True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)
Chapter 964 You Think You Can Be Arrogant

"Grace, what a mouth he has." Alice was speechless when she heard Little Gary's words. She did not know how a five-year-old child could say such things.

"Little Aunt, was I right? Did you fight with Aunt Rosalie on the first day?" Little Gary sighed loudly. "Since ancient times, the reason for fights between the wife and the mother-in-law is usually the fault of the husband. Uncle Jensen, you're lame! If you can't make peace between your mom and your wife, then don't get married!"

At that point, Jensen was already feeling terrible, but Little Gary's words just shredded every last bit of dignity he had.

"You're right. I'm truly pathetic."

Otherwise, he wouldn't have been suspended.

Little Gary was surprised. "What happened to you?"

"Little Gary!" Alice shouted to stop him.

"Little Aunt, just tell me the truth. If Aunt Rosalie doesn't get along with you, just send me over and I'll fight for you. I'll make sure that she listens to

you."

"Little Gary!" Grace also had no choice but to raise her voice to stop him. "Time to go to school."

Little Gary shrugged and said exasperatedly, "If you don't want me to help, then don't put on such a sad face. It's too early in the morning to be depressed." Then, everyone fell silent.

No one knew what kind of woman would put up with him when he grew up?

"Little Gary, Ernest." Grace said sternly, "When you're at the kindergarten, don't run around and don't go off with strangers, understand?"

"I know," Little Gary nodded. "We're not stupid."

"That's good." Grace looked at Lowell again and said, "Lowell, you should be obedient in school.

Don't go off with anyone you don't know and wait for the butler to pick you up after school, okay?" "Okay," Lowell promised.

After that, she let out a sigh of relief as the butlers prepared breakfast.

After breakfast, they all busied themselves with their own matters.

Heinz drove to meet Old Mr. Carter.

When they were about to get in the car, Jensen stopped Heinz and said, "Heinz, did you know that

Miranda called Grace and Alice to yell at them?"

Heinz's expression turned cold. "When?" he asked as his gaze grew harsher.

"Ah, looks like Grace didn't tell you about it." Jensen understood it all at the sight of Heinz's expression. "Miranda yelled at her pretty badly, and Alice told me about it." "D*mn it." Heinz narrowed his eyes. "It seems that I have to meet Miranda."

"You want to meet her?" Jensen frowned. "She is very arrogant."

"You've got to know your enemy before you strike." Heinz whispered, "You should come with me."

"Alright."

Half an hour later.

In the tea room of the Emperor Hotel.

Heinz and Jensen were having a meeting with Miranda.

When they called her, she agreed very quickly to meet them.

The tea room was a private room, where Heinz ordered a pot of Southland tea. As he looked at the tea leaves slowly unfurling in the hot water, Heinz gradually calmed down.

As soon as Miranda entered the door and saw them, she smiled at first before she walked over and looked at them coldly.

Heinz and Jensen also raised their gazes at the same time and looked at the woman whose facial features resembled Marry's.

She was in her fifties, but she looked quite youthful.

However, her eyes were cold and harsh. She had thinly drawn-on brows, and she looked sinister.

At least, she seemed like a very sharp person.

Heinz raised his gaze and glanced indifferently at Miranda.

"Heinz, Jensen!" Miranda said, "It's wonderful that you've come to meet me because I've been wanting to meet you as well."

"Madam Scott, please have a seat," Heinz said coldly.

On the other hand, Jensen also took a look at her and activated the recording pen. He then stared at Miranda quietly.

After that, Miranda sat down before looking up at them with an even harsher gaze, saying, "Let's get straight to the point. Marry can't go to jail. I hope you don't pursue this matter!"

"Madam Scott." Heinz smiled and said, "If you had put forward this request at the beginning, we might have agreed. But after Marry hurt Grace and

Alice, I'm afraid we can no longer let it go just like that."

"Mr. Jones, you should be lenient wherever it is possible." Miranda also pursed her lips and looked at him. "Grace and Alice's mother got involved in the marriage between Anderson and I, which led to my daughter having a hard life. She's not the best person ever, but it happened because of Candace's interference which ruined our marriage."

"This is Candace's responsibility. Since Grace and Alice are her children, there is nothing wrong for Marry to antagonize them."

"To be fair, Candace is responsible for this, but Anderson should be held accountable too. We have no evidence that your broken marriage was caused by Candace's interference. However, Marry is a threat to Grace and Alice." Heinz responded coldly.

Miranda nodded. "I didn't deny this, but everything is forgiven. We can call it even."

"Is it really even?" Heinz retorted.

"Compared to the hardship we have suffered, Grace and Alice are much happier. They found you two, and now they're living their best lives." Miranda said solemnly, "Shouldn't you cherish your blessings?" "Madam Scott, I want to know, what are you going to do if we don't give up?" Heinz asked calmly.

Miranda paused for a moment before she smiled. "In that case, let's fight till the very end."

Heinz narrowed his eyes and watched Miranda shrink back. He said, "Madam Scott, do you really think that you are invincible with the Quell family backing you up?"

Miranda then glanced at both Heinz and Jensen and said, "Mr. Jones, the Quell family are very concerned about their reputation. Either way, I am now a member of the Quell family. If they don't help me, they will eventually do something as they value their reputation very much."

"Then, will they break the law and release Marry from detention for the sake of saving the Quell family's reputation?" Heinz asked, "Don't you think it's a bit unrealistic?"

"That's our problem to deal with," Miranda said. "I'm going to be frank with you, Mr. Jones. Please don't meddle in this."

At that, Heinz raised his eyebrows.

Nevertheless, Miranda continued, "If not, it won't end well for you anyway. Don't think you can throw your weight around just because the Jones Estate is powerful in Northern City. What goes around comes around, Mr. Jones."
