Salute To The General
Chapter 2311

Tetsuo's face paled. "Attack! Take him out!" he screeched.

His men immediately charged at Nathan with their katanas.

Nathan remained unfazed and met them head-on.

Bang!

Nathan aimed a punch at the first Jetroinian man charging at him before he could even raise his katana.

His face became completely disfigured. He died on the spot before he could even scream in pain.

Nathan tore through his enemies with lightning moves. It was as if he was a wolf in the sheep pen.

His enemies fell to the ground wailing in pain wherever he went.

The men Tetsuo had hired by selling off all his properties were no match against Nathan.

The Jetroinians were considered one of the bravest races out there. They stepped on their comrades' corpses and continued to charge fearlessly at Nathan. However, the remaining men finally cowered in fear when more than three hundred corpses were on the ground.

"This guy is the devil himself! It's impossible to take him out."

"We can't win this fight..."

""Run!"

A few timid ones stared at Nathan in fear as they stumbled backward. In the end, they threw their weapons away, turned around, and ran for their lives. The rest of them gave up and followed after them. After all, their lives depended on it.

Kristoff and Tetsuo were in shock.

It was only after the swordsmen started fleeing that they were jolted back to their senses.

Kristoff turned around instinctively and tried to run away as well.

However, Nathan's voice rang out from beside him. "The two of you better not move, or else I assure you you will regret it."

Kristoff didn't dare move an inch. He had fear written all over his face.

On the other hand, Tetsuo was much braver.

He knew Nathan wasn't going to let him off anyway. Hence, he decided to give it his all to see if he could make it out alive.

With that in mind, he charged at Tim, who was on the brink of death, without hesitation.

He figured Nathan wouldn't dare do anything reckless if he held Tim hostage.

However, just as he was charging toward Tim, Nathan smirked and aimed a kick at a fallen katana.

The katana flew toward Tetsuo and neatly cut off his legs.

"Aah!"

Tetsuo, who had lost both of his legs, screamed and fell to the ground.

"Aaah! My legs... My legs..."

Tetsuo rolled around on the ground while howling in pain.

Kristoff swallowed hard as he watched on in fear. I'm so glad I didn't try to run away just now.

However, he was consumed with fear once again after he realized he might not get out of this alive even if he didn't try to run away.

Meanwhile, Nathan was making his way toward Tim. He unlocked the cage and helped the injured man out. "Can you hold on for a bit longer?"

Tim forced a smile and replied weakly, "I'm fine. Sorry for all the trouble, Mr. Cross."

He then turned to Tetsuo, who was on the verge of passing out. "I told you my master would never let you off. You must be regretting your actions now, aren't you?" he said coldly. Tetsuo's vision was growing blurry even as he stared at Nathan and Tim in despair. If he had the chance to do this all over again, he would never go up against Nathan.

What a pity there were no second chances in this world.

In the end, he died due to the loss of blood.

Nathan then turned around and fixed his gaze on Kristoff.

"Kristoff, this is the third time you've messed with me. What do you think I should do with you?"

Thud!

KristofFs legs gave way as he kneeled before Nathan.

"Mr. Cross, I know I'm at fault. I was just following orders. Mr. Perez ordered me to do it. I didn't have a choice either!" he cried in a trembling voice.

Nathan replied coolly, "That's not reason enough for me to let you off."
