Lorianne's POV

She was over the moon when she saw the man she loved running towards her.

She really thought that he had left him.

After he took her onto the aircraft and helped her settle in, she asked.

"By the way, why didn't you wait for me to come? Why the sudden departure from this island?'

He was checking the gadgets. She doesn't know what those are, but maybe they are necessary for preparation to fly.

"To be honest, I really thought that you had gone back to him," he replied, looking at her.

"But now that you're here, I have no doubt that I am the luckiest man," he continued, winking at her.

She giggled at the way he winked at her.

"I will take you to my recently purchased winery; I'm sure you will enjoy it there," he said.

"Really? I only see that in a movie, "she replied enthusiastically.

She can't believe that she will experience it in real life. She only saw it in a movie.

"Are we really flying there right now?" she asked.

"Yes!" he replied.

"Oh, I'm sorry, sweetheart, I didn't ask you if you had a passport," he continued, tapping his forehead.

"I do have my passport, silly; here." She takes it out and waves it to his face.

"What I mean is, we don't even have our things, clothes to be exact," she continues.

"That's not a problem; we'll be having a stopover in Singapore; we need to refuel our aircraft, and we need to buy some clothes," he said.

"Yes, I only have what I took along with me when I went back to Siquijor," she replied.

The rest of it is actually already worn out. What if she put it down in the villa, and then she didn't have any?

"Likewise, we needed a change of clothes because we have many hours of flying. We don't want to get smelly," he said, smiling.

"Ewww," she just said, laughing.

"How long will it take us to get to Singapore?" she asked.

"We will arrive there at five in the afternoon," he replied.

She counted it, its seven-hour flight? She thought.

She could feel that they were now slowly moving. That means they will be up in the air in no time.

She just landed an hour ago, and now she's flying again.

All these things that are happening to her are only in her dreams, but now they have become a reality.

"You can take a nap while I'm flying," he told her.

"Nope, I want to enjoy this first experience, flying with the most handsome man in the universe, she said, giggling.

"Is that so? I'll teach you how to fly one day, he replied. He never averted his gaze.

He is focused in front of the aircraft.

Maybe if she's traveling alone, meaning with other passengers and not with Leandro. It will be boring. But with Leandro, she actually didn't notice that they were now approaching an airport. She recalled that they would be having a stopover in Singapore. That means they are now in Singapore.

"Here we are, sweetheart," Leandro said finally.

When the aircraft was fully parked, he unbuckled himself and helped her with her.

"Shall we?"  He extended his hand.

She holds it and stands up.

"Just bring your passport with you," he told her.

They are both standing up. He opened the aircraft door.

"We need to get off of the plane. The fuel tank is already coming," he informed her.

"How long does it take to fill the fuel tank?" she asked curiously.

"With the capacity of our plane, it will take thirty to forty-five minutes. That will give us enough time to buy some clothes and also some other necessities," he replied. After giving instructions to a fuelman, they left the airport and went to customs.

He took her passport from her hand and gave it to the customs officer.

"We will be back when the refueling is done; we just need to buy some of our clothes and food," he told the officer.

"What's your relationship?" asked the officer.

"We're husband and wife; we just married a few days ago in the Philippines. That's why she hasn't changed her surname," he replied.

"I see. Where are you taking her?' her follow-up question.

"I'm taking her to Italy, to my home, "he replied, pulling her into his arms.

"Wait, I'll show you our wedding photo," he said, taking out his wallet from his pocket and pulling out a photo of them.

The woman just smiled at them and let them pass.

Of course, who is the person who would leave valuable belongings behind? She thought.

She thought they would have to travel to buy some clothes, but while they were walking, she could see that there were malls inside the airport.

It's very convenient. Maybe this is the reason why Leandro chose to refuel in this country.

"Let's replace our clothes; we only have thirty minutes," he told her.

They went inside the clothing shop.

He grabbed a few pairs of clothes and some underwear.

He also gets some for her. She could see that he took some blouses and skirts.

He took about four pairs of underwear for her.

She didn't choose. She leaves it to him.

She was happy as she stared at the man. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Even the sizes he chooses for her, he knows her size very well.

"Let's pay," he said and motioned to the cashier.

She followed him.

She could see that he knew the place very well. How often does he travel here? She's curious, but she just kept it in her mind.

After paying, he holds her in her hand and leads her to a convenience store.

"We need to buy food. We still have a long way to reach our destination," he said.

"Okay, wait for me here; I'll be quick," he said, leaving her outside the store, just at the entrance of the store with the things they just purchased. After a few minutes, she saw him coming out of the store with bags in both hands.

She lifted the bags on the floor so they could go back on the plane.

"Are you okay, sweetheart? It's heavy," he said.

"It's fine; I can carry it. It's not that heavy," she replied, assuring him that she could handle it.

They walked side by side towards the location where they came out.

The plane was located at.

Maybe refueling is done by now.

She was right. It's almost done. The man signaled that it was almost done.

When they settled in, they flew again.

He told her that they would stop in Dubai. He needs to rest for a while, because he is afraid that he can't fly for too long.

She agreed; he was right. He needs some rest because he's the only one flying the craft. Only if there's a co-pilot, but there is no one.
