"WHAT? THE CHEVALIER HOUSEHOLD MANOR GOT UNDER ATTACK?! INSIDE THE CENTRAL REGION?!"

Emperor Leirano shouted as he stood up from his throne, and both the Empress and the Queen had a shocked expression on their faces because of this sudden event.

"What in the world—?! How's the situation there?!"

Count Stephan La Fontaine anxiously asked the knight who delivered the report to them about the situation at the Chevalier household manor.

The knight who delivered the report managed to rely on the news in front of them.

"From what this lowly knight had gathered, there are some minor casualties since Count Harrison Chevalier was on the scene when those intruders dared to launch an attack at the Chevalier household."

After that, Count Stephan sighed in relief as he slumped to his seat when he heard that Count Harrison Chevalier was in the scene and since that person is a Knight Captain with a trait of Swordmaster, things wouldn't be that disastrous.

"Just what could have happened, and a sudden terrorist attacked happened this time? Also, in broad daylight and not only that, but we also have an assembly today and this incident happened? It doesn't seem quite right."

Empress Raziah said and frowns as she think about how ridiculous the situation is right now.

The Empress snapped from her thoughts when she heard that the knight was about to say something and all of them were waiting for the knight's other report.

Emperor Leirano asked the knight who were still half-kneeling in front of the crown.

'Just what the heck is happening right now?! It feels like another work that should be done here!'

Emperor Leirano thought as he held his forehead to ease the headache that he feels right now because the Emperor had a feeling that this incident wouldn't be just end this way.

'Also, there is about the matters with the Crown Prince. Just how the heck am I going to solve this situation?! One after another? Is there someone out there wants to screw over him or something?!'

The matters about the Crown Prince's sudden death haven't made in public yet and Emperor Leirano wanted to keep this matter a secret for a moment and think of a solution on how to deal with this before [that event] would take place.

This time, Duke Ronald Marfa, the Empress' elder brother said in a perplexed expression on his face because of this matter and even though the Duke viewed the Chevaliers as rivals and would do anything to beat them but as someone as reasonable and broadminded he is, he wouldn't dare to act something like how those intruders dared to lay their hands at the Chevaliers.

"W-wait a second! How about the Marquis and his two siblings?"

Count Stephan La Fontaine asked the knight anxiously because he hadn't heard anything about the condition of those three.

After he said those words, the knight immediately kept quiet for a moment and the people inside the throne room suddenly felt a foreboding feeling.

"How was the Marquis and his two siblings! Answer us!"

Queen Eula, who hadn't spoken from the beginning, suddenly spoke because she was worried about Lady Marchioness Felicity who she deemed like a little sister to her.

"Well, Queen Eula is asking a question, dear knight. What's the situation of the Marquis and his two siblings!"

Even Empress Raziah had spoken out of worry because she was worried about that young lady as well.

Although Lady Marchioness Felicity is the spitting image of the former Marchioness Charlotte, Felicity is nothing like her mother and she had the demeanor of a high-class young lady whenever she goes.

The knight paused for a moment and then he continued; "As for the Lady Marchioness, although she got some minor injuries since she was also fighting but she's safe and got treated right away."

After that, both the Empress and the Queen sighed in relief, knowing that the Lady Marchioness was safe.

Even Duke Marfa and Count La Fontaine also sighed in relief knowing those two siblings were safe at least.

"B-but…. A-as for the Marquis…."

All of them snapped as they looked at the knight who seemed like couldn't speak clearly about the Marquis' situation.

"What about Marquis Chevalier?"

Emperor Leirano asked the knight and after some minutes had passed, the knight gulped as he delivered the news about the Marquis' situation.

After the knight said his piece, there was a silence reign inside the throne room and after that, the one who break the ice is none other than…. Count Derick Crowell, who haven't spoken from the beginning….

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT MARQUIS CHEVALIER GOT ABDUCTED?!"

Eclipse thought as he heard what Arico described to the person who bumped into him, aside from the fact that the Slayer Agent felt a similar power to that person.

Arico noticed how Eclipse was on deep thoughts, and he knew for sure that the world-hopper knew something about it.

"Is there something wrong? Do you know something about that?"

Arico asked him and Eclipse nodded and said; "That person you bumped into, had a symptom of Ardus Syndrome."

Arico frowned; "Ardus Syndrome? What's that?"

Eclipse sighed as he explained; "Well, long story short, the Ardus Syndrome was said to be a curse disease originated from the Gods and the first symptom of that disease would be seen in the person's eyes. The one you described earlier."

After he said that, Arico looked at him with a perplexed expression and then frowns; "What? A curse disease originated from the Gods? Seriously?"

Eclipse shrugged off his shoulders as he leaned against the sofa and said; "Well, that's how the world plot from [Mystique Enchantress] had a brief description of that disease…."

The world-hopper paused for a moment when he suddenly realized something else.

Arico, who seemed to notice that his companion suddenly stopped his sentence and ask; "Hey, are you okay?"

Eclipse snapped from his dazed and looked at his companion with a frown; "Are you sure that the person you just bumped into had that black-red triangular shape on its irises?"

The Slayer Agent looked at Eclipse with like he is out of his mind when he asked that again, but he didn't refute back and just nodded; "Yes, that's what I saw from that person."

Eclipse; "Aren't you mistaken it? Are you really sure that's what you saw? You said it's just a glimpse since he concealed himself with his hood."

He didn't know what's gotten into Eclipse as he keeps on repeating that question over and over again.

As much as possible he wanted to refute back sarcastically but seeing the seriousness of how Eclipse questioned him, the Slayer Agent knew that there was something else and he sighed as he spoke again.

"I won't make a mistake for that detail and besides, even though I don't have my system interface to help me, but the Slayer Agents are trained to be meticulously on providing details since we are not just executioners within the Main House System, but we also serve as a Judge as well."
