Heinz squinted his eyes. "If you knew the situation earlier, you might not suffer such hardships."

Jodie pursed her lips and glanced at Aaron. She told Heinz, "Take him away. He shouldn't be here." "That's a piece of cake," Jensen said calmly. "Alex, take Aaron away and send him to the police station." "Yes, sir."

Soon, Aaron was sent away.

"Now, you can say it," Heinz said unfeelingly.

"I have one more condition," she spoke again.

Heinz became serious and reprimanded heartlessly, "You have too many conditions. You can't bring up anymore."

"Heinz, you have to protect me." She said awkwardly, "If you guys don't protect me, I will die after I talk."

Everyone was stunned by her words.

Grace examined her petrified expression. Grace thought that perhaps it was true.

Perhaps Jodie was afraid of something, so she was so scared.

Grace looked at Heinz.

He imperceptibly shook his head at her.

Jodie witnessed them fondly gazing at each other. Her eyes flickered with jealousy and envy. "You all might not believe me, but what else do I have now? Other than my own safety, I don't have anything else. You all released the video. I lost my dignity, so I can only cherish my life," she pointed out.

"Indeed, you don't have anything left," Alice chuckled and said in irony. "It's just that it's very odd that someone like you no longer has honor. What's the point of you being alive?"

After hearing her sarcasm, Jodie promptly erupted. She retorted, "You' re really a busybody. Why is it always you? Do you have a heart?"

"You are the one with a poor mindset," Alice rebutted. "Who has a worse mindset than you? You are bullying my sister. Of course, I won't let you off so easily."

Jodie scanned Grace sharply immediately. "Grace, if you think it's okay, you can step forward. Don't let your sister, who is not sensible, step forward."

Grace realized that Jodie was really incisive.

Even now, she still wanted to make demands.

She calmly set her eyes on her and said, "Miss Lawson, we are one. If someone bullies my younger sister, I will stand up as well. As for what you have done, you should know. You obviously are not innocent, so you don't have to feel aggrieved now."

Jodie furrowed her brows and discovered that Grace was not as gentle as she thought. She looked at Heinz and said, "Heinz, is this the woman you are looking for? She is a trenchant woman. Did you see it? She has exposed her true colors."

Heinz didn't agree. "However she is, you don't have to tell me. Jodie, you'd better size up the situation.

She curled her lips. She always had been proud and arrogant. However, now she had a sense of loss which couldn't be described.

She mocked herself and said with a bitter laugh, "Everyone cherishes their lives very much. What's wrong with me cherishing my own life?"

Heinz jeered and ignored her.

Jodie looked at Alice and said, "Alice Smith, if you don't cherish your life, why don't you go to hell?"

Alice raised her eyebrows and said, "I am not as shameless as you. You are so shameless, but you are still so dignified. I really don't know how Heinz took a fancy to you at that time. It's really gross." She looked at Heinz in disgust after talking. Her astute glance scanned his handsome face.

Jodie's appearance was not bad. However, she had nothing that could compare to her sister.

However, even without Grace, Heinz shouldn't have taken a fancy to Jodie. She didn't deserve him at all.

Grace gently pulled her sleeve and motioned for her not to speak so much.

Alice glared at Heinz for the sake of her sister. If he hadn't been blind at that time, he wouldn't have caused such trouble for her sister and put her in such a dilemma.

"That's right. No matter what, Heinz did have a crush on me back then. You all can't ignore this fact." Jodie was rather smug. She regained her pride and said, "I'm Heinz's first love. I had a wonderful time with him. This is a fact that can't be ignored."

He narrowed his eyes and burst out in anger. He said cold-heartedly, "Jodie, you are too self-righteous."

"Yes, I think I'm right. Weren't you the same? If you weren't, why did you come to replace me?" Jodie was even prouder of herself. "When you were with me, you were very passionate. Do you dare to say that you never had an enthusiastic time?"

"Shut up!" Heinz's body tightened and he was very furious.

Jodie took a look at Grace and said, "Grace, if you are with Heinz, you're just using my leftovers. You can't deny that."

However, Grace did not lose her temper. She smiled faintly and said, "Miss Lawson, I feel that I have encountered a rare treasure. If it's really as you said, why do you have to force yourself on Heinz?" Jodie was taken aback and snorted, "Don't be so smug. You won't have a good ending with him. He's just a fickle-minded man."

When Alice saw Jodie's behavior, she reminded her, "If you say it now, your life is going to be gone. If you don't say it, I'm afraid it will also be gone soon. Who is the person behind the scenes? I'm afraid it's no just Aaron. If you don't tell us, perhaps the person outside had already misunderstood and thinks that you are telling us. He will kill you later and nobody can save you."

Hearing this, Jodie's eyes gleamed with horror. She caught sight of Heinz and said, "Heinz, you guys must protect me. If you all don't protect me, I can't say anything. Even if I die, you won't be able to replace that person. At that time, I'll see who will suffer more losses."

Heinz weighed the pros and cons. He glanced heartlessly at Jodie and said calmly, "Your request is for us to ensure your safety?"

"Yes!" She nodded. "You all have to send people to protect me and ensure that I won't be murdered. I have only this one request."

"Your request is only to protect yourself? Don't you have your parents?" He said sarcastically.

Her eyes shimmered. "O- Of course, my parents too." She immediately changed her words and said, "Of course, I have to take care of them. You have to protect them too." Everyone could observe that Jodie wasn't thinking of her parents at all. She only thought of herself.

She was a selfish person. Everyone stopped talking and just gave her cold looks.

Heinz didn't answer her. He peered at Jensen.

Jensen understood what he meant and said with a grin, "Jodie, Heinz doesn't have to protect you. I can register for you at the police station and get the police to protect you. This is your right."
