Pearlyn was shocked. "What will you do then?"

"Pearlyn, I will be holding a press conference with Heinz tomorrow morning to clarify some things," Queenie stated calmly, having made up her mind.

"What do you want to clarify?" Pearlyn was very surprised. "Do you want to do something bad to Jodie?"

"Pearlyn, shut up," Nathan suddenly snapped. "Now, let's stop being stubborn and let Queenie finish her words."

Queenie looked at them and continued, "I want to clarify that Grace has never meddled with Jodie and Heinz's marriage. The rumors spread by the media were heavily exaggerated, and none of it was true." Pearlyn remained silent.

Nathan sighed. "Regardless, she is still our child. I've held back because of this many times."

"Nathan, things will only become better if we do the right thing." Queenie sighed and continued, "I think that this is what we should do. We can't go against our conscience and let her off the hook again and again."

"Last time, in order to get Jodie and Heinz to be together, we have been forcing Grace against our better judgement. Now that the matter has been brought up to the news, if we don't stand up to clarify it, it is extremely unfair to her."

Pearlyn couldn't help complain, "But Queenie, they were together too early. Five years ago, they already had a child. That is to say, they had a child as soon as he broke up with Jodie."

"Pearlyn, I'm not forcing you. You're forcing me." She laughed. "I'm not your daughter. I'm only your cousin. I can't accompany you to the end of your life. Why don't you rely on Jodie?" Queenie could see that the Lawson couple were still the same. They only cared about their own safety and didn't care about the lives of others.

She felt deeply ashamed for what she had done in the past.

She turned around, opened the door and left.

"Queenie, wait a minute," Nathan called out to her in a hurry.

She stood still at the door. "Nathan, is there anything else?"

"Let me think about it. Give me one night to think about it. I will give you an answer tomorrow morning," he said to her in a hurry.

"Alright." She then left.

At seven o'clock in the morning.

Auntie Susan bought breakfast for them, and saw people talking about the news downstairs.

She also turned on her mobile phone to have a look, and then she found the new video of Jodie.

After reading the contents, she found out that Jodie had cheated in her marriage six years ago.

She was shocked as she carried the breakfast upstairs. She threw the food on the table and said, "Mr. Lawson, Mrs. Lawson, your amazing daughter did have an affair six years ago. I didn't know how outrageous she was until I saw this video today."

"What do you mean?" Nathan asked.

"The news came out again," Auntie Susan replied. "But don't read it. Your blood pressure will soar and you won't be able to take it."

"Even so, I still have to look at it." He struggled to sit up and said, "Show it to me."

"Okay, take a look. You'll understand when you see it." Auntie Susan took the risk and turned on the video for both Nathan and Pearlyn.

After watching the video, they were both stunned and they stared at the video in disbelief.

"It was six years ago."

"Yes, Jodie was with Aaron six years ago," Pearlyn whispered. "I never believed it, but now that I've seen this, I have no choice but to believe it."

Nathan continued to read the other news about Heinz, Grace and Jodie.

This time, he saw the manuscript written by Hermione. It explained the details and stated the facts in a concise way. The comments began to lean towards Grace's side.

Jodie was cursed at.

The couple was filled with mixed emotions.

Nathan asked, "Auntie, would you give us some privacy?"

She nodded and her tone became much more polite towards them. She couldn't bear to watch them like this either. "You should also pay attention to your health. Don't let it bother you guys too much." She quickly walked out, closed the door for the couple and allowed them to think about the situation.

Pearlyn sat down in defeat. "Nathan, do you think that we have managed to offend everyone?"

"Yeah. Firstly, it's Heinz. He has been taking care of us over the past few years and we've enjoyed it all," Nathan started. "He had spoilt us with a quality life. Now that our only daughter is alive, she seems to be better off dead. Our reputation is not important, but how will she be able to live like this?"

Pearlyn massaged the space between her eyebrows. "I know, but how can I treat Jodie that way? How will I do it? She is our only daughter. I gave birth to her."

"It seems like all she was trying to do today was to anger me to death." Nathan smiled wryly. "She truly doesn't care about me as her father anymore. She's about to lose you as her mother too. We don't know her reason for returning home, but I can tell that that reason is not us."

"Then what do you plan to do?" Pearlyn looked at her husband and asked, "Do you want to stand up and clarify things like Queenie?"

"Yes, we should stand up," Nathan answered. "Let's stand up and clarify everything. We have to repay Heinz for taking care of us over the years. Also, it is only fair to those that were wronged."

Pearlyn nodded and agreed, "As long as this is your decision. I don't know what to say, but it seems that we have no other way."

"Okay, call Queenie and tell her that I'll be attending the press conference tomorrow morning."

She took out her mobile phone and gave Queenie a call. "Queenie, Nathan and I have decided that we will stand up together and help Grace clarify her innocence. We will say that she had never meddled with their relationship."

Queenie paused. She also knew that they had seen the video, otherwise, they would not have waited until that morning to make a decision.

"Okay, I'll talk to Heinz.'
