"Even if you're jealous, you shouldn't have tried to take what doesn't belong to you!" William exclaimed. After he had discovered Brianna's true colors, even looking at her disgusted him. She tugged on his sleeve, tears rolling down her face as she said, "William, I was wrong. Please forgive me just this once, alright?

"I didn't tell you about Jenson because I was afraid that you'd look down on me if you found out, that you wouldn't want me anymore... I only did this because I love you too much." Brianna was crying bitterly. She was on the verge of getting on her knees to beg him. She would kneel in a heartbeat if there were any chance of making William stay.

William looked at her quietly for a while and said, "I'll give you a chance to redeem yourself."

"Redeem myself..."

"Things between Tiffany and me became like this because of you. If you can help me get her back, I'll compensate you, and the score between us will be settled," William said emotionlessly. It was as if he were discussing business with her. Brianna was startled. "What did you say? You want to get Tiffany back?"

"That's right." William was very direct. "I can't get over her. We would never have broken up if it weren't for you!"

Brianna shook her head. She finally understood. "Is that why you weren't in a rush to expose me even after you found out about Jenson? Is that why you stayed on purpose last night? You did all this to get Tiffany back? You were just using me to get close to her?" "Yes!"

"No!" Brianna shook her head. "I don't believe it..."

"It doesn't matter whether you believe it or not. I'm giving you a chance!"

"I don't want it!" she shrieked. "I don't want to break up with you! I don't want you to get back together with Tiffany! William, I know you're angry, but I don't agree with breaking up! I don't!"

William looked at her one last time. "It's your choice."

He got in the car and drove away.

Brianna watched the car speed off, and she bit her lip hard. She would never let Tiffany take William from her!

...

When Vincent came downstairs, Kelly was setting out breakfast.

She smiled when she saw him. "Good morning."

Vincent thought about last night and paused. "I'm sorry about last night-"

"We don't need to apologize to each other," she interrupted him. "I know that I'm not good enough, but we

still have a lot of time. I believe that you'll accept me wholeheartedly one day, Mr. Lewis."

Kelly had put in a lot of effort to prepare for last night, but Vincent still hadn't touched her.

She didn't know what was wrong. The atmosphere had been just right, and the ambiance had been perfect. She had even had a bath and put on a sexy nightdress, but Vincent had still pushed her away.

Kelly hadn't slept well at all. She wondered over and over what had gone wrong.

She knew that she couldn't replace Tiffany. If she wanted Vincent to get back the feeling from that night and touch her voluntarily, perhaps she needed to use Tiffany to make a breakthrough. After breakfast, Kelly watched Vincent drive off. Then, she called Brianna.

Brianna was having a fit in the dorm. The moment her phone rang, she thought it was William.

When she saw Kelly's name, her temper flared up even more. She answered the call and said, "What do you want, Ms. Harrison?"

Kelly was startled. She said calmly,

"I'm sorry Brianna. I got you fired just because of a joke. Where are you? Is it convenient for me to come and see you? I want to apologize to you in person."

Brianna scoffed. "Fine. I'm at the dorm. Come over here! I want to ask you why you sabotaged me!"
