Just as Grace was about to hang up, she heard Tyler saying anxiously, "By the way, Grace, you and your colleague have to be in formal wear. This is a banquet-like salon."

"Formal wear?" Grace was a little surprised. "Is it necessary?"

"Yes," Tyler said.

"Okay, we will be there soon."

Grace quickly reported to Hermione. When she heard that they needed to be in formal wear, Hermione immediately and happily made the decision, "Okay, let's do this. I will send a driver to take you there. You can stop by a mall to get your formal wear then go to the exhibition center. You can take a taxi on your way home. All expenses will be reimbursed by the office."

Hermione was not a stingy woman.

Grace nodded with a smile.

The driver drove them to the mall to buy the dresses. After changing them, they hurried to the exhibition center.

Along the way, Chuck and the driver were both complimenting Grace: "Miss Smith, you should wear more skirts in the future. You look great in a dress."

"You guys have been talking about it all the way!" Grace was embarrassed by his words.

Their compliments had not stopped since the start of her dress fitting. Their eyes were staring at her with their mouths wide-open.

"You really look good in it," Chuck said with a smile. "You'll definitely attract Mr. Jones' attention if you wear this in front of him."

Grace thought of Heinz and shook her head with a smile. It was not that she refused to wear a skirt, but she felt that it was inconvenient to wear one. Ever since the incident with Simon Brown, she hardly wore

one.

If it weren't for the fact that Tyler had said that it was a formal occasion, she wouldn't have bought a gown today as well.

Chuck was now wearing a dark suit with a tie, and he looked a lot smarter.

However, his nagging ruined his image again.

"I am a man," Chuck was very enthusiastic. "Grace, you must listen to me. Just wear more skirts in front of Mr. Jones to maintain your charm."

His implication was obvious, so that Heinz would not dump her.

Grace saw that he was worried, and she smiled, "Okay, noted."

Grace found it a little funny that even Chuck loved gossiping.

The literary salon event was held in the exhibition hotel of the Northern City International Convention Center.

When they arrived, the car parks were already full. It seemed that a lot of people had come to the event.

After getting out of the car, Grace took a deep breath.

Chuck stood beside her with his camera bag in his hand. "Grace, is it okay if we go in like this?"

"Let's go." Grace waved to the driver, indicating for him to leave.

Chuck and her also entered the hotel.

"Grace!" Suddenly, the voice of Tyler came from not far away.

She looked in the direction of the voice and saw Tyler standing there in a dark suit. He was then seen walking towards her with a smile. He was clearly amazed.

"You're so beautiful," When he arrived in front of her, Tyler looked at Grace and praised sincerely. "Young, innocent, intelligent and pure." She was wearing a white dress, it was simple, but her fair and slim figure was obvious.

She had liked the dress a lot since she first tried it on. It made her feel youthful.

"You are also very handsome," Grace replied with a smile. "This is my colleague, Chuck Dorris."

"Hello, Mr. Henley." Chuck quickly stretched out his hand and shook hands with Tyler.

"Hello, Chuck, just call me Tyler," Tyler smiled and shook hands with him politely and considerately.

"After you."

"Alright, Tyler."

After entering the hall, Tyler was by Grace's side, taking good care of her. He stood tall and upright. With Grace by his side, they attracted a lot of attention as soon as they entered the door. "Mr. Henley." Before entering, someone shouted Tyler's name.

It was a girl. It seemed that there were many people who wanted to hit on him.

However, Tyler merely nodded his head without saying anything.

He took Grace inside.

There were several women who wanted to talk to him from time to time, but Tyler just nodded his head and turned a blind eye to them all.

She realised that once Tyler ignored the women, they would all turn and look at her with resentment, as if it was her fault.

She felt so wronged.

"Tyler, there are so many admirers, and they are all so beautiful. Why do you ignore them?"

"Why should I bother talking to them?" Tyler asked in return.

"Uh!" Grace was taken aback. "If you ignore them, they will think that I am with you. They are all really beautiful and it's quite scary if they all glare at me." "Aren't you with me?" Tyler suddenly stretched out his hand and winked at her. In the next second, he stretched out his hand and held her waist tightly. "Since you're so worried, help me then, block them all for me."

Grace took a breath and immediately reached out to pat him: "What are you doing? I have a boyfriend."

"I know. Your boyfriend is still a jealous boy," Tyler smiled and didn't let go of her. "That's why I asked you to shield me from them. You can drive them away at the same time test your man." "Ugh," Grace's facial expression darkened. She pushed his hand away and said, "Don't do this. I refuse to have you touch me. I won't help you."

"Then what should I do?" Tyler said. "I can't always offend everyone, right?"

"Chuck can help you." While saying this, Grace pushed Chuck to Tyler.

Chuck lost his balance and fell into Tyler's arms.

He took a deep breath and shouted in a low voice, "Grace, what are you doing?"

"Just doing Tyler a favour," Grace said.

Tyler was also in a daze, he was also shocked.

Chuck stammered softly, "I- I- I am not that kind of person."

Grace ignored him and continued walking.

Tyler helped Chuck stand up and said, "Don't worry, neither am 1.1 am not interested in men."

Chuck was stunned. "Tyler, you've known Grace for many years, haven't you? How could you make jokes like this?" "Well," Tyler looked at the back of the enchanting woman in front of him. He narrowed his eyes slightly and said, "We have known each other for many years. We are really close to the extent that I am willing to do anything for her. But to her, and she is always afraid that Heinz will get jealous so she never helped me."

"Mr. Jones is indeed very bossy," Chuck said. "That time, I had a meal with Grace at a fast food restaurant, and he almost murdered me with his gaze. I really think it's better to keep a distance from Grace." It was terrifying to think about it.

Chuck was also very honest. He didn't want to bring trouble to himself, especially from people like Heinz.

Tyler narrowed his eyes.

Chuck noticed that Tyler seemed to be disagreeing, so he immediately said, "Really, Mr. Jones is so powerful. Our former chief editor hurt Grace then he was kicked and scrapped by Mr. Jones. He can never be a man again for the rest of his life. He will also need to spend the rest of his life in prison. Therefore, you can provoke anyone you want, but never Grace."
