry was stunned but she remained silent.
When the car reached the intersection at the foot of the mountain, Jensen was ready to pick them up. Lester said to Jensen, "I'm sorry, Officer Charm. We went to relieve ourselves halfway, and Simon tried to escape, but the wild dogs bit him."
"Is that so?" Jensen wasn't surprised since he already knew about it. "Take him to the hospital. I'll arrange for someone to send you guys there." "Officer Charm, I want to make a report." Marry shouted from the inside. "It was them. They intentionally tried to harm us. They did it on purpose." Jensen turned and looked at her. He asked calmly, "What? Marry, do you have any evidence?"
"I don't," she replied. "You need to investigate. The dogs appeared just in time when they all went to relieve themselves. How could it be a mere coincidence to stumble across wild dogs at the same time?" "We can't investigate without evidence," Jensen said flatly. "You can follow my colleagues to the police station and report the confession directly."
"Officer Charm, how could you do this?" Marry glared at him and said. "It was Heinz and Grace who wanted to frame us."
"Miss Smith," Lester interrupted Marry's words hurriedly. "Speak only with evidence. Otherwise, well sue you for defamation."
Marry pursed her lips and didn't dare to say anything more.
Jensen waved his hand and two men came over to escort Marry away. Simon was also sent to the hospital.
Jensen returned to the car with Alice still inside.
"Simon was the only one who got bitten."
Alice gritted her teeth and said, "He deserved it. Why didn't the dogs bite Marry too? They're better off dead after how they treated Grace and my nephew."
Seeing that Alice was furious, Jensen sighed and said, "Let's go back now."
"No, I'm going to go look for Grace." Alice looked at him. "Right now, I want to see Grace, Ernest and Little Gary."
"Right now, your sister needs to deal with her own emotions with Heinz," Jensen explained. "I think they must be very shaken at the moment and it wouldn't be nice of us to disturb them." Alice sulked as she sat in the car and said, "Tomorrow then. We'll go there early in the morning."
