“What a bunch of clowns. How dare they lift a finger against Mr. Cross?"

Without waiting for an order from Nathan, Colin and Ava darted over in unison as the bodyguards swarmed towards Nathan.

The Elite Eight and the Phoenix Squad marched forward and dived right into the fight.

In just a blink of an eye, both sides collided into a massive fight.

When the Camden family asked Damien to come over, they dispatched three hundred highly-trained and strong bodyguards with him.

The family thought three hundred skilled men would be enough to take down Nathan, but they were wrong.

These bodyguards would all be dead before they could even reach Nathan.

Colin, Ava, and their men were ferocious and swift. They waded through the multitude of bodyguards and annihilated them like bloodthirsty predators.

Colin pitched a knockout punch on the last man standing. The bodyguard was thrown off the ground before he landed in a loud thud.

Damien finally came back to his senses after the commotion died down.

He stared at Nathan's men in horror. Who are they? Did they just kill all my men? There were

three hundred of them!

After Colin, Ava, and their teams eliminated the bodyguards, their chilling glare landed on Damien. "Should we get rid of him too, Mr.

Cross?"

Damien straightened his back in alarm.

"What are you gonna do to me?” His voice quivered as he questioned Nathan.

All eyes were on Nathan as they waited for an order.

Yet, in such a deciding moment, Nathan did not even seem concerned at all. In fact, he did not even take Damien seriously. "Did you say you wanted to kill me?" he asked apathetically.

Damien flinched when Nathan suddenly spoke. His eyes opened wide and he remained silent in fear for his life.

"Are you afraid? Don't be. I won't kill you," Nathan continued since Damien kept quiet.

The latter heaved a sigh of relief in his heart. Ha I don't think he dares to do anything to me. After all, he's someone who knows what he can and can't do. He used to be the Commander-In-Chief of the North Army.

Yet just as Damien was subtly pleased with himself for having escaped death, Nathan spoke again.

"I won't kill you, but it doesn't mean

that I'll let you walk away without making you pay for what you did. You offended my wife and my parents-in-law, and you even have the guts to be snarky with me. I think breaking your legs will suffice for all the things that you've done."

Terror gripped Damien and he started mumbling in disconcertment. "Nathan Cross... You... You can't do this to me! I'm the Camdens' butler... Sir Camden won't let this slide!"

Nathan glanced at him impatiently and waved at Colin. "He's talking too much. Silence him."

"Yes, Mr. Cross," Colin replied as he walked toward Damien with a murderous glint in his eyes. Damien retreated intuitively as he shook his head in denial. "What are you doing? Stop!"

Colin did not even wait for him to beg for his life. He lifted his leg and booted Damien in one of his legs, breaking it with just one simple stroke. "Argh!"

The excruciating pain elicited an agonizing screech from Damien.

Totally unfazed by the man's shrieks, Colin raised his leg once more and landed it right on Damien's other leg.

Damien wailed in pain as he rolled around on the ground. Tears smeared his face and muffled his scream as he wallowed in pain.

Nathan took a step closer, looking down at him with a lofty expression. "Go back and tell Bowen that my wife now has her own family and ker own life. I don't want anyone from the Camden family getting close to her unless she goes to see the family on her own accord will kill whoever who dares to make a move on her ever again."

Having said that, Nathan turned and held Penny's hand in his. "Let's go home," he said to Benson, Leah and Penny.

The two old parents nodded fervently with tears in their eyes. "Yes. Let's go home."

They thought Penny would go back to the Camden family when Damien came and told her everything. They were overjoyed to know that Penny and Nathan still took them as their family.
