True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 754
Everyone was astonished. Even Jodie's face was deathly pale.
Heinz narrowed his eyes and squinted at Jodie with a keen gaze.
She pursed her lips and looked at Aaron.
His body shook and he mocked himself and said, "You all are really good at playing tricks."
Alex smiled gently and replied, "You are the one who is good at playing tricks, Aaron. By making use of the President and Jodie, you not only sabotaged him, but also became rich." Everyone was confused.
Heinz frowned even more, as if he had understood something.
Alex said, "President, six years ago, you gave Jodie six million dollars as compensation. Therefore, Miss Lawson is not short of money. Within six years, her worth has reached twenty million dollars. During these six years, her account has been managed by someone."
While he was speaking, he glanced at Aaron
and said with a grin, "And that person is you. Aaron, you earned sixty million dollars with Jodie's remaining funds in her account. You earned forty million dollars whereas Miss Lawson earned twenty million dollars."
Aaron's face paled at once. He stepped back and looked at Heinz with wide eyes. His subordinates had discovered it.
"I don't admit it." He sneered, "Heinz, you are a fool. You can't do anything."
Heinz didn't say anything either.
Alex scoffed, "You're the fool. If it wasn't for the President, would you have a chance to be a rich man? You got the money and even wanted to smear his reputation and destroy his happiness. You are a person who turns one's stomach. It's very disgusting."
"You don't need to cover up for Heinz." Aaron mocked him as if he was targeting him specifically. "He is a fool."
Heinz stared incisively at Aaron and didn't seem to take his words seriously.
Alex jeered, "Aaron, you're wrong. Our President planned today's investigation. Our team has been checking the source of the news and the leaders of the news department. Officer Charm told us to check your residence and your safe-deposit box at the bank. Now, I think the results should be out. What else is in your safe-deposit box? Should we wait and see?"
"How dare you all touch my safe-deposit box in the bank? It's against the law." Aaron laughed out of extreme anger. He squinted his eyes cruelly and looked at Heinz with resentment. "You all ignored the law." "You're wrong." Alex laughed. "We got a search warrant. When Officer Charm gave the order, Lester had already assigned someone to cooperate with the police to get a search warrant. This process is completely legal."
Aaron was aghast and glimpsed at Heinz in astonishment.
He smiled arrogantly and held Grace in his arms. He stared at Aaron and Jodie harshly. "Both of you teamed up at first, and then you had conflicts. However, both of you are involved. This is an indisputable fact."
Aaron was fuming, especially when he witnessed Heinz and Grace holding hands affectionately. He was envious and jealous.
He set his cold eyes on them and mocked, "Do you think you can overthrow my uncle just because you have the evidence? Heinz, you're just a businessman. Do you think you have the ability to compete with my uncle?"
Heinz's astute eyes stared angrily at Aaron's arrogant and ruthless face. He smiled cruelly and said slowly, "Aaron, you seem to have forgotten who my grandfather is!"
Aaron was dumbfounded after hearing him talking.
Heinz beamed and said, "My grandfather's subordinates are all over the country and never do illegal matters. But if he asks someone to help him investigate Jordan who commits illegal affairs, that's a very simple matter."
Aaron frowned.
"You and your uncle misjudged the situation. You guys think you can control the world. You have to pay the price." Heinz said calmly, "You, your uncle, Jodie, all of you have to pay the price." Aaron's face was as pale as a ghost.
Jensen glanced at Heinz, and both of them exchanged a look. They both understood each other. Some arrangements were silent, and they didn't need everyone to know. Only in this way could they wipe out the enemy in one fell swoop.
"Aaron, admit it now. You are jealous of Heinz." Jensen looked at him and said unceremoniously, "You became crazy because of jealousy. You obviously took advantage of him and pretended to be innocent." "It was him after all." Alice was also startled. "He actually approached me on purpose and told me that he was innocent. At first, I sympathized with him, but in the end, he turned out to be such a vile person." "He probably wants to show off," Grace chimed in. "He's a lonely man and doesn't have an existence. He's eager to show off his achievements because he's scheming something and he felt that he had achieved the results. That was why he was in a rush and even dared to take the initiative to approach you."
"Yes, Grace, I also think so," Alice nodded and agreed very much. "He wanted to get information from us and see how anxious we are, but he didn't expect you to come back so soon. He probably wanted you to break up with Heinz."
"Yes, so what?" At this point, Aaron simply lifted his chin. His face was ashen, but he slightly raised his chin and said proudly, "I really want to see Heinz unhappy."
"You finally admit it." Alice immediately said in sarcasm, "In this way, you are a man."
"No," Grace said and shook her head again. "Alice, don't think so highly of Dr. Clarke. I'm afraid that he doesn't understand the meaning of the word 'man'."
Alice nodded and pursed her lips. She replied with mockery, "What he does is not what a man should do. He is cruel and vicious, so he is not a human being at all."
Aaron gazed at her and his eyes were spitting fire.
Grace pulled her arm and said, "Don't talk nonsense with him. It's a waste of time. It seems like the truth has been revealed. What about Henry who was mentioned by him? What's going on?"
"Grace, you're right," Jensen nodded and answered. "It seems that the truth has been revealed, but there is one more point. Jodie disappeared in Alsburg for six years. Where was her hiding place? Who is Henry, the one who hid her? We have to replace out."
Jodie didn't say anything. She lowered and drooped her head, as if she had been defeated.
She was in a panic when Henry was mentioned by Jessen.
Heinz saw her reaction and said in a low voice, "Alex, take Jodie away to Prince and let him make her cooperate."
"Who is Prince?" Jodie asked subconsciously.
"A dog." Alex said, "Maybe you will talk about Henry, who is hiding in the corner of your heart, after you see Prince, even if you don't talk in front of us."
"No!" Jodie abruptly shook her head. "I'm scared of dogs. Don't leave me behind."
"Are you going to talk or not?" Heinz asked in a deep voice.
She cried, "I'll talk. I'll tell you everything."
